Although we got here on time it was the most stressful ride ever.

I fly often. Mostly internationally for work, but often enough domestically that I am a learned flyer. I hated that there was no complimentary anything on this airline. When checking in, I had to pay for my seat, after paying the stated price on this site (btwn 13-45 $). There was food and beverage, that you also had to pay for, no complimentary soda or nuts on this airline. Also there was a carry on baggage fee!!!! Like wtf. Overall, though the crew was great, I would NEVER fly this airline again.

Everything. Worst service, constant delaying for flight, long wait when boarding. I haven’t seen such a bad airlines before. The seats were horrible, the pull out tables are so small. The customer service over the phone didn’t help what so ever. Took them over 10 minutes in for myself to just ask them to look up my ticket and actually do something about the issue, online booking messed up my name on my ticket and almost cost me $2000 to change it.

Flight out to BCN was one of the worst in my life! Never had an agent (BA Denver) talk to you and then mid conversation say they closed 3 minutes ago (7 minutes in to trying to find a flight alternative for their cancelled flight...and I wasn’t being upset!)
They boarded quickly, left early, arrived 40 minutes ahead of schedule. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
Loved how nice all the staff was to us ! Super friendly and accommodating.
All Airplanes have tiny seats, and first class is just too expensive for retired people to buy.......

The in flight staff was very friendly
Our 2nd flight was changed by the airline, causing us to have a 6 hour layover in Philadelphia instead of a 2 hour layover. Then when we ask about changing to a different flight they told us that the original flight we were supposed to be on (that we booked over 8 months ago) was completely full so that’s why we were moved, and there were no other flights available to switch to. So we accepted that. But when we printed our boarding passes, we saw that our seats were now separate from each other, and they were both middle seats! I don’t understand how booking my tickets so far in advance still resulted in these issues. We were finally able to get an aisle and window seat (not near each other) but both flights had poor to little entertainment, which I wouldn’t have expected on such long flights with American Airlines. Really was letdown. :(

We landed in Denver 30 minutes ahead of schedule and I must say that the flight attendants were great at making sure that our needs were met. We will be flying frontier again!

I could not go on the trip due to medical reasons and submitted the documentation. Spirit refused to reimburse me and said they would give me a voucher to fly in 30 days although my doctors said I could not fly or travel due to being on a heart transplant list and wearing an lvad to keep me alive. Flight net also refused to reimburse me. I will never use kayak.

No big crowds trying to board. Everyone had room for their items in the over head. Love the one seat by itself. Very short flight but the one steward still served beverages and cookies.
