AND snack and/or drinks during flight are not complimentary. It was really hard to understanding the crew member giving the emergency instructions over the PA, had a very strong accent."

Frontier offered reimbursement of $400, which barely covered the initial flight. The airline offered a hotel stay at a less than desirable hotel. I had to book a hotel at my own expense. I will not fly Frontier again."

I am disatisfied with Frotier even with rescheduling the flights were tripple the cost of what I spent in the first place and they would not even apply the credit I used with my ticket I paid for. All this happened and I no longer wish to fly with frontier anymore."

Frontier refused to help with hotel or other accommodations and I had to rebook flight with delta for 350$ so I could get back home. Also, the employees from Frontier were extremely rude and refused to even look at me or even answer my questions. They said flight was cancelled due to weather reasons, but American Airlines was able to get planes running on only an hour delay. And, again, I never even had the common courtesy of a call or email, or text that my flight was cancelled! I had to find out when I got to the airport,"

Although it had nothing to do with Frontier itself, we traded with another couple because there was a single empty seat in their row which allowed our lap child to have his own seat to sleep in on the flight."

Just getting seats together on a single flight combined with baggage costs (we had two bags that were carry on size but checked they because the carry-on luggage cost is so insane) we should have gone with another carrier. Despite arriving seriously late Denver they still kicked everyone off and conducted a security check for over an hour. Once again there was only a single attendant and boarding took FOREVER. They didn't even have wifi on the plane so my kid could watch something on Netflix."

You can't reserve a seat without paying extra, regardless of the seat location. Once you pay all the additional fees this low cost airline ends up being a premium with poor services. Baggage drop is silly, everyone has a problem and the line to "drop" off is ridiculous. And, expect to be delayed for no particular reason other than Frontier flight operations"

Cons: "flight cancelled on Sunday Dec 18, couldn't get another flight until Saterday the 24th, this would have been a complete disaster if I wasn't a college student on break from school. Airline did nothing to compensate for the extra week I was stuck in GA trying to get home. Also charged me for my carry on. Will not be flying Frontier again which is sad since it is based in my home state, but someone else will get my buisness from now on."

The employees were sullen, the flight was crowded, and they charged 50% of the original ticket price for a bag ( original $186, bag $90). This was a surprise. Their customer support is in the Phillippines. Their cost cutting is rediculous. I will pay more and fly a different airlines next time."

Cons: "I did not like that I had to pay extra to select a seat, especially because the seat was not any more comfortable or spacious than the other seats on the plane. The staff rolled their eyes when customers requested service. I am never flying Frontier again."

Cons: "Horrendous delays coupled with a lack of customer service around the delays. The frontier fate agent basically bailed once he knew the delay was going to hit and didn't come back for 5 hours. The frontier customer service reps on the phone couldn't even tell the flight was delayed 6 hours. The crew and pilot didn't show up on time despite the delay. Incredible..."

Cons: "Don't think because they advertise low fares that that's what you're going to pay. You get charge for checking in bags carrying on bags. You get charged extra to pick a seat if you want to sit with your family. You get charged if you want any snacks on the plane or drinks. With all the Fees I should have used Delta"

Cons: "The cabin A/C did. It seem to be working. I was hot, uncomfortable, sweating, and struggling to breathe. Also we landed something like 20 minutes early but sat waiting on a gate - nearly an hour, until we were late. There were some people missing their connections. The cabin airflow was not running while we were sitting waiting on a gate all that time. I was gasping for air by that point. Then we were asked to remain seated while those missing connections could de-plane. I understand and empathize but I was desperate to get off that plane -'it was stifling! No food or even a glass of tap water unless you wanted to whip out your credit card. Lots of hidden fees, not really that cheap after you pay for a seat assignment, a carry on bag, a checked bag.... Boarding was chaos, they did not adhere to the zones in the Memphis boarding. No food, no entertainment - nothing to rank there."

Pros: "The crew were very friendly and nice. The plane's temperature was comfortable and I enjoyed the food I purchased. Boarding and unloading took a while, but things were done orderly. Receipt of luggage was much faster in Cincinnati then in Denver."
Cons: "The seats are small with little legroom, especially if you have a personal item under the seat in front of you. I'm not particularly tall, but seating was uncomfortable as I could not move my legs much. I also wished they would do boarding from the back of the plane to the front. I purchased a seat in the back, but was not able to board until the third group, causing me to have to inconvenience the people in my row in order to take my seat."

Cons: "The seats weren't comfortable at all and did not lean back unless you were in the first three rows. Not a lot of leg room made it hard to get some much-needed rest. Took forever to get off the plane when we landed."

(mine was about 100$ less than other airlines at time of booking) -Then they have you pick your seat (charge) -Then if you want to check a bag (charge) -Then if you want to BRING A CARRY ON (CHARGE) It ended up being way MORE than the other flights I could have just booked on other airlines. (I booked at $220.00 and by the end of my trip spent $373.00 with Frontier) Also, the returning flight was delayed 45 minutes but I received no notifications."

Cons: "The most narrow and hardest airline seats I ever sat in. I was consistently elbowed by the women next to me. Very uncomfortable seats. Also the website was very misleading telling me the flight was $143. When I went on the site to check in the day before the flight it said I had a balance of $80. I was very confused. Also your site was not that easy to navigate around to do the check in. I fly often with other airlines and never had this much trouble finding on your site where to go on it to reserve my seats. I am sorry but I will never recommend Frontier nor will I fly with them again. It's bad enough flying these days with all of the additional charges, People bring all their carry one on board, security and delayed flights. I want the best and easiest check in and a better seat which would of been really nice yesterday for our flight since we sat on the Tarmac for over two hours with a rain delay. That means I was on your airline for almost 5 hours. Because of it my back and neck are hurting still today."

Cons: "It's just the cheapest option, and they pretty much surprise you with a ton of random fees that you aren't told about when purchasing the ticket. It's sneaky and annoying and I don't have respect for this airline. Not to mention that the seats lack comfort, there is little to no legroom, no tray tables, and no complimentary drinks. Bummer-- I'm sticking with Alaska Airlines from now on."

Cons: "My flight never happened. I was supposed to fly on a Thursday, but because I was passing through Denver and a blizzard had closed the airport the DAY BEFORE, Frontier's flight was cancelled on Thursday. First I spend an hour and fifteen minutes on hold before finally giving up and calling back in the middle of the night. Then I waited fifteen minutes to speak to someone, who informed me that the earliest they could get me a flight would be TUESDAY. That is FOUR DAYS from my day of departure. My only options were a refund or a Tuesday flight. I asked to speak to a manager, but the employee refused to transfer me and eventually hung up on me. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had with an airline. I am still fighting for a refund, after I had to purchase a day-of flight with another airline to reach my destination. It required me to fly from a different airport and to a different airport, which was a nightmare for my other travel plans. Needless to say, I will never fly Frontier airlines again, and will never recommend them to anyone."
