The lines at the Manchester airport were stupid long, and then you have to wait in their shopping mall area, before they announce the gate 1 hour before departure. Very limited movies and tv choices. All beverages were for purchase, but they had trouble processing my credit card. No free beer and wine. Lunch was OK, snack was weird. Not enough veggies or fruit. The crew pretty much threw the food at you. It was filled with families and kids, most likely on vacation in August going to Disneyworld, so it was noisy. And the cabin was cold, no blankets were given."

"This was the Delta Shuttle flight (operated by Republic Airways (therefore not a mainline flight)). The crew was exceptional in expediting boarding, accommodating customers, and politely dealing with “difficult” passengers (don’t be that passenger - it’s a 40 minute flight). Great flight overall."

Cons: "I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly."

Cons: "The last travelers in boarding line (including myself) had to check their carry on luggage because “there was no more room in the overhead compartments”. However, while I was walking to my seat, I saw ample storage space as well as suitcases that were laying horizontally or flat and could easily have been adjusted to create even more space. Given that most people pack their most valuable items in their carry on bags (as well as anything fragile), I was a bit uneasy checking mine. The associate who helped check my bag on the tarmac was kind. I was grateful that my luggage had a hard shell case."

Cons: "I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!"

This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."

Cons: "As a Platinum AFK/KLM Skyteam member I was NOT allowed to use the Delta Lounge. On the flight the meal choice was poor and the staff were not really geared to serving regular clients. The movie choice was poor. I expected better!"

Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

Pros: "Boarding in St Thomas is always a mess, no matter what airline you fly. I usually fly Delta because the planes are clean and the people are nice. Well this time the staff went well above and beyond. My friend and I were sitting in the front row of seats in the lounge at the airport, facing the Delta gates. There was a mob of people milling about between us and the gate, so we could not see very well, but we thought we had a clear view of the door. Also it was very loud in the terminal. The flight had a delay, so we were relaxing and chatting, when I got a text from my mom asking if I was on the plane. So I went to the counter to inquire if they had started boarding our flight. The lady looked at me with surprise and said, "We have been paging you!!". Well we were both surprised! We had not heard anything over the general din in the airport. It turns out they had completed boarding and already rolled the stairs away from the plane! The ground staff talked to the captain and then they rolled up a set of stairs, opened the door to the plane, and let us on! The flight attendants said that they had never seen that happen before. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the crew at Delta for going the extra mile to make sure we made it on our flight."

"Check in was horrible in Miami. The woman was rude and not helpful with the questions. There was nothing to like at the check in and there were really slow even for First class passenger like me."

Pros: "I managed to slip ahead a couple of rows into what I guess was a slightly upgraded seating area. This resulted in my flight being very nice. But had I not been able to pull off this minor theft, I think it would have been miserable. Sitting up straight, without the seat ahead of me reclined, my knees touched the back fo the seat in front of me. It felt like I was sitting at a table in a kindergarten classroom, not a chair meant for an adult. In the upgraded seat I was very comfortable. Staff on board was friendly and helpful throughout the flight."
Cons: "I haven't flown American Airlines in quite a while and one gets quite spoiled flying on Emirates or Qatar or Singapore or Norwegian or whatever other airlines. It's easy to forget how utterly mediocre AA is. The food isn't great, the air quality on the flight is terrible and leaves you feeling oily. They don't air-condition the plane until after everyone is boarded so the whole process is hot, sweaty, and unpleasant. Many of the staff are flat out rude to people (I was never on the receiving end, but I overheard what I considered very abrasive tones to others). And so on. Ideally I'd fly on other airlines I think."

Cons: "The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

This was after I had already done an online check-in for the appropriate seat. Then I was told by the AA agent at the desk that my upgrade was in the system but that it was “fake”. Apparently the money I paid two months before was no good on this flight. I was traveling with my boyfriend and they would not allow us at the same counter because we were not married. After much haggling we were finally able to rectify the situation. Horrible start. Then, once on the plane, the in- flight entertainment system as well as the lights broke right before take off so there was nothing to watch or see for an almost 8 hour flight."

Would have less waiting for people in front of you to get settled. Wish the last snack had a piece of fruit or something with a bit more healthy aspect."

Please stop using the Boeing 767 jets and only use the Boeing 777 for flights across the Atlantic. I would like to fly American more frequently but not if I think I'm going to get stuck with the planes from the 1980s where there's no personal TV, no place to plug in my phone or electronics to charge unless you carry around a car charger, which I definitely don't, and there's no WiFi on those planes either."

Then she insisted that we buy checked bag allowance even though our tickets already included checked bags. We had already flown the 1st leg with checked baggage, why would we purchase tickets with no baggage allowance coming home?! The stroller we gate checked was left at the end of the oversized baggage carousel because of the ground crew not wanting to unload gate checked items. I will never EVER fly an AA codeshare flight."

Of course, no flights back to US so I was stuck an extra day, completely messed up school and work. I THOUGHT I was booking with Iberia but it was a code share. I WILL NEVER fly American Airlines again!"

Pros: "Not very much positive to say unfortunately. The staff were good and did as much as they could to keep up feed and happy."
Cons: "The plane was extremely old and dated. Never been on such an old plane with no up to date equipment or facilities. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the food was awful. There was no personal entertainment screen for an 11 hour flight and only one of the safety demonstration screens was working during take off. Also no plugs at all."

Pros: "They offered pretty decent food and snack options that were included in the flight- the high quality chocolate ice cream was an especially nice touch as well as the included wine. My seat appeared to have more space than the flight previous to it, so that added a lot more comfort without the extra expense of having to pay for the "more space" seating- I often feel like airlines nickel and dime you to death these days. Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. Leather seating with readily available pillows and blankets for all was a nice touch as well."
Cons: "Having to use communal screens for watching movies and shows, having no choice as to what was displayed, having trouble seeing everything displayed (too far and small to see nuance in dark scenes and print on screen), having only one bathroom mid plane."

Cons: "Trying to make any changes to the booking or check in was horrible. Because this was booked through kayak, then through an agent, then ultimately an Iberia booking on a British Airways / American flight, it took about 5 rounds of phonecalls being passed to another company or another department to get anything done. Sure the flight was cheap, but 6 hours of phone calls to get anything done is unacceptable. The plane used for this flight is ancient. Very tired seating, and no seatback entertainment. One children's film shown on the central TV screen followed by old sitcoms....For a transatlintic flight, this is really poor."

Pros: "AA canceled our flight on 9/13 and rescheduled us to 9/15 for no apparent reason. There were flights leaving Orlando. When I called to ask why since all I received was a text message the customer service rep was rude. Then I received another text message on 9/13 at 4:30 am saying my flight was canceled and we were rebooked again!!! After calling again I was told if I want to leave on Friday we would have to leave from another airport that was over an hour away which means $225 in transportation to get us there! This is on top of the 2 additional hotel nights we paid for and additional meals. When I asked if we would be compensated for all the additional expenses we were incurring I was told it's weather related so probably not. I informed the rep that flights have been leaving Orlando since Tuesday 9/12 so that cannot be the case. She said to try to contact them online. UNACCEPTABLE. I will not fly AA again and I will not recommend them to family or friends. If I could give zero stars I would but the survey defaults to one star."

Cons: "I began flying when airline attendants were called airline stewardesses. Their personality plus attitudes and attention to detail reflected on the overall image of the airline, and did not make me feel like a second rate citizen in a second class seat. I've noticed over the last decade-plus that this has changed. I've been rudely spoken to for reaching for a napkin off the cart as I was not given one with my drink. My elbow was hit by the cart as it moved from back to front of isle, and no apology followed. The garbage was collected moving back to front, so I had to get the attention of the attendant after she flew by me. I thoroughly researched the size of the suitcase required prior to flying, and bought a new one to meet the requirements. My suitcase did not fit on American Airlines. Why am I bringing up American Airline? When getting to the airport in Milan, Italy, 2 1/2 hours prior to flight departure, I approached the British Airway counter. As no one was there, I proceeded to believe I was too early, so I had breakfast. I again approached the British Airway counter and still no one was there. On my way to the bathroom, I found the flight board and followed the directions. I searched for British airlines at the gate I was directed to, but was unable to find it. I asked an attendant, and I was directed to the American Airline gate. It was very confusing. It would have been nice if there was a sign at the British Airways counter directing its customers to American Airlines."

Pros: "Nice modern plane. Even though the flight was delayed, we ended up boarding earlier than expected and arrived pretty close to our original expected arrival time."
Cons: "The crew was nice and everything, but they weren't very good at making announcements on the loudspeaker. You could tell they didn't really know what they were saying or haven't practiced. One lady was trying to make a sales pitch for a new master card and you could tell she was reading and there were long pauses. My sense is that when using the loudspeaker to talk to the entire flight, one should be practiced and know what they're saying and communicate quickly and efficiently. Don't mean to be critical, but it's something that I noticed that could be improved."

Cons: "The flight attendants were highly rude and i felt as if i was discriminated on. I was sitting in the back and the flight attendant who was suppose to assist us made us feel like i was a bother to her. First of all she just rudly dropped biscuits on my table didnt ask if i wanted and then I had to ask her for coffee, she didnt ask me if i wanted something to drink. Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her."

Cons: "There was a 3 hour flight delay in JFK but to be honest there is a lot to do in the airport and Nice bars and shops next to the gate so I was occupied. Annoying for family picking me up in Scotland however."

Cons: "Check in very slow! The computers used for passenger self check in didn't work well. It took 6 attempts to read my passport, it never did read my green card, wouldn't accept my frequent flyer number. Other passengers were similarly frustrated. The attendant couldn't have been less helpful. I joined a line to check in with a counter clerk. The counter positions were seriously understaffed. The clerks seemed to be working quite slowly and were quite unconcerned about the growing line. I'm glad I checked in early for my flight!"

Pros: "THis was an ok flight. Everything was on time and the crew was hreat. On the other hand, the food was terrible and the check in process was not expedite at all. The American Airlines crew did not know how to handle my G4 visa while checking in and they neglected to mark my bag with the orange ribbon signaling platinum status in American. This is key to getting your luggae faster in baggage claim when you have a short connection (I had less than two hours). This omission caused my suitcase to arrive last, and I had to run to make it to my next flight."

Cons: "The space and seats were uncomfortable. I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

Pros: "The meals were excellent -- well timed distribution of food throughout the flight. Attentive staff. Good choices for meals and beverages. I liked the fact that we got ice cream halfway through the flight also, that's not a very common thing! Entertainment system was very good -- lots of choices of things to watch/listen to! I was pleased to find that there were movies available that had been very recently released that I had been wanting to see!"
Cons: "Comfort was okay, my seat was on the end of a row with three seats (aisle side) and immediately behind me was a row with only two seats. Without fail, the flight attendants bumped their carts into my chair EVERY time they passed. If I had been trying to sleep, this would be much more of a disturbance to me. Seeing as I was just watching movies and enjoying the food, it wasn't that much of an issue. However, I think it would be easy for the flight attendants to just take a second longer to try to navigate around the chair and not bump it every time. Little things like that go a long way, especially on a long flight."

Cons: "We boarded or flight just a few minutes late initially then had to taxi back to the gate to fix AC(?!) electrical issues, which were seemingly fixed just as we started to de-plane. Then after a slew of nonsense announcements about waiting for a new pilot, redirecting the destination, and basically misinformation about reboarding, we are told that the flight MIGHT be canceled; It has been nothing but one excuse after another and honestly after a 4 hour delay with no real answers, I really cannot find any reason to fly this airline ever again. Such poor service."

Cons: "When I booked the flight, I hadn't realized that British Airlways had contracted the flight out to be operated by American Airlines. The flight was delayed in Paris and I ended up missing my connecting flight through JFK to DC. Though we were told on the plane that we would be given assistance upon landing and helped in an expedited manner through customs, instead I was briefly informed I had missed my connecting flight, handed an envelope, and told I needed to now travel to Laguardia Airport. No other information or assistance was provided. I was not given a reason why I needed to travel an hour in NYC traffic to switch airports nor was I given any help through customs. The shuttle I was told to take was unable to take me to the correct terminal, so I needed to get on a secondary shuttle. Again, after a 7 hour international flight, little assistance or aid was provided. I was barely able to make it through security in time to catch the new flight. Additionally, the actual flight from Paris to JFK lacked basic in-flight entertainment that almost any international flight would have. I will not be traveling on American Airlines again, and I am hopeful that Kayak and BA will be more clear in the future."

Cons: "The flight was delayed after some passengers began boarding. The boarding process was also all over the place. When i finally got on the plane, the seats were very uncomfortable and I felt like a sardine being crammed into a small tin. the crew was at best, mediocre and boring. The in flight snack was two crappy pieces of cookie? Or was that a cracker? I did not eat it. The entertainment was one shared screen that I did not have a headset for, nor was I offered a headset, free or for a fee. The screen in front of me was too close and the screen behind that was further away and barely able to see it. I choose not to watch it for these reasons. The landing was rough at the end, everyone jolted forward when we hit the ground."

Cons: "Had worse return flight experience. The flight was supposed to depart at 10am. While everyone was boarded, we were told the airplane missing a part. All of us had to wait for 2 and half hours for the crew to tell us that the part was in London. Thus, the flight had to be canceled. Then we waited to pick up our luggages from 12:30pm to nearly 4pm in order to get transported to a 40- minute drive away Hotel. I was starving because I didn't have breakfast as I tried to catch my flight and no food was provided during the waiting time. Plus, the entire day was wasted. Oh well, at least we were provided accommodation for the overnight, 2:40am breakfast, 4am airport shuttle, and 8am flight to get to our destination next day."

Cons: "it was not clear that finnair was being operated by american airlines. when I arrived to the airport in Paris, they couldn't locate my flight on finairr or american. my flight was missed and the staff on both airlines (finnair and partner american airline) were soo unhelpful. I have never missed a flight, I travel for work, in the air, more than on the ground and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. I was super disappointed that even after all the mistakes, no one would help me find a new flight and I had to pay for another one. Even after calling finnair several times and pleading for some answers or help."

Cons: "The plane was one of the oldest I have been on in years. The center aisle overhead bins were not even big enough for luggage and there was one TV every 5 or so rows. We were at the mercy of the crappy movies American Airlines chose for us. Most flights these days have individual entertainment and at a minimum room for luggage. The plane was old, dirty and not up to date. Never flying American again. Extremely disappointed with the service on the flight, as well. A little more than halfway through the flight, the woman in the row next to me began reading the airline magazine. Her window shade was up and the sunlight caused a horrible glare on the magazine pages that beamed like a laser over everyone near by. My friend seated next to me and I both have extreme sensitivity to light that causes migraines. I asked the woman to close her shade which at first she did about an inch or two. This didn't do anything to help the glare so I asked again and she refused to do anything more. I explained it was giving us migraines and she didn't seem to care. I asked the flight attendant to help navigate the situation, which was just as useless. She said she could ask but not force her to close her window shade. While I understand that AA can't control that some people can be selfish, I find it incredibly hard to believe that the crew can't intervene when a passengers actions are making other people physically ill. Our only other option was to be relegated to the last row, next to the crews stinking pile of garbage that had been accumulating for the first five hours of the trip. Almost every crew member we interacted with was completely apathetic to the situation. We spent the rest of flight nauseous and with splitting headaches. But I sure hope my row mate and fellow human being in 32A enjoyed the article about the dinosaur flea market in Bolivia This entire situation could have been mediated by the flight attendants who chose to disengage. Furthermore, when we were deceding to land, overhead bins were still open, and people were starting to stand up to gather their belongings in the overhead bins. Again, the apathetic flight attendants were no where to be found. Overall, disappointing experience. Glad to never have to fly them again."

Not one smile either to Orlando or from Orlando. (Oh yeah - we were late taking off to start my vacation from Philly because a crew failed to arrive to "start the engines of the aircraft," per captain's announcement. The entire aircraft boarded and sat, again, for 30 minutes without any air conditioning or air flow in the cabin.) Blah experience. Blah employees. And two different captains announced the reasons for delay with an "annoyed tone.""

When we made the reservation we were told it was an 8 hour and 50 minute flight but we got there in 7 hours and 45 minutes, more than 1 hour early. It would be good to know the real timing so that meetings could be planned in a timely way."
Cons: "This is a code share with American Airlines and an American Airlines plane and crew and it is an out of date plane. There were no individual screens only 1 screen hanging down every five or six seats. The seats are very, very narrow. The cleanliness of the tray tables were gooey and full of crusted dirt as were the seat areas in front of the tray tables. I was told that they fly an even older plane from Europe to NY, which is an old one aisle plane. Not sure why AA continues to use such out of date planes but if they use planes from the 1980's it seems to me that they should charge 1980 prices!"

Said Iberia flight, Iberia said AA flight...yikes! Serious glitches and lost data...locator number erased! You see why I tried to take a foreign carrier."

She was arguing with another passenger before helping me over the same subject, so when I tried to explain that the smallest backpack was almost empty and fit inside the other, she was impatient, upset ignored me and was already demanding my credit card with the bag tag in her hand rushing me. I paid extra $60.00 after I had paid $25,00 for the first bag when I could have put the flexible kipling inside the Jansport if she had listened to me. The flight delayed after I was unable to defend myself and paid an unfair feer."

They feared i would possibly be stuck in Houston until the next afternoon so they put me in hotel and gave me a food voucher to stay in Orlando. I am leaving to catch the first flight to Chicago this morning and make it to my final destination in time for my evening plans in Iowa. They turned a bad situation around for me. I love that"

It helped that the Customer Service Representative ( Liz at MCO) was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. My experience with Liz has changed my outlook on the company. There are still humans beings working in United Airlines!"
Cons: "I chose to fly Southwest on the way back and for less money I received better service. If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."

Then....a fuel spill, then unload people who were on the plane, then talk of cancelling, then ok to start boarding again. Late leaving, late arriving. But...free snack mix and direct tv to apologize. Big deal! Poor management for a monopoly company."

Cons: "The check in process was a zoo. Stood in line for 45 minutes to check in with United. Only 2 reps were working manual check ins. About 6 reps were accepting bags but mostly just chit chatting between themselves. They pointed anyone with a question to the very long manual check in line. It was very obvious they did not care. The plane was packed solid and it was uncomfortably warm on the flight."

We didn't eat anything on the flight this time, but the complimentary snacks on our other flight were tasty, and the Gin&Tonic was exactly what I needed. While we didn't pay for the in-flight entertainment, we know the entertainment is exceptional, and were only disappointed we were pinching pennies. Boarding was pleasant enough in Newark, but Orlando is a terrible airport, and people there seem very ill-mannered. Not United staff, just people in general."

The garbage Cart never made it down the aisle I threw our garbage in the bathroom."

I requested to at least be able to look for myself seeing as how my seat was in the very back, but they refused. Also, allowed many customers to store their personal bag ( their backpack) in the bins that were oversized which should have counted as their carry on, just allowed them because they wanted to. They should have made those individuals check their "carry on". Also limited snacks available by the time they were able to provide service to my area of the plane."

Cons: "Our flight got delayed during boarding because specific items were not loaded on the plane that needed to be shipped with our flight. It had nothing to do with paying passengers. If the items were important enough they should have had a private charter complete the task."

Cons: "We paid 160$ to upgrade both of our seats to economy plus for more leg room. Unfortunately, when we got to our seats, we realized our seats could not recline because they were in front of the exit row, which is understandable but we wished it would have warned us of that obstacle when we picked out the seats. I am also 5 months pregnant and so we felt that we paid more for what turned out to be a less comfortable flight."

Cons: "I did not like that they printed my ticket for my connecting flight for EVA Air without any EVA Air markings. This meant that when I arrive at LAX I was giving directions to the United Airlines terminal when I really needed to be at the terminal for Eva Airlines. This caused me to almost missed my flight with Eva Airlines. For the remainder of my trip EVA airline staff were quite grumpy with me for being 45 minutes late boarding. I actually am thankful that I believe they held the plane that 45 minutes for me. It just seems too convenient that the plans out there that long after its scheduled takeoff."

Cons: "Wheel chairs were not provided in time. We had to wait till airline emptied and still wait. Cause of lack of assistance for wheel chair transporters. Some had connecting flights, pray they made it there. The ones that came to pick us up one two persons for eight people could not do the job. So we were taken off air craft n put out in lobby, to wait for all to be off the aircraft and then transport, one at a time to baggage claim area. Transporters and stewardess did a very gd job. Just the lack of help. Air conditioner on plane was off, so even ten minutes of smell bathrm, is just too much when air conditioning is off. I got very congested and had to use the inhaler, after a couple of sneezes due to environmental allergies. On top of that, cleaning people got on to clean w chemicals, only to affect me some more. Now I stuffed up, feel horrible, nite was bad with asthma n allergies that could have been avoided."

Pros: "The flight itself was a nice flight. The captain and first officer were communicative and the few times we experienced turbulence I felt like they immediately tried to minimize it. I had a good amount of room in my seat (I was not in an emergency exit row) and I had no problems with my luggage."
Cons: "There was a 2 hour delay to take off. When your flight is at 7am and you've woken up at 3:30 or 4 to get to the airport on time, it's a bit frustrating to wait an extra 2 hours to leave. The gate agents were woefully uninformed and when they did communicate with passengers it was vague and unhelpful. The gate agents kept referring to the need for "maintenance" on the aircraft. It doesn't inspire a great deal of confidence in the soundness of the plane to hear that the maintenance crew is trying to "fix something in the cockpit." The Departures monitors and my Kayak app were giving me delay updates before the gate agents were. At one point we switched gates (it was the gate directly across from the original gate) and I watched as passengers at one gate literally traded places with passengers at another gate because the flights had swapped gates. It was comical. Overall, just a disorganized, uninformative, frustrating mess."

There isn’t much space in the cabin, so I was glad to have my 6-year old in between us 2 adults. Crew was pleasant r and professional. Ticket agent was helpful if a bit “assertive”. At first they said that it had to be the captain who could turn it on. He wasn't even in the airport yet! It wasn't until I complained about concern for my child's safety that they called for someone to plug it in. The flight price seems like a bargain, but the individual charges for bags and seat assignments feel tricky and in the end doesn't make this a deal. The comfort on the plane is horrible. If I would have known the seats were unpadded, and the tray tables worthless I would never have booked this flight. My husband couldn't work on his computer as the tray table is miniscule. I have never flown this airline and will never again. There were multiple places in our row that had gum stuck on the floor. Gross. Never again Frontier."

Cons: "Out flight was cancelled after you delayed it for 3 hours. At 2:00AM we finally figured out what was going on. We were stranded in the Philadelphia airport.There was very poor, if any communication. At that late hour, all hotels were booked. We were forced to stay in the airport, with no place to rest. Some passengers got pillows and blankets provided by Frontier which we repeatedly asked for, but were never provided. It was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences of our lives! We are still waiting for our full refund! 3 of us had booked round trip to Orlando, paid for special seating, paid for carry-on bags We expect a rapid response before this goes on social media"

Cons: "Flight delayed 2-1/2 hours, which I understood, the weather was horrible - BUT First the desk clerks were rude and as if people weren't irritated enough this didn't help Then the flight attendants were rude - all around miserable flight AND they charge for EVERYTHING - you may think you are getting a good deal on tickets, but you pay $40 for a checked bag, the same for a CARRY ON you pay for a decent seat they don't even give you peanuts without charging you I am done with Frontier - will never fly it again!"

Cons: "I am allergic to dogs and cats. This is a growing problem for me because it seems that the rules are looser and people keep a pet on their lap and service animals are increasing. There were two on board ( One not a service animal, the other one was) and I spoke to the gate agents who were mostly uninformed and unsympathetic . There is an overall lack luster with everything about FRONTIER and I get the no-frills / buy what you need concept, but there is no accommodation for people with serious allergy, and there is an increasing ability to get the certificate to have a service animal for just about any malady it seems. I respect the need for a service animal. However the passengers who have to sit in an airplane with recirculating air with dander are largely misunderstood. I asked to speak to a FRONTIER supervisor and there was no one to be seen and I got a stock answer from the gate agent in Orkando who was chewing gum so hard, it was difficult to have a conversation. Eventually I gave up my good seat to go further back from the animals who were seated up in front rows. That makes it worse when you have to pass by them to get back to your seat. And again, the gate agents were not helpful in getting me on the plane pre-boarded. Yes I take medication and sometimes I am OK and for the record, there is no truly "hypoallergic dog" for me. That is the excuse I also get. It is tough to live with when people around you do not understand . I was also recently deplaned on United airline because of this problem. I cannot stop flying it is always something now I have to worry about until I get to the gate. I do not wish it on anybody but if you had the reaction of welts itching and swelling it would be better understood as something that needed to be addressed by the airlines. Cons: "First I bought a ticket from Spirit Airlines SFO to MCO for 309$, then I saw charges from frontier Airline, frontier airlines bought a ticket for me too for 287$, when I was just watching checking the price. Then I compared the tickets, both the time, but from Frontier Airlines was cheaper then I stayed with frontier and cancel the other reservation from Spirit Airlines the next day I see frontier airlines also cancelled that reservation and I had to rebook another ticket for 496$, the price went up, then I had to pay 187$ extra, IT WAS A FRAUD JOB FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES, I can prove everything above with the receipts and the dates on it, the worse experience I had"

Cons: "I have traveled many places and have NEVER encountered such horrible service in an airport as I did at your Orlando airport / Frontier counter. I checked hours before was in the airport and long lines an hour and 1/2 before flight leaving and due to your Frontier agents at this counter I was unable to board. This happen to more than one passenger in line with me. This agent continued to argue with me rolling her neck and head at me rather than get me to t gate with an available half hour before take off. There was vomit at the counter which they refused to call anyone to come and clean up but overall NO ONE was on task. I will dispute the extra charges I have incurred due to this fiasco and will NEVER fly Frontier Airlines again."

Pros: "I will only fly Frontier if the cost is way lower than other flights. The seating is so uncomfortable and they charge for literally everything. I'm surprised there is not "breathing air" fee. Although the round-trip nonstop flight to SD from Orlando was only 140 per person. I paid 89 each way for bags and seating. Still at 185 round-trip nonstop, it's a great deal. The flight left on time and we had no issues in the air. I wish I could get more comfort and complimentary drinks and snacks along with TV options during the flight for this price, but you can't have your cake and eat it too. Overall the savings is undeniable. We had some major issues trying to book our summer trips bc they were only showing airfare through 6/6/17 up until last week 2/13/17. Less than four months out before they released and the prices were doubled. Since my entire family lives in Orlando and I travel there 5+ times a year, Frontier has saved us a lot of money! My son travels alone a lot. He is 13. When he flies alone we always use Southwest no matter the cost bc they do not charge extra for any minor over 12 traveling alone and they take great care of the kids in air. No to mention the flights are nonstop, they offer free drinks and snacks, and of course, baggage is free."
Cons: "The seats are extremely uncomfortable, I still ache from this flight. I had a 10 month old on my lap for five hours. I was unable to recline. They force you to check in online or they will charge you more money at the gate. They will charge you for everything under the sun. So glad they don't charge for in lap infants (yet) or a personal bag. Maybe it is just a matter of time. One airline I flew.. (Maybe Frontier or Alaska?) offered tablets for rental to. Watch movies or shows during the flight. Frontier could take a hint and start this practice."

Pros: "First off I've never flied on Frontier before. I've heard some pretty negative things about Frontier but booked a flight anyways because 1) it was 1/2 the cost of any other airline for the dates I wanted 2) it was a non stop from SFO to MCO so how bad could it be. It was absolutely horrible and enough to convince me to never book a flight on Frontier again. Here's some things that you should know if you've never flown Frontier before. They charge $25 for carry on bags and $30 for a checked bag as long as you purchase ahead of time. If you show up at the airport and pay there then the cost for a carry on is $50 and a checked bag is $60. You are allowed to bring a personal bag for free as long as it's not bigger than 18x14x8 and that's what I did. You can't choose a seat on Frontier unless you're willing to pay an additional $12-$42 so you essentially get whatever they give you. The plane was an A319 but the most stripped down version that an airline could probably purchase. The seats don't recline and it's basically a plastic seat lined with fabric. Extremely uncomfortable to say the least. The employees for Frontier across the board are very unprofessional and rude, at first I just thought it was an isolated incident but the more contact and interaction I had with Frontier's employees the quicker I realized that it's company wide the level of unprofessionalism exhibited. If you want a snack or anything to drink including water you better be ready to pay a premium, so it was a rough 5 hour flight. On the way out of SFO my plane was delayed over 3 hours. When I asked about the delay they said it was weather. The funny part was that only Frontier flights were delayed. Flying back my plane was supposed to depart at 6:55pm but we actually didn't depart until 11:15pm. Lesson learned and I know that for me I'll pay the extra money to fly with a carrier that I have experience with that better caters to my traveling needs."

Cons: "Why would I ever fly frontier again! After all the hidden fees the final price was almost the same as delta! You have to pay for check in luggage along with carry on. You then go to pick a seat and you have to pay for that and for each connecting flight. Then you have to pay $2.99 if you want a drink or a snake. If you want an adult beverage its $7.99. The seats are very cheap and uncomfortable and don't recline. They don't have tv's or wi fi. Delta includes all of this and has a better record for being on schedule. No question who I will be flying with next time!"

Cons: "frontier was awful. they pushed our flight out of new york back three times and then canceled in the middle of the night, saying they didn't have partnerships with other airlines so couldn't get us out until the 25th (the day before our return flight). we talked to both customer service on the phone (20 minute wait to get someone) and gate agents and EVERYONE said they weren't authorized to give us a refund for any of the inconvenience and unanticipated expenses. ultimately we ended up flying out of philly (paying for our own bus tickets) on AMERICAN (paying for another flight with our own money) to get to our family in denver. on the way back they weren't going to let us check luggage for free, again saying no one was authorized to do that until thankfully they discovered a note from the manager we spoke to in nyc. otherwise they would not have given it to us even after we spoke to the manager in denver. we boarded our return flight to find that we couldn't sit down as someone had vomited (not frontier's fault), and that was the cherry on top. we just burst out laughing because the whole thing was a disaster. we ended up spending the same amount as our "inexpensive" frontier tickets and more on fixing the trip ourselves because they wouldn't help us at all. truly a terrible experience and i don't anticipate flying frontier again."

Cons: "The plane was late to board which they blamed on cleaning. When we finally got to our seats (both flights) they were filthy. My first seat actually had a chunk of hair and a napkin on it. My second crumbs all over the seat and floor. The seats were horribly uncomfortable and did not recline. They claim they have low fares but there were hidden costs (charges for picking seats AND carry-on bags) that we didn't learn about until we arrived at the airport and had to use money we saved to spend on vacation for the flight instead. I would have rather paid weeks ahead so I didn't have to use our fun money."

Cons: "I paid $35 for my carry on bag. And even can't find the space to put it on the cabinet above my seat. Flight attendant just tell me to look for another space. They never help me anything. It took me a while to find the one far away from where I was seated. One of male flight attendant opened the cabinet above my head, maybe grab his stuff but one bottle of water fell down. It almost hit my head and luckily it just touched my shoulder. It was my horrible experience. I picked this flight because it fits my schedule. Next trip I will never take it any more."

Pros: "Initially the cost of the airfare seemed too good to be true....we ended up paying $190 in addition to the cost of the tickets."
Cons: "1.Hidden costs - we have carry on luggage that ALL other airlines are fine with, but when we got to the gate to board they told us they weren't for carry on and had to pay and additional $60/piece($120 total) and threatened that we couldn't board if we didn't pay. Then they allowed us to carry them on and they fit easily in the overhead compartment. 2.Mass confusion boarding on the return flight. There were designated long lines, then other personnel would make changes to the lines confusing everyone even more. 3.We had our bags pre checked, our boarding passes printed the night before (as recommended by the airlines) to expedite the boarding process and we still had to stand in line with the other passengers who had not completed this ahead of time. It did not expedite anything for us. 4.Seats do not recline, very uncomfortable. 5. No vomit bags....we had a very turbulent decent and many people in need of sick bags. Many ended up vomiting into their personal bags!"

Cons: "The seats didn't recline, there was no wifi and when I asked for a sip of water, to take a pill, I was informed I would have to buy water if I wanted anymore than a sip. About half way through my trip (9 pm- 3:30 am) a flight attendant snapped on my over head light and accused me of using my ecig and demanded I give it to him. As I handed it to him I explained I was not using it and deployed the button to show him it wasn't even on. He then "confiscated" it. About two minutes later he returned it to me and told me not to use it again or I could be jailed. After I got off my flight I found a Frontier Airline supervisor and told her what happened. Kim took the tag off my bag (for flight info) and told me a report would be filed and I would here from the airline in 24-48 hours. Three days passed and I finally called them just to find out that there was never a report submitted for me. Poor customer service!"

Cons: "The exorbitant additional fees. Absolutely absurd to charge for a seat and carry-on luggage in addition to the plane ticket itself. My carry-on suitcase is HALF the size of the traditional size and paying $30 to bring it on the plane is insulting. The chairs were uncomfortable. They don't recline, no head rest, and no blankets were on board which made resting for my 5 hours across the country EXTREMELY uncomfortable. For all the extra fees you'd think a movie and some snack packs might be available. Then again, with the trays too small to fit even my mini iPad, there'd be no place to put them. No in-flight entertainment was a bummer too. I've usually been so happy on Frontier. Bit this experience will keep me from flying Frontier ever again."

Pros: "We were forced to wait 15 hours with one delay after another. With one excuse after another. My flight was scheduled for 1001 am. We did not board the plane on time. It was 1145 pm and I did not get to Cleveland at noon, no it was 3 o'clock am with no chance to rent a car to go home I had to call my daughter! And the best part was that my 75 year old wife had to endure this.they would not cancel the flight and allow me to take my wife to a hotle. There were parents with infants as well that was not happy.So to Hume it may concern You have lost several customers because of your failure to take care of your customers!"

Cons: "Seats are like sitting on a piece of plastic and they don't recline, which was funny every time we landed or took off they would ask to have the seats put in the upright positions. The minimal savings you think you are going to have go away quickly when you find out you have to pay for a carry on and pay for a checked bag. Oh and you want a soda and a snack on your 3.5 hour flight? better be prepared to dish out for them as well. When you are getting on the flight they have billboards going down the walkway that say Featured on Frontier and Showing soon on Frontier, but no TVs to view on. No place to plug in your devices to charge like the other airlines I use. I can safely say I will never fly Frontier again."

I don't know where to begin! from the rude receptionist at the counter telling me "I'm just following the rules..." to the uncomfortable seat that don't recline. my ticket cost me almost $500 to Denver, that should cost half! because the airline, forced a hidden fee of $40 for a carry on -both ways $80- ! and to top that, it was an uncomfortable ride, seats don't recline, and they had no Entertainment screen, no food, and rude service."

Cons: "My flight was 4 hours late taking off, which was blamed on weather amass although I fond this questionable after reviewing weather in the areaspam involved, I'll give them that. My flight on the way back was over 4 hours delayed for no reason that I could glean from speaking with representatives. We got no advanced notice even though the plane had not yet left a destination around 4 hours away. We were told a plane was coming from another airport and would be there by 6. The plane did not arrive until 9. No explanation. No compensation. Nothing."

Cons: "Horrible from start to finish. Difficulty getting boarding pass from Kiosk. Constant gate shifting – four times with an 1.5 hr delay – ensures you can't wait comfortably for flight. Very poor communication. Had not expected a full-price fair ($250 one-way) to include zero amenities. Seats, that you pay extra for, do not recline. Counter staff appears to be trained to hassle and hustle customers rather than provide service. Flight staff was rude and irritable and rebuffed any attempt at friendliness."

The attendant was extremely rude at the beginning when I tried to check in and I almost had to miss my flight because she was trying to charge me for a bag that was a carry on (charge me triple the amount) and that fit perfectly on the overhead, I even took a picture. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and put a hold in my account trying to get me to miss my flight. Luckily, the attendant at the boarding gate was already having a bad day due to the incompetence of his fellow coworkers and just let me go on. It was horrible. 0 stars, worst airline and flight ever"

Cons: "What was really a bit upsetting for me was, when I went to check in at the front desk, the airline attendant was helpful and very professional. My boarding pass did not have the gate number printed on it, and I didn't even notice it until I got passed TSA. I felt like it was the attendant responsiblity to make sure everything on the boarding pass was correct, and my reason for saying so is I was too busy or focused on getting to security and thinking about the rest of my travel. it was just my luck that I remember to check my online itinerary that was sent to me via email to see the gate number. I know this may not be the airlines fault, but On my flight we left ahead of time and landed super on time, but still spend almost an HOUR!!! due to some maintenance issue at the gate in Atlanta. It was an horrible experience, I had a meeting I was suppose to be at at 8am. Everything was going so right with the flight I felt like I was going to make it. I just felt that the entire situation could have been handle a bit better :("

We went to the gate 15 minutes after the original departure time to be told it had already taken off. We checked the status of the flight multiple times online to avoid this very thing and the online status never changed. When we went to the Frontier desk to re-book on another flight, the attendant told us she could get us to New Orleans (we were going to New York) - NOT HELPFUL. We ended up booking another flight on Delta to get us home."

Cons: "We spent 15 minutes taxi-ing off and on the runway. Baggage was sent out 27 minutes after passengers left the aircraft. My seat was at the end of the aircraft, and I had to pay extra for that, and had sticky gum all over it. When I told the flight attendant, she said, oh no, really? The flight attendant did nothing to help me be reaseated or clean my seat. After a passenger vomited, the flight attendant did not help the passenger by providing anything to cleanup. The aircraft stank of vomit as we sat in the runway for 15 minutes. The flight attendants woke me up to sell their credit card, but not to provide refreshments/water. The announcements went on for over 10 munutes. My seat was surrounded by screaming and crying infants and nothing was done to help those mothers calm their children down. The seats had very little leg room for anyone my height and taller (5'9"), despite having to pay for the seat. I will not fly Frontier ever again. The upfront low price doesn't reflect the baggage, carry-on, and seat add-on fees, so it's very deceiving."

Cons: "My girlfriend and I struck up a conversation with a woman sitting next to us in our row about an hour into the flight. About 10 minutes after that we notice the woman in front of us is glaring at us, writhing around in histrionics, holding her ears, cursing to her husband and basically making every passenger around her look at each other wondering "what is going on with this woman"? Finally this woman turns around and is staring at us. I ask her if there is a problem, and she replies "yeah. There is. You're saying "like" too much. Can you just shut up?". Wrong thing to say to me. I called her a few choice words which I won't repeat, then her husband gets his tough guy act going, by this time everyone around our seats are uncomfortable at the rising confrontation. The flight crew come over and try to move them, but they refuse to move. My girlfriend and I end up moving our seats to avoid the flight being diverted and ruining everyone else's plans. For the last hour of the trip we sat seperately in the back of the plane. Once I moved I was speaking to an older couple next to me about their plans, showing a visiting family the features of the New York skyline as we landed and giving them advice on traveling in NYC, so apparently my voice didn't cause anyone else who wasn't either drunk or crazy to begin an argument with me. I know the issue has nothing to do with kayak or the airline, just a maladjusted few people that can't be in public, but that was hands down the worst flight I have ever had."

Pros: "The crew was friendly and the plane was clean."
Cons: "'Only Pay for what you Need!' This is the slogan where all the hidden fees lie. But what do you really need? A carry-on? Who doesn't need that? Well It's gonna be $60. A cold glass of water to hydrate during a 3 hour flight? $6. Oh yeah if you want a seat on the plane you already paid for, it's going to be $16-50. frontier ends up costing more than its competitors even after cutting every luxury on the plane to save its customers money. (Seats do not recline and no TVs). I think I'm seeing a trend in the reviews, Frontier. Stop being dumb. I will never fly with them again."

Pros: "There wasn't anything clearly that I liked. There were some things that I was able to tolerate however."
Cons: "Although the price of the flight itself was cheaper than other airlines it's really not worth it. For one, you often pay a lot more than the stated price of the flight. You pay for such "extras" as obtaining preboarding seats online, checking luggage at the terminal (instead of online), obtaining seats that recline, obtaining seats with "extra legroom" (for a mere $50 one way), on board nonalcoholic beverages and even water were extra. In addition the cost for carry-ons and extra luggage was considerably higher than other airlines. Frontier doesn't coordinate with TSA, so your TSA preboarding clearance is worthless. But worst of all were the seats. Very little padding and the nonstop flight of 4 1/2 to 5 hours was really misery. Of course you could bring on a seat cushion with you, but that would cost extra.. Even with all of this, I probably saved a few bucks my flying Frontier. But really, life's too short to see how much misery I can put up with just to save a few dollars. I won't be flying this air airline again. Frontier might work for young healthy men and women who are taking short brief trips, who don't carry any luggage and who don't mind sitting on a seat that feels like a wooden bench."

Pros: "This flight was horrible from start to finish. This was a flight from Miami to New York, scheduled to depart at 2:25 and arrive at 5:25. Around 1:30 we were told we'd be departing at 3:30 instead due to "weather at LaGuardia." I'd like to point out that countless friends and family, and also every weather app known to man, assured me there was absolutely no bad weather in the New York area and in fact there wasn't supposed to be until that evening, when there was a chance of thunderstorms. So if anything, delaying the flight only increased our chances of running into said bad weather. In any event, we boarded at 3pm and then around 3:30 were told we'd now be delayed again, probably departing around 4pm. So we sat on the runway like idiots. We did leave shortly after 4pm, and then once we got to the LaGuardia area about two hour later, we were told we needed to refuel (????) so we were being rerouted to Raleigh. About 40 minutes later we were told there was a storm in Raleigh so actually we would be going to Newport News. This is absolutely no joke, but the flight crew nor the pilot knew which state Newport News was in and upon arriving they announced we were in Virginia and said they knew that thanks to a Google search. Keep in mind it was now about 8pm and we had all been prepared for a short flight that would arrive hours ago, so everyone was beginning to get really hungry and irritable. This is where the flight crew started to really, thoroughly suck. In addition to being completely rude to anyone who tried to ask if we could get some more information, they were CHARGING people for water and offering nothing in the way of food. Only after a passenger begged did they dole out granola bars and cups half-filled with water around 9pm. Also, this entire time we weren't able to leave the aircraft and this was when the bathrooms decided to go out, and they were out of commission for about 30 minutes, so that was fun. We finally got into the air around 10pm and landed in LaGuardia by 10:50. Also, just a note, but when we took off in Newport News the weather had turned and there was heavy rain and lightning. We had no issue taking off during the storm, but apparently the storm was the reason for the initial delay? Whatever. Anyway we finally landed in LGA after being on that plane for 7+ hours. Then, just when we thought it was over, we were told there wasn't a gate open and we would need to sit on the plane and remain on the runway for about 30 minutes. 30 minutes was actually more like 45, so around 11:30 we finally, FINALLY could get off and I have never seen passengers de-board a plane so quickly. Overall this was one of the worst experiences ever, and while I try and be understanding when it comes to delays, what really put this over the edge was 1) the lack of reasoning for the delays and 2) the incompetency and rudeness of the crew. They made no one feel safe or comfortable. This was the absolute worst."
Cons: "Everything. I genuinely can't think of one plus, aside from the comraderie of the passengers."

Pros: "The cabin was clean, and the staff was friendly."
Cons: "I was disappointed in the surprise costs of luggage. I packed everything in a carryon so that I wouldn't have to pay for a check bag, but turns out a carry on costs $40 at check in. I understand it was a cheap flight, but I may have made a different decision if I knew there was an extra hidden cost of $80 round trip. On other notes, on the first flight of my two, the plane was swerving back and forth on takeoff and landing. The weather was fine, and I've flown plenty enough to know this wasn't normal. My second flight was fine. It was on the same plane, but the crew changed, so I guess it was pilot causing it to be this way? The seats were uncomfortable in coach for long periods of time compared to other airlines, and did not recline."

Pros: "The crew was very professional and very nice. The equipment was new and clean, which is also greatly appreciated. Excellent job in these two areas."
Cons: "Absolutely do not like that Frontier Airlines does not offer TSA Pre-Check service for its passengers who are enrolled in the program. I was not aware of this ahead of time, but it was confirmed to me after looking at my ticketing and speaking with several TSA agents from my departing airport, Orlando (MCO). They said Frontier is one of the very few carriers that do not participate in this program for some reason. I would love to know what that reason is? This is a very important feature for me. Without a good reason for not offering this service, I must say I am far less likely to chose Frontier in the future, along with having to make recommendations to my colleagues to avoid Frontier for this reason for their travel needs as well."
