Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

Initially the attendant brought me a vegetarian meal with cheese, part of the regular meal options, then she found the one with my seat number that was dairy - free. It was quite tasty! And I was grateful, since I would not have been able to eat the meal with dairy. It is not a preference, dairy makes me ill. The delay departing from Brussels caused us to miss our connecting flight to Denver, but our provided hotel accommodations in NY were quite comfortable. One item of note: The LaGuardia staff person, who made our arrangements for the overnight stay, said there was a shuttle from the hotel to JFK ( where our flight was in the morning), so she did not give us a travel voucher for the morning. The Hotel only has a shuttle to LaGuardia; it never has a shuttle to JFK. It seems the staff person should have known that. When we called Delta to ask how we should handle that, Delta kindly offered us reimbursement; it was just a phone call and a mailing for us and for Delta that was extraneous. Our interaction with the staff person was entirely pleasant, we were just surprised that there was misinformation."

To add coming home I tried to upgrade my flight to Ontario to an earlier time and they refused to do so and said it would cost $75. I felt the least the airline could do was let me fly home an hour earlier since they delayed my flight a whole day but that didn't happen."

Cons: "Frontier canceled the original flight due to the possibility of 1" of snow in Denver, no other airline canceled flights. Frontier did nothing to notify me, the only way I knew was the Google calendar sent me a notification. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, they said "Oh, we just put you on a flight on Friday" The flight was scheduled for Wednesday and I had to travel 90 minutes to reach the airport. The best solution they could come up with was to fly into Colorado Springs earlier in the day. They offer no compensation and not even a real apology. This flight change cost me a $50 additional charge to book a shuttle ride from Colorado Springs to Denver. The airport check in experience was even worse than the booking debacle. They had several hundred people waiting in line to check in and did not even take my checked bag, I had to take it to another location to drop it. Frontier never ceases to amaze me with their complete lack of empathy or customer service. I had flown them one other time and had a similar experience, I chalked it up to a fluke at that time but now I believe this is their standard operating procedure. I would recommend paying 3 or 4 times the price to fly any other airline. Their prices seem attractive and you get suckered into using them, DON'T FALL FOR IT, THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I hope they have a more stringent screening process for pilots and mechanics than they do for the gate agents."
