I was told by passenger that I must change to aisle seat because her baby car seat had to be by window. I specifically request window seats and though I am happy to accommodate others when I can, i pick window seat for a reason, isnt it made known to passengers what seat they need when traveling with children? also, i feel this should have been addressed by flight assistant with options for me or her and baby, not the passenger. Although the flight assistant did come by and give her a thumbs up, nothing was said to me by flight team.

The superior service began with the ticketing agent at Cleveland Hopkins airport and extended through to the flight crew. I am a convert. Whenever I can fly Jet Blue I will. I’ll tell all my friends and family that they should too."

Cons: "Our stewardess annouced that the pkane had technical issues with tge mobitors. Apparently the pmane was in use all day on multiple routes. They tried resetting it a few times but it was unsuccessful. The screens froze in the middle of your program and would not recover. We were directed to contact the jeyblue 1-800 number for some type of credit"

Off I went, and off Irma went, I had to change my return travel plans and unfortunatelyJetblue didn't have s direct flight to my new destination, the counter agent in DC went thru possible options and worked with main ticketing to refund my flight for future use, noting it saved me money to rebook online at a cheaper fare, what airline does that theses days. Very pleased and grateful Jetblue made my travel during a tense weather weekend the least of my worries, they were Rock Stars!"

I was pleasantly surprised to the kindness and comfort I found in the economy class of Swiss Airline. Bags were checked in, flight was timely and legroom was satisfactory. That was particularly annoying, especially since the optics of the situation were such that I used miles to purchase the flight and got "screwed-over" with respect to my seat selection as if my ticket held less weight than other passengers..."

Cons: "My gripe is mostly with the ground staff. I was happily sitting in the lounge drinking copious amounts of hot tea due to an illness when my flights status changed on the monitor; "go to gate", it read. When I dutifully arrived at the gate, what was happening? Absolutely nothing. I sat there shivering for another 30 mins before boarding, my heat source (the tea) removed. The moral of the story is that a passenger's time has value, DO NOT waste it. In my case, the cost was physical agony of freezing on a mediterranean island in the summer while wearing 2 shirts, long pants, and double socks. If the ground staff did everything to procedure and are thus faultless, then the procedure is reprehensible and should be updated."
Pros: "Crew is very friendly. The plan is very clean and designed well and fashioned. The entertainer movie is good but the not all the shows."
Cons: "The air condition of the two planes I used was very bad. There is only one type of food for breakfast. There is no much more to watch besides movies; no sitcoms or decomntries found"

Cons: "You canceled our flight and didn't bother to email us about it. Had I not had a friend with me who spoke Turkish fluently I would have been unable to communicate with you enough to figure this out. The desk services were incredibly rude and disrespectful."
Cons: "The TVs did not work on my flight from Istanbul to Hamburg. Not only my tv but others on the plane kept saying it was an "error" do to a seat readjustment. Also it is so hot in the Turkish airport especially in the 300 gates. It made boarding miserable because there was so many people."
Pros: "I am not a picky person to me every thing was great taking into consideration that you cant satisfy every one."
Cons: "Not every one can follow the speed of the way you announce things, remember your flight take people from different continents in the world Also not having some where to sit while waiting for the information of which gate to go it is very challenging. The AC was almost killing the older people not me but the older lady sat next to me complained all the time but it didn't work. I know it is the challenge difficult to solve however you can give them some advise. Find a private space to talk with sick people because some people might not be comfortable to talk in front of every one."
Pros: "The food was very nice, living up to their reputation."
Cons: "The in-flight entertainment machine was not very user-friendly. Mine broke early in the flight and it took a couple attempts of telling the crew to get them to fix it. Legroom wasn't particularly great either for such a long flight - my knees were at the front seat immediately, and I'm not particularly tall (under 6 foot)."
Pros: "From the first person I met (the man who printed my boarding pass at the counter) to the crew on board each flight, I was very impressed with the people at Turkish Airlines :) Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, and made my trip enjoyable."

Boarding and deplaning were smooth and efficient. I really appreciated that there was no charge for checking a bag. I am certain that contributes to the ease of everyone getting on and off the plane. Our bags arrived at baggage claim about the same time we got there. I would definitely fly with Virgin Atlantic again."

Cons: "- EVERY damn movie is prefaced by 4 minutes of ads. - The touchscreens (at least in economy) are slow resistive screens that are horrible for fine control gestures (like slightly changing the volume or position)"

I told her I did not like wasting plastic and she appeared to not enjoy what I had to say. This was the same lady who handed me my dinner. Rest of crew was great."

Inadequate lighting for,boarding, unable to activate reading lights until AFTER TAKEOFF = groping in semi darkness, BAD! No window blinds = woken up by blazing sun in middle of 11 hr night flight, even with sleeping pills my sleep was wrecked, even with eyemask. Passengers penned in on narrow aisles by trolleys, unable to walk around plane & risk of DVT. Passengers disempowered by restricted space, lighting, mobility. I want more control over my personal mobility &, lighting. Horrible headsets (bring my own). This flight departed 2.5 HRs LATE from JHB & the crew & cavin service was SLOW. NO requested second cup of tea brought - I waited 20 mins & climbed over trolleys to get another one, even though it was requested of cabin crew. Do they just ignore us? Or forget?"

The in flight entertainment was the best I've seen yet: movies, tv, music, games, all recent and easy to use. We will definitely fly Virgin Atlantic again!"
Pros: "The meals were very small and not very tasty. Economy appears to have lost staff as it takes the entire flight to get a drink and dinner, the feeling you get is that you should just get on board and then sit quietly for 7 hours and not ask for anything. The entertainment does not have a very large selection and if you fly regularly does not seem to update very often."
Pros: "The ground staff at Delhi was very helpful in giving us a new flight ticket for the next day for free eventhough they maintained that it was actually Air India's responsibility."
