Cons: We arrived at the airport 5 minutes (NO more than that) after the one hour check in time to fly international going to Mexico. We were told we had to wait in line to speak with someone to print a boarding pass. There was an extremely long line with only two employees helping. We then asked if we could get our money back being that if someone has specially helped us with our case only being 5 minutes late to check in, but they declined. We had to book an entirely different flight and still have not gotten our money back. It was very stressful and unprofessional and had someone actually helped us, we would’ve arrived at our destination at the proper time we worked so hard for. I know my boyfriend and I weren’t the only people with his problem because two other families ran into the exact same avoidable problem. It felt very unprofessional. It ruined a familys vacation and caused the poor children to cry because of the lack of accommodation. We would love our money back but not sure you guys will even do so. Very disappointing.

Pros: I appreciated the pilot leaving the cockpit (while we were still at the gate) to brief us on our route, the weather, etc. He also offered a few humorous comments along the way. Flight attendants were friendly and professional.

Cons: Drunk men seated on each side of me that were loud and disruptive and cursed the whole 3 hour flight. They were even readily supplied more alcohol by the flight attendant twice which was really in poor taste considering how rude and clearly drunk they already were. They never should have been allowed to fly because their behavior was disruptive before we even left the gate in Palm Springs. Drunk people should not be allowed to fly if they cannot be quiet and certainly should not be allowed to purchase more alcohol once on board.

Cons: I have usually flown with Virgin America. Uncomfortable seats both along your spine and on your bottom. After boarding the plane, it was very stuffy...no air from the vent. After take off, very little air thru the opened vent. No built in screen as compared to Virgin for movies, music, and a flight map....it's about $10 to rent a tablet to watch things with Alaska. Just before landing they played a commercial advertising their credit card....Oh no, I don't want to listen to commercials on the flight. That will probably cause me to book with another carrier in the future. I HATE COMMERCIALS.

Cons: Mechanical delay started as a "few minutes back to the gate", then 1 1/2 hrs sitting on plane at the gate without updates, then "get off the plane while we turn off the air", another 2 hrs without definitive info, then "we're bringing in another plan in a couple of hours", then after 5 hours of waiting, an announcement that flight is cancelled. Finally they announced a replacement flight setup for 8am, but at 4am, Alaska sent texts that the replacement flight was delayed till 1:30 pm. We finally left Palm Springs for Seattle at 2:40, 26 hours late. But the worst part of the experience was the terrible communication. A few e-mails or texts or PA announcements as the time passed would have saved about 90 passengers the frustration of waiting hours at the gate area and ticketing desk for info about options. Alaska should have been more respectful of its customers. Minimal effort was made to answer our questions.

Cons: I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly.

The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky.

Pros: The flight entertainment and crew were great. They had a lot of the latest movies available to watch, though I'm not sure you'd be able to watch if you didn't have your own headphones (I did). The crew were friendly and helpful. I got a cold cup of coffee when it should have been hot, and they corrected it immediately.
Cons: They charge you for everything: sitting in an aisle or window seat ($15); checking one piece of luggage ($25); for food, even on a five hour flight, save for complementary snacks like a granola bar or pretzels. I paid $11 for a tiny sandwich (it fit in the palm of my already small hands). I will definitely get good at the airport next time. It may be just as expensive, but at least it will be filling.

Then about two minutes later, I hear a toilet flush and turn around and the same attendant who tells me that I cant use the restroom - comes out of bathroom door! She had long brown hair and glasses. So its ok for her to use bathroom but not me? And we didnt even land for another ten minutes!

That didn't make any sense to me being it was still Sun Country Air. Would like to hear an explanation on this policy.

Cons: Traveling during the holidays is never fun and a flight with American International doesn’t make it any better. No personal entertainment system on board, no place to charge a phone, an overnight flight with lights on bright enough to read by and a seat clearance of about 1cm.

Never again, Coming back the food was better but was told they were out of fish, my husband on the other side of me was told they were out of chicken. when questioned, got a dumb answer. ran out of wine (red&White) Spain & France on a day flight & told us they have no control. Service sucks, except 1 nice fellow, who apologized. 6 bottles for 36 passengers. 1 crew had cold towel around his neck sitting, 1 doing crossword so we had to help ourselves. 1 crew saw something in the plane & screamed so hard woke up a sleeping pilot. 1 crew slept for 2 hrs and 1 watch TV for 1 hrs. NEVER VERY, IF I CAN AVOID IT, WILL I TRAVEL WITH AA. They own a lot of us more than an apology.

Cons: They did not have any customs and immigration forms on the plane so everyone had to pick them up as we got off the plane and fill them out before proceeding to the customs area. It was very inconvenient for all passengers since there was not a good area to fiill out the forms and it slowed everyone down. First time I can ever recall the airlines not having the forms available before we landed

Cons: Flight to Maui had no Mai Tai drinks available, no heated towels, no dessert, barely any service from the flight attendant(s).

They forgot to bring the immigration forms onboard, only had the customs. They didn't give us pens/pencils to fill out the customs form. This made offboarding confusing and messy. What entertainment? No screens.

Pros: Seats were very roomy, both in with and legroom. The whole flight experience was good.
Cons: Headphones on a short-haul flight were used and we're clearly dirty with dust. Drinks on the flight are quite particular. There were people who asked for beer and got a can, others who asked for the same got just half of the can.

Cons: Last 3-5 central rows in economy class have no space for carryons. On top of that, at arrival we realized they have lost our bagage, all 6, so we’re left with carryons. This may be our very last trip with Lufthansa.

Cons: They didn’t put enough fuel in the tank and the pilot only noticed when we were next in line to take-off so that led to a 30 minute delay. Some terrible seat designer put the call button and light control on the armrest exactly where your elbow rests so every few seconds you would here a call bell.

Pros: The Toronto to Victoria service was a good one earlier but now with Air Canada Rouge service is not very comfortable and the best choice given that it a long flight. No Onboard entertainment, uncomfortable seats.

Cons: Thrifty Canucks are cheap on the snacks, both size & quality, but then it's a two-hour-nap-flight so no big deal

Cons: The plane was hot and cramped. The air didn’t work right causing the flight to be warm and sweaty. My tray table was broken and wasn’t able to hold food and drinks flatly.

Pros: The speed of the flight to Canada and then to Tokyo was excellent. The room and the boarding crew on the plane were all awesome. The only complaint I had was about the food. I think they were going for more of a regional food choice flying to Tokyo. But the "snack" of a Cup of Ramen noodles seemed like a slap in the cultural face. I'm American and felt a little offended by the Ramen Noodles. But other than that the experience was awesome!

Cons: Air Canada flights are always delayed. The crew is rude and usually not helpful when asking for something. In addition, when I bought the ticket I was asked if I spoke English because I was sitting in the exit row; however, the couple sitting next to me obviously did not speak and they let them stay there anyways.

Cons: It was cold throughout the flight and everyone was shivering, we asked for blanket and they didn't provide it to nobody! It's a 4 to 5 hours flight, come on! I paid for the salad that was not fresh The screen confront of me was not working I will definitely avoid buying air Canada and it's a shame as I am Canadian and would like to have my business with them. However I am not happy with their service.

Cons: We didn't get aisle seats. We didn't expect the food offerings to be great, and we weren't disappointed. We would have preferred that Trump not be president on our arrival. Maybe next time.

Cons: I had to delay my whole trip one day as the fight was late by 5 hours. I had made specific plans to reach delhi on April 21. Since I am a physician, it wasn't easy to arrange coverage so I could make it to delhi for a particular event. And this delay in flight was a major disappointment and made all the effort futile.

Pros: Good flight overall - the Air Canada Rouge entertainment was not bad, but didn't work on one of our phones and I couldn't get it to work on my tablet (driver wouldn't load - and couldn't check for driver til we got on plane, so that was frustrating). No issues with the other phones and my ipad. Food was good.

Cons: Late leaving. Plane packed full. Cramped seating, overhead bins full. Carry on baggage seems unregulated. Air Canada does little to make flying pleasant. Cramped seating getting worse and worse. If you are tall, be prepared to suffer.

Pros: The experience on the flight from san diego to Toronto was excellent from curb side there all the way to baggage claim in Toronto. The service by ground staff on both sides was excellent, The staff on board was helpful, efficient and very polite. In flight Entertainment was good too, unlike on the way to San Diego when the choice was so limited it was not worth my time to use it.

Cons: We missed our flight. OK, our fault. Any attempts to contact the airline were unsuccessful. They did not have an office in the airport and the numbers we were given at the information desk to US, Canada, or the local representative were not responsive. We ended up buying tickets for another airline. We were lucky to get the last minute fares for $630 one way. Air Canada's price was over $6,000. An e-mail from the airline reminding of the check-in time would have prevented all this.

Cons: Pitch between seats, filth all over seat back and tray table, mass rush to board when zone three is called, no free snacks, limited drink choices, etc.

Pros: I had an open seat next to me; the flight wasn't full, so I was able to stretch out more comfortably. The crew was very nice, too.
Cons: I didn't realize I needed the app to access entertainment, and I had no way to download it when I got to the plane. I saw that a leg of my journey was on Rouge, and assumed it would be a shorter leg, not the longest. It was disappointing.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The flight attendants were attentive and very nice.
Cons: There wasn't much to like. They left an hour late with no explanation and forced us to run through the airport to catch our connection, they lost my baggage, the in flight entertainment was awful. The Rouge Player had no current movies or TV and the food portions were very small for a 9 hour flight.

Cons: Number of movie selections for a transcontinental flight was really poor especially compared to a Delta transcontinental flight I took the week before.

Cons: Where to start, I have taken Air Canada 1 time before to Regina and you lost my luggage, luckily it was on the flight home. This time check in was very disorganized and unprofessional (I got scolded when my luggage bumped the post that forms the line that was set up after half the passengers were there making the last to show up first in line.) The flight was delayed and hour for a broken air mask upon departure . The monitor screens were hard to see and harder to hear. Upon arrival we sat for 30 minutes because they couldn't shut the engines down. Customs was a breeze but the walk from terminal to customize to the next terminal had me winded, luckily my connecting Air Canada flight was late also . And this was the better part of my experience. My flight to Athens was miserable ( lots of screaming children spread out through the plane). And when I thought it was over my luggage was separated and lost for 3 days. I should send you the underwear as a reminder of my experience

Cons: Once again over an hour late due to maintenance issues. Air Canada uses a subcontractor airline for their Cincinnati flights that has a horrible track record. AVOID!

Pros: Their was a two hour delay, the planes cabin was at about 55-60 degrees and due to bumpy ride...service was delayed (obviously not the fault of anyone). Just overall, uncomfortable experience!

Pros: The extremely unempathetic Toronto Air Canada customer service agent was a particularly fond memory from my trip.
Cons: After weather forced us to miss our flight to Delhi from Toronto (understandable), Air Canada booked us on an AC flight to London and then an Air India flight to Delhi from London. In Toronto they told us that we couldnt get our bags because they were in storage, but that they would be on the plane to London and then to Delhi. Upon arriving in London, Air India told us that Air Canada never booked us on their flight to Delhi - that neither of our names were on their manifest. Air India was helpful in getting Air Canada's mistake fixed. Upon arriving in India, my partners bag was nowhere to be found. It would be logical to assume that his bag was in London and never made the imaginary flight Air Canada booked us on. However, even though our bags sat in Air Canada storage for 24 hours, his bag was never even loaded onto our flight to London. He didn't receive his bag until 6 days into our trip, causing all of us to miss out on multiple experiences, including the ability to leave Delhi because of our need to get his bag and multiple missed and promised deadlines from the airline.

Pros: Terrible, only one spot open, long lines. We missed boarding and were forced to wait 4 hours after already 10 hours travel. No help and no mercy at the custom area.
Cons: Use all airport customs agent's desks after a large plane arrivals.

Pros: Entertainment choices on this flight/with this plane were endless, and you didn't have to pay extra for them like you do with Condor, for instance. The seats were relatively comfortable, in comparison to the way you are packed into some planes these days. Particularly liked the headrests that were adjustable side to side. It helped in this particular case the flight wasn't completely full, and so I had the seat next to me free.

Cons: air canada moved the flight time up an hour earlier, so I missed the check-in cut-off. I never received an email from kayak or air canada that my itinerary had changed. On top of this, air canada wanted $150 to book me on a later flight (which, after protest, was rescinded). My guess is that air canada is vastly overbooking some flights, and this is a technique to shake some passengers loose and force them onto less-full flights. Shady.

But AC changed scheadule 5 times before our flight.
