The staff were so kind and helpful. We flew back from NY with another airline and it was horrible. We will always stick with Air Canada as everything was far better!

Well you cancelled our direct flight to Austin from Toronto granted you got us on another flight but sent us to Denver then onto Austin delaying our arrival time in Austin by 7 hrs I was flying with 3 other people none of us were happy with our Air Canada experience

A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?

It was good except it was quite delayed arriving to Newark.

The seats are comfortable. Flight was comfortable and on time. Love the format of the map (so different from United.

As usual with Air Canada, being on schedule would be nice. Tv kept shutting off and having to reset it by staff every time. Irritating.

The only complaint, and it was a HUGE HASSLE, was the carrier of the flight from Newark to Toronto on flight AC 3711. On my itinerary it stated that the flight was 'Operated by REPUBLIC AIRLINES/UNITED EXPRESS'. Translation: it was a United Airlines flight. Different terminal, which meant frustration with inability to check in at Terminal A, needing to catch a shuttle to Terminal C. I told my friend who was picking me up that I was flying United Airlines. She waited for me at the United Airlines terminal in Toronto, except I arrived at the Air Canada terminal. Very confusing and difficult for all of us. Better communication is needed when other airlines operate Air Canada flights.

Both flights were good however , zero entertainment on YYZ to RSW flight. Helps to have some distraction on flights over 2 hours.

It is air Canada so leaving 20 minutes late is very acceptable

Flying Business on Air Canada is wonderful. With ultimate destination in US, you get the Lounge. Only problem is there was no lounge in YQB so it had to wait until connector in YUL. Flight itself is only about 30 min like the old DC-NYC shuttle so there was no service other than almonds and the bottle of water that was at your seat upon boarding. Would have been nice to be offered a beverage and there was enough time to do a quick pass for the 16 seats. That and having a lounge in YQB are only complaints, but that's very first world complaint. The FA were cordial and professional if not warm. It was a good flight and I'd do it again. But, word to the wise, it's a very different experience doing border check in YUL than YYZ. Long walk and had to go through full screening (including taking off shoes and having to chuck the bottle I had just gotten not knowing there was going to be a frull screening since there was no warning) at YUL even though never left the terminal after landing. YYZ was just a passport check. This is not A/C's fault, but travelers should be advised/warned in advance so they know what to expect especially since you land and have access tot eh terminal and it's stores and food before you get to border check. If you have mobility issues, the distance can easily be a problem and there is no warning of how long it is until you have reached the end. My mom would not be able to navigate it and someone like her may not be able to stop in the middle of an empty long corridor to ask for mobility help. A sign offering how long (10 Min, etc.) the walk is like at new LGA terminals goes a long way. Also can be stressful if you're tight on time for a connection.
