The crew was nice.
Almost an hour delay at the gate. I understand there was some problem with the plane and I’m glad they fixed it, but maybe give everybody a cookie or something instead of pushing all your snacks that are available only with a credit card.
I was squeezed into a center seat between two larger people for 3-1/2 hours. I wish seat widths were posted when one makes reservations. I would have upgraded.
The patience the staff had with some passengers
2 out of 3 of us need wheelchair assistance. All went very smooth except when arriving back in Mn, got off plane and had to stand there waiting. My mother was taken right away, I eventually walked off having to lean against wall. No chair available. Eventually I pushed my mother while granddaughter managed our bags. I met my chair coming while nearing exit. We made it and I understand how many people need assistance. All and all it went great.
Just standing is my worse physical challenge, pushing a wheelchair was better then just waiting.
The cost, seats were comfortable,
The plane was an hour late landing at my destination partly bc they ran out of room in the overhead for bags. On flight entertainment cost $$ and was in the form of an iPad.
