The airplane came late, delaying our trip. Despite that, the luggage would not come, and the claims office was ridiculous (despite of the destination being within 1 hour of drive from the airport, it took us 24 hours of our short vacation trip to deal with luggage). It seems that LH has these problems regularly, and they don't seem to care; I guess we'll have to try someone else to avoid suffering the same problem every time. The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning.

The crew was friendly & nice. The flight went pretty smooth. I thought movie choices were good. There was a good mix of newer movies & older classics.

Food was disappointing even for a plane food. Not very tasty. Airlines should switch to using compostable cups & silverware. Each flight uses so many plastic cups! I hope they get recycled but it’d be better to go an extra step & switch to compostable cups & silver to reduce the waste.

Although we boarded on time, there was a wait of over 1.5h in the plane. First time in my life i was beyond uncomfortable. What i couldn't understand was why we had to be in the plane for the refueling. It makes more sense to wait in the airport at the gate rather in a tight confined place. I'm overall pissed at the situation. Not to mention my seat was defective and although the seat was up, it would push back the moment you put weight. The flight attendant kept on asking me to place my seat in the upright position (which wasn't possible). To get her off my back, i held my back up with my own weight. I'm disappointed with aircanada.

I liked the movie selection, the service, and food/drinks.

With a 20 minute layover, I barely made the flight and my checked bags/luggage did not make it. This had a horrible influence on my trip and I am heavily disappointed in Air Canada.

The flight got cancelled way in advance and nobody neither airlines nor webjet.com informed us about it. Also, nobody could replace our tickets for the next day either. So our flight didn't happen and we had to drive to Washington DC to find a flight from there. So we will never buy any tickets from Kayak or Webjet.com! Extremely poor service

The crew was great. It was only a short flight, so we only got a c0okie, but what a cookie!! Big and soft and super tasty. And the coffee was quite good. Germany has never been known for its superb coffee, but this coffee was very good. None of that fakey airline taste to it at all. Could easily be the gourmet coffee you'd serve at home. You DO serve gourmet coffee at home, right? And water and juice and then more water and more juice, all served up by very nice people--not just good service personnel, good people. Baggage pickup was quick and smooth--I travel with my cat, so pickup can be rocky. Nothing to it here.

I liked everything, so am leaving this box completely blank. Completely, I tell you!! Stop reading this!!

Quality of service was good in the plane

Not many good recent movies / shows on in flight entertainment. Food was okay. But, the quantity was too little. It took a really long time for a second boarding pass check at London airport. Other airlines don't usually ask for a second check in

una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen.

Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost.

Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?

They didn’t let me check in or on the flight. Boarding was a disaster for others on my previous flight who were making this connection and British Airways, Iberia, and Kayak had TERRIBLE customer service when helping me (or refusing to help me) rebook my flight. I will never again use any of these companies. I’d rather walk to Europe.

Iberia allows kids to abuse other passengers. I asked a flight attendant to stop this abuse after I was bumped in head a number of times by a kid that was jumping across a row a seats in front of mine ,the flight attendant told me that I should tolerate this abuse because it was from a kid,then proceeded to tell me that if I did not want to go throughout this abuse ,I should fly in a private plane. I felt irate at such response from a flight attendant and responded that I will never fly Iberia again. I wanted the attendant to talk to the parents and ask them to control their kid from abusing the adjacent passengers.I felt the impulse to talk to the crew chief but decided against it simply because I would do them a favor if they listened. Truthfully I think carriers with such attitudes deserve to go bankrupt and I hope they do.

Everything was at the good level. Professional people to work with.

Not enough room for overhead bags. Had to put mine in the front of the plane while I sat at the back of the plane. What I really didn't like is that I called Kayak to include my Global Entry number on my boarding pass. They said it would be there and when I printed it, it wasn't. So coming back into the states and thru customs took waaay longer than it should have with those chaotic and ridiculously long lines. I didn't bring my Global Pass card with me and will from now on!

Once In London, we were told by British Airways that was flying us to Nice that Delta had “lost” our infant electronic ticket - It took 1.5h to get new ticket reissued! We missed our connection and had to wait 3 more hours for the next flight - We were somewhat lucky as multiple flights were delayed/cancelled that day - I will avoid using Virgin Atlantic in the future as they need Delta and British operate their flights and this makes it prone to issues like that

our flight was late into MAD but they held our connecting flight to MIA, so we could make it.

The crew was not good at all. there was no water service, one had to go to the kitchen and beg for water. in particular the male crew was not happy to help with anything. the snack before landing was served 45 mins before arrival so everything had to be rushed. Crew soiled a half empty can of soda on me, and didn't even apologize. Our luggage missed the flight to MIA and we were told it would be delivered to our house the next day between 7pm and 8pm. it never showed. I called customer service and they could not tell me anything. Horrible experience
