Pros: "Crew was pilot and helpful in explaining the situation to me."
Cons: "Got bumped from a flight to make way for a pilot in training. The fact that this happened on christmas eve made it even worse. Had to wait until boarding to find out that was being bumped and was told I shouldn't have been allowed to check in."
Pros: "The View was spectacular. The plane was a little bit too smelly."
Cons: "The View was beautiful"
Pros: "I was pleasantly surprised by everything! It was easy staff was friendly and the piolet was great! What more can be said! Planning on using Cape Air again!"
Pros: "The ease of changing flights."
Cons: "Of the three women at the gate one was rude to everyone. The two others seemed ditzy and clueless. The announcements they made were incomprehensible to many in the passenger audience. There was substantial eye-rolling."
Pros: "Friendly & informative pilot, smooth efficient ground crew: they didn't bang up my vintage Levi's back pack..."
Cons: "No complaints...A+"
Pros: "Hate crew diligently kept me informed of my bag connecting from my 45 minute late "on time" united flight."
Pros: "Still Stuck in Nantucket. Cape Air cancelled my flight and then didn't put me in another. I'm still stuck in Nantucket."
Pros: "I sat in the copilot seat since plane was so small."
Cons: "Delayed so I missed my connection in Boston. I ran to catch it but the door was closed and they wouldn't let me on, even though plan was still sitting at the gate. I had 8 min to spare."
Pros: "Flying over the traffic heading to Hyannis where you take the ferry to Hyannis. Experienced pilot who told us the stewardess would be passing out food after we were airborne. Good sense of humor in a 9 passenger plane."
Pros: "I love the small planes and the overall friendliness of the pilot and the other employees - reservationists, ground crew, and others in the terminal. Once I landed in Nantucket, I had a 1 1/2 hour layover to Hyannis. When I went to check in with the reservationist, she asked if I wanted to get to Hyannis faster or if I had business on the island. I said I would like to get to Hyannis as quickly as I could, so she put me on the next flight which left within 15 minutes. After a long flight from LA to Boston, then to Nantucket, and then to Hyannis, it was nice to get home earlier than expected. I live on the Cape, and I love that I can fly into Hyannis. Then I only have a 25 minute ride home."
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "Flights across the east coast were delayed, luckily ours was only 15min late to take off."
Cons: "Landing crew in Boston was rude, bossy, and repetitively sciolding, just because I touched the door of the plane. No instructions nor to or warnings were posted, but he kept harassing me and the other passengers.about "our safety"."
Pros: "The flight itself was good, pilot was nice, I got to sit in the copilot's seat which was fun."
Cons: "At the Nantucket airport, they don't let you through security until your flight is called. I heard mine called and went up but the woman at the desk said she hadn't heard it so wouldn't let me through. Ten minutes later, I'm being paged over the intercom. Again, I wasn't let through until I tracked down someone from the airline. By the time I finally got through, my flight had gone and I needed to be rebooked. Incredibly frustrating as the intercom is the only way to know what's going on with your flight, so I couldn't look at a board or anything to know the status."
Pros: "It was a brief, smooth, enjoyable flight."
Cons: "My checked suitcase weighing <30lbs. was not put on the plane because of a weight constraint (combined weight of passengers and their luggage). I collected my suitcase from the airport the next day. Of course, airplane safety is a must, but I saw others dealing with their luggage also having been "bumped". Traveling this way is unreliable and, for me, less than satisfactory."
Pros: "The pilots were really friendly, the plane was comfortable, and the trip was short. Nice take off and landing. Very smooth."
Cons: "The lady behind me kept showing my seat around and pulling on my hair. Apparently she didn't have enough room or something because it lasted the whole 45 minutes. We hit some turbulence which was pretty rough but not terrible. would have been nice to have arm rests. Also boarding and take off was late and which made me late to my appointments."
Cons: "Too expensive. 399 for a 40 minute plane ride? Really?"
Pros: "Great timing"
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "The flight was cancelled because of engine trouble. As a result we miss our connecting flight to our final destination."
Pros: "Great service and quick flight from Lebanon to White Plains. Super convenient and the crew was very friendly."
Cons: "taking off almost an hour late for a 20-minute flight. poor planning re weight restrictions so that luggage for several passengers had to be put on a future flight. no information given re delay."
Pros: "It was my first solo flight, as well as first flight in a small plane. Quick, easy check in and boarding in Mayaguez, PR. In San Juan, exiting and meeting family was not easy, due to terminal design. Overall, great experience."
Pros: "But it came on the next flight to Rutland and was delivered to my house that evening."
Cons: "Due to weight issue we made it safely to Cuelbra but our bags did not. Hopefully they arrive today or we will be going 2 days without them. No fun"
Pros: "Everything"
Pros: "Good, efficient flight to Bar Harbor from Boston!"
Pros: "There was no food or entertainment so you should include a column in the survey that reads: N/A Otherwise excellent pilot!"
Cons: "It was a rain night fly.... but that is no ones' fault"
Pros: "Great. But you have to not be scared of small planes. The plane only seats 8 people. You can high five the pilot."
Cons: "Very small. I'm 6'4" very tight fit"
Cons: "AIRPORT SHUT DOWN TO EARLY AND NO AVAILABLE CAR RENTAL WITH DEBIT CARD. I BECAME STUCK WITH USING TAXI CAB."
Pros: "Crew is very friendly and the views are beautiful."
Cons: "This plane is an 8-seater, so no food, no drinks, no entertainment and no lavatory. Short flight, though, so not a big deal."
Cons: "Was very disappointed. I missed my next flight in Boston because this one was cancelled 15 mins before we were supposed to take off- leaving little to no time to make other arrangements. When I first checked in I was told there was a slight delay due to 'wildlife management' then we got word that it is cancelled because of ice in Boston- it was 46 degrees. There was no compensation because the cancellation was due to weather. However, we were later informed that it was due more to lack of equipment. I have lost my faith in cape air"
