Crew and comfort of flight was oustanding.
The ground crew was definitely not paying attention and didn't position the flightway correctly which signfiicantly delayed getting folks off the flight and us on. This is incompetence.

The flight was cancelled but staff was really nice. I received credit for future flight so that was great. And they let me sleep in the terminal and a very nice employee handed me water and snacks at midnight.
The flight crew and ground crew were all very good, the flight left a bit late but they made the time up in the air.
The seats on both legs of my trip were worn out. The seat was sunken in, leaving a bulge at the edge of the seat that caused my legs to go to sleep. Given the real issue of blood clots in planes, Jet Blue needs to make sure their seats don’t contribute to poor circulation.
Service is always bad. This time from bag, all electronics have been stolen. It is 200$ worth things have been missing from my baggage.
