Pros: The pilot greeted us all on the jet way and then spoke to us. He even came to ask if everyone was ok before we left.

Pros: Handing by any cap was great to get us on the plane on time.

Cons: The plane we got on time to board was delayed enough to miss our connecting flight, so delayed another 3 hours when missing the next flight.

Pros: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything.

Pros: Bryan was my steward on flight 1402 from Seattle to Portland and he was so kind and helpful. Will fly again just because of him.

Cons: Plane left an hour late - due to not enough water! American always has some excuse. On an overnight flight where people like to sleep, the pilot shouldn't be making an announcement one and 1/2 hours before landing, waking everyone up! Movie selection is very old.

Pros: The idea of having inflight entertainment.

Cons: 1. Crew moved my luggage without asking, 2. Sat in window seat and it was easily 85 degrees, 3. Seat is not made for someone 6’2”. Neck support falls at shoulders which was super uncomfortable, 4. Inflight entertainment worked for a bit then didn’t.

Cons: AC was broke took long time to get ac on we all sweat to death on the plan as it was broke and portable starter didn't work so they had to get a 2nd one. Then stewart on plan says American just doesn't have good maintenance on there equipment that is a red flag for sure.

Cons: Having air conditioning on an aircraft on a hot summer day is critical. Especially on a 2 hours delay on the tarmac!

Cons: Flying oo high of the altitude made my ears feel like they’re about to burst.

Pros: Premium seating made a huge difference. Even though I am petite, I had a laptop, tablet and work that had to go under the seat in front of me, and I still had plenty of legroom.

Cons: The seatback offered free streaming of AA entertainment on my tablet, but when I opened the browser and selected entertainment, the only option was to pay $9.95, so I just watched downloaded Netflix episodes. Plus the movies offered on AA streaming didn't look especially good.

Cons: I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport.

Cons: I really wonder about the boarding procedure... isn't "back to front" more efficient? What is this Comfort +, Main Cabin 1, Main Cabin 2, Basic thing? Is that supposed to make you feel better because you paid for a seat selection?!

Pros: Good crew on this leg. While not always the case, they left the lights off for the entire flight and only had them dimly on when doing their final checks. It was also nice that everybody was handed water bottles that wanted one.

Cons: Alaska Airlines doesn't have seatback screens and only limited beverage selections on these shuttle flights.

Pros: Only one lady on the crew was working so hard and very nice. She was doing everything the other lady who was a bit younger did nothing but walk up and down the isle. If it was up to the younger lady the people who have suffered.

Cons: Plane is old and noisy, the first class was something from the 90’s I have flow premium economy on other airlines which was better.

Cons: Checkin was seamless. flight comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately not much can be done about the worst part, which was total immigration disorganization on arrival at JFK. Coming from Rome which is a huge airport, it was shameful to see the difference. Sigh.
