Even tho the airport at San Juan have not night arrivals due to the effects of Hurricane Maria, and on previous days the same flight had been moved to a morning schedule for that reason. It seems so simple but with the morning I had, this simple act had me in tears! The kindness and patience she showed me was amazing and definitely the reason I will always fly Delta to any and every destination they are able to take me! <3"

This was compounded by sitting next to a man so large that part of my space was taken, and this was Delta Comfort. Cons: "Almost the entire trip, due to the following reasons: 1. The online check in process didn't work at all. The Delta staff at the Boston airport weren't pleasant and courteous at all. 2. Poor coordination between Delta & Jet Airways - the meal preference was selected before flight at the Jet Airways website but the same didn't get registered properly, even though the website confirmed to me that it was all set. This resulted in appropriate food not being available to the customer on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam. The customer had to literally starve on the flight. 3. The pursers and stewards on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam weren't pleasant and courteous at all. For anything they were asked, their responses ."

Toronto airport became a LOT longer pushing my scooter then. Fortunately CANADIANS GAVE ME A HAND TO GET THROUGH CUSTOMS, BAGGAGE CLAIM AND CAR RENTAL. Cons: "As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Since Iam vegtarian ..I couldn’t eat the egg that was served an hour before landing in Chicago. He could have given me the chocolate inside. He just said in haste this has egg. I told him oh I don’t eat egg, thank you. still he could have been considerate and offered me the chocolate “Toubolron” but he just went away. Later on I saw everyone eating the chocolate."

Cons: "It seems like American Airlines has lived up to its reputation. More seats in a plane and less comfort. On top of that, the entertainment system has not been upgraded since the 70's. TV monitors in the middle and everyone has to watch the same thing. Of course, the sound system did not work for one entire side of the plane so I could only watch the movie and not hear it. If you are not going to have individual monitors for each seat, allow your passengers to what from their mobil devises like almost all other airlines are doing."

Cons: "I had a connecting flight in DFW to BOS. My plane left late from OKC, giving very little time to get to my connecting flight in DFW. The flight arrived in BOS and I got to the gate at 6:15pm; with a flight departure of 6:25pm. I felt the gate agent handled the situation very poorly. Instead of letting me, and another passenger with the same situation as mine, let us know why the gate was closed 10 minutes prior to departure was rude and brusque and said sorry, nothing could be done. A simple explanation of why we couldn't board would have gone a long way. She finally barked out for us to go to Customer Service to re-route us. Customer Service was very slow and the agents had attitudes. I did get on an AA flight the next morning, including comp vouchers for dinner and breakfast, but I missed an entire day of the conference I was attending in Boston."

So arriving at my connecting airport I literally had to RUN clear across be airport and the attendant tells me I was a "no show". So I would have to wait and go on a different flight. The plane was still there. It was 25 minutes before take off time. And she rerouted me onto a different aircraft in which I had to RUN to the other side of the airport again. Only to find out this flight was delayed for 45 minutes. In which adding on to me already delayed flight. I understand some things are out of everyone's control. But the lady made me feel like I was just looking around in shops instead of being where I needed. Never again."

Cons: "Mix up at the boarding gate - allocated gate 4 and then moved to gate 1. Half hour delay due to reshuffle not good when someone is meeting you at the other end. Entertainment system not working so lucky no one sitting next to me so could then move and this system not functioning properly. Suggest that any changes are given with plenty of notice and loudly and/or on the screen at the departure gate - maybe this has to be negotiated with the Cusco airport. Broadcasts in Spanish are okay for those who speak it but English is lost when announcements are made."

Cons: "Told the gate attendant I was flying home for my dad's funeral and if there was anything they could do to move my seat from a middle seat to aisle seat he said not without charging me but I could ask when I boarded the plane. Once the doors were closing I asked the flight attendant if I could move up one row to an open aisle seat she said no not without charging me. I said there's no one in that whole row and I'm flying home for my dad's funeral and could they make an exception I would show them the obituary and funeral brochure if needed I just wanted some space. She got another gate attendant I explained the same thing and he said no. He said the seat will have to remain empty if I wasn't willing to pay for it. I told him r u serious? U r that inconsiderate and heartless as a company. I've already booked 2 flights w United and u can't make an exception as I was in tears he said no nothing. And walked off the flight. This airline is heartless and deserves all the bad publicity it's getting. Horrible horrible service. And the flight attendant Beth did nothing about it after he left."

Cons: "I'm 6' 220 pounds, not small, but not huge either. I had to cross my arms or forcefully keep them out in front of me the entire flight. The bigger plane to Tulsa was comfortable, the express flight back to Denver was uncomfortable."

Cons: "My flight was delayed by an entire day and I gladly accepted the change, I did not argue. Then, on my return, I arrived 20 minutes before my flight and the desk associates would not issue me my ticket. The flight had not left, I had not missed my flight, theywould not let me board for not being early by 40 minutes (I was there 20 minutes before). The reason this pissed me off is because I had to pay 2 additional hotel nights which wound up costing me additional 300 dollars which United WONT PAY FOR. I want at the very least 300 dollars worth of credit, it is unbelievable."
