Cons: 1 hour delay in LA without an explanation. 20 minute delay in Boston, on arrival, because the jet bridge did not fully extend to the plane.

Pros: The crew - helpful and efficient. No charge for a carry on - a definite PLUS! Thank you! Terra chips - plenty of snacks and water - encouraged us to have more. Overall a lovely flight experience. We will fly JetBlue again over other airlines.

Cons: I hate the fact that I had to pay for data just to see the map of where the plane is during my travel. Other airlines will at least give you a map to view as well as one or two free movies/show. They don't make you feel like your being forced to purchase data just to have a pleasant ride. I also hate the fact that I checked in my bag well before my flight (even had time to grab something to eat before boarding) and when I landed the airline informed me that my bag didn't make it on my flight. Like how does that even happen? Then tell me it's on a different flight, that landed 4 hours later. Well, my bag wasn't on that flight either but on a different flight that landed a few minutes later.

Pros: Great gate agent and flight crew!! I checked in my acoustic guitar for the first time with an airline and it was treated like gold.

Cons: CCheck in process was horrible I only had a small bag which fit under the seat and yet I could not check in online or at the kiosk without somebody coming out to certify that my bag was indeed small very stupid and very cumbersome. Pros: I love the legroom. Alaska seems to have more of it and I will fly when I can on Alaska just for that! Crew was very nice too.

Cons: Nothing to eat! By the time I ordered at the back of the plane there wasn’t any food left except one cheese plate. Very disappointed as I wanted the Asian salad and there were none. Need more selections and more food onboard. Some free peanuts would be nice.

Pros: The crew on my flight it self did a great job but comfort is not there. I don’t think I’ll fly with Frontier anymore. It’s not worth the hassle.

The good thing was the call center representative was patient and help me out, if not for her I would’ve have to spend more than $650

Cons: Communication, customer service, booking adequate staff (I.e. pilots) so that flights don’t get delayed until 1 AM

Cons: Checked bag did not arrive. This happened because the crew was 30 minutes late receiving the SLC to DEN flight. What should have been a 60 minute layover became 30 and the bags did not make it to the connecting flight. This also prevented us from buying food in Denver for the final leg.

Pros: Both of my flights boarded and left a little early. This is so rare and minimizes stress.

Cons: The plane was late arriving. We boarded almost an hour late, then sat at the gate for over half an hour. The pilot made an announcement, but he couldn’t be understood. After we took off, we were served water only, which was warm.

Cons: Honestly offer one free bottle water during the flight. 2 hour or longer flight. The ones who dont carry bank or credit cards can't get water.

Cons: American Airlines cancelled this flight and then sent one of my two checked luggages to another flight to Newark from Chicago O'Hare and didn't even think to put me and the luggage I left behind on said flight? Either they should have left both and let me deal with it OR send me on a flight.

Cons: The connecting flight was with a partnership airline but I was not notified of this before I got on my flight. When I went to the information desk they had no idea where my flight was, or if it even existed. I had to wait for the Hainan Airlines booths to open for a different flight and then ask them. I waited over an hour in total and was then afraid I would miss my connecting flight.

Pros: I find airline seats to be getting smaller, even though I have lost 5% of my mass. Perhaps it is my age. My chair at home is a prototype airline seat, designed by a Scandinavian.

Cons: Entertainment on airlines is "meh" at best, but I prefer old movies. So I bring a book. Then the airline comes up with novel locations for the light switch. Airlines should remember that travelers have just had the "TSA experience."

Flight crew was indifferent and would not collect my trash (drink cup, purchased food box) for almost two hours. the purchased food, vege chips and hummus, was skimpy and outrageously priced. I feel their attitude toward me was the same as a passenger gets on the average subway car.

Cons: We were on the right side of the aisle as you face the front of the plane but for a long time it seemed as if only the other side was being served any snacks, beverages. The plane was delayed for takeoff due to a/c problems. Too bad that was not discovered before boarding and forcing us to sit in the fairly uncomfortable for an extra hour and a half. The crew did not seem overly helpful.
