Cons: What other business can function like an airline. Late? Who cares? Miss your next flight? Who cares? Cancelled flight? You deal with it. Unfortunately, there is no recourse.

Cons: Dumped out in cargo to take a bus? Late late late

Pros: The boarding process was simple enough

Cons: The flight attendants weren’t the nicest. We weren’t greeted or sent off with thank you or smiles. The airline ruined my suitcase somehow. They broke 2 of the 4 wheels.

Cons: Wi fi wasn’t working I didn’t understand the media and it didn’t work No screen

Cons: The crew. They were disgusting with everyone. Never again unless it’s free.

Cons: The crew let everyone off the plane even though I told them my phone was missing and asked them to make an announcement. They didn’t thinking we’d find it after everyone deplaned. We didn’t ! Someone stole my phone and your flight stewards let it happen!!!! I’m considering Fronteir personally responsible

Cons: The temperature was so hot at one point I was getting sick to my stomach. Twenty minutes later I was putting on a jacket.

Cons: Flight delayed for mechanical issues.... then upon landing trapped in cabin filled with exhaust then again trapped in a locked hallway.

Pros: The flight crew and the captain were terrific.

Cons: Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion.

Cons: No US airline seems to have figured out how to board without long line in the jetway. But not a big deal.

Cons: Food somewhat expensive..... boarding off the plane - people with no luggage should get off first then there should be some kind of control instead of everybody just getting in the aisles trying to get their luggage and holding everybody up

Pros: Everything was excellent the crew were so nice airplane was organized and clean the seats are comfortable you can watch movies with a big screen right in front of your seat or listen music for FREE and not only that a big plus you can use WiFi to text while you are traveling for FREE !!!!!!

Pros: Movie selection was excellent. The package of peanuts was pretty small.

Pros: Crew worked hard under difficult circumstances but flight was not well equipped

Cons: First we boarded and then had to deviate and move to a different delayed flight. No head sets, tv did not work , seat was very uncomfortable.

Cons: There was a dog on the 10 hour flight, I thought United Airlines had an 8 hour limit. The dog barked throughout the flight, so obviously it was a pet not a service animal. UA needs to enforce its own policy.

Cons: The drop-off bags at LAX is a mess and you have to stand in two separate lines to drop off your bag. First you have to print the tag and then go to another long line be with 2 employees only to drop it of instead of having one place to print and drop off at the same time. Poor system. Moreover while there was plenty of time my bag did not make it on the same flight. It will arrive on the next flight hopefully. I had to wait in another line for 30 minutes to arrange the delivery and verify all my information. I truly believe that to make a trip great both arms - the airport and the flight experience should be perfect. Unfortunately the ground experience does not allow me to give a higher rating.

Pros: The trip was for my mom , she couldn’t aboard the plane because the need a confirmation number not just with her name ,she lost the flight

Cons: Seats were very uncomfortable. Didn’t recline. No movies were available.

Cons: Stewardess for Emerites Air was not friendly as all.

Cons: I was in the middle of the plane. They ran out of their signature meal before even getting to our row...and they still had over half the plane to go.

Pros: The crew was fresh and tried their best to cheer us up.

Cons: Flight going on time! Not 4 hour delay in the middle of the night. Red eye flight with kids is miserable. Instead of getting home at midnight, got home at 5am! Seats are uncomfortable, No food. No beverages. No pillows, blankets supplied, offered or available to passengers. Frontier Staff at terminal/gate were incredibly disorganized and unhelpful.

Cons: You can only take carry on that is the size of a backpack, anything bigger it is $40 dlls. Narrow space between seats. Harder seats than an economy car's seat. No entertainment, it is the poster child of economy flights.

Cons: When boarding was delayed due to extra security (drug sniffing dogs) it would have been appropriate to make announcements for passengers needing to board immediately, allowed to identify and moved to the head of the line. We were there an hour and a half early with no luggage to check and we missed our flight by minutes. We actually saw our plane with the doors closed. Frustrating!

Pros: Well I arrived at the gate 8 minutes before departure due to a late flight from San Antonio. And no one was there. I watched the plane leave 5 minutes late. The gate attendants were super rude and lazy when they came back up the ramp. I think the walk really took it out of them. There were 10 people who had run from delayed flights just standing there thinking wtf.

Cons: AA in Phoenix is always a nightmare. They seem to hire lazy people with no idea of customer service

Cons: Arriving in New Orleans was chaotic. The airport was fresh off renovations. FAIL! Reader boards for baggage claim were inoperative, so no one understood where their bags might come out. After an hour, we found ours and made our way towards what used to be rental car check in. Found there was now a shuttle bus system to get to rental counters, but waited in line outside with our three bags for 30+ minutes just to get on the shuttle. After a 15-minute ride, we finally arrived at the old rental check in/garage area. Bottom line, it took over two hours from arrival to finally being able to leave the airport.

Cons: Stewardess for Emerites Air was not friendly as all.

Cons: My baggage got destroyed and they did not wanted to refund it. (I am not sure if it was the correct flight). I submitted a claim but thet rejected it.

Pros: Loved it ... I had a layover and my flight from the other airline was late ... did t have a chance to che k in and Aeromexico printed my my boarding ticket at no cost and saved me time to catch my flight !
