Cons: "Food choice a bit limited - especially the free offering. In-flight entertainment is only available from the WestJet app to view on your own device - you need to know this before you board - otherwise you are not able to access any of the movies etc."

Porter, like most airlines, need to improve their baggage policies. In reality, there are no longer 'cheap flights' because passengers pay exorbitant baggage fees.

Cons: "Received e-mail about flight being cancelled on way to airport and could not get us on another flight for 4 hours. The cancellation was incredibly last minute and caused us to be stuck waiting in the airport almost 6 hours as the flight we got rebooked on was also delayed about an hour. The incredibly rude, unsympathetic and condescending associates that we experienced did not offer any solutions or show any compassion for the situation we, and others, were being put through. I will never fly Porter again and have told everyone I meet (and in my profession, that is a lot of people) never to fly Porter airlines. I was disgusted by the whole experienced. Shame on you!"

Flight to Windsor delayed as arrival from Montreal was late. 7:30 pm departure now delayed to 8:15 pm departure. I could have drived Ottawa to Windsor in same amount of time. Total waste of money! Still waiting at lounge in Billy Bishop Airport as I write this. And the weather was perfect today! What’s going on?"

Cons: "Our flight was delayed once again. Once we landed our carry on baggage was not given to us right away. We were told to wait for it outside the plane. After waiting, we were told we would have to pick it up at the baggage carousel with the checked luggage. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our carry on luggage."
One United employee a little impatient, also on flight WiFi was out for some time. I was happy to receive a complimentary alcoholic beverage for volunteering to check my carry on bag.
Very rushed and stressful Transfer at Pearson. Baggage delayed, I have been advised is coming, but not sure when.
Boarding was a breeze and the attendants at the airport were very helpful

Seats suck. Only one drink service in three hours with the flight attendants being more attendant to their phones than the customer. Painful in the extreme.

Cons: "I had an aisle seat that was hard as a rock. The cabin crew repeatedly slammed into my shoulder with their hips and carts and never once excused themselves or asked if I was okay. The PA was muddy and difficult (near impossible) to understand."

Cons: "Direct tv sucks! Had to watch trailer 3 times before movie started. If switched to another movie it started part way. Flight attendants instead of one long announcement made three announcements few seconds between thus cutting in and out of movie."

Great staff. Cramped seating for someone 5 feet, 2 inches and average weight. So if you're tall or heavy -- good luck. Even if you wait until the 24 hour checkin time, you still charge for seating. Really? So either it is a less-than-pleasant experience or pay the price of a "big name" airline. And if I'm going to pay their prices, why would I fly in your cramped seat? So, in the end, you want to give less comfort for the same prices as Air Canada. Go figure.
The airplane smokes and they think it's normal.... this is sign of deterioration
Flair aircraft smokes before takeoff... and this seem normal to air hostess..... smoking aircraft is not a good sign of safety

Everything was great. Got out 5 minutes early and had a nap on the overnight flight.
Wifi was down on this flight but I had a movie downloaded.
Horrific airline. This trip didn't even happen!! We got to the airport and were told at check-in that our tickets were canceled WITHOUT NOTICE! I begged the agents for more info and was told we were blacklisted for using a fraudulent credit card. The card was debit and the funds were already taken out! The desk agents all left, and we were left with zero solution. We had to book another flight with a different airline which cost us $2300 in addition to the $550 Flair already took from us. I have been on the line for 30 minutes to speak to an agent. Does not look promising. AVOID FLAIR AT ALL COSTS.
