Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay
Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.
Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.
No snacks not been water was offered I fly weekly and have to select Economy or extra comfort per business rules but will choose American at least they offer mid seat class passengers water. on short flights. The WIFI was awful on the plane as well. The thing I can not figure out is why you treat business class people this way we spend more money that your one trip first class passengers cumulative than others maybe look at the company name of the people flying and treat us better as there are thousands of us flying weekly and choose what airline we want to select.
My 4pm flight did not leave until about 10pm. I did not enjoy this experience.
I had an extensive delay on my previous flight and we had another delay due to the crew not being there. We were scheduled to have a late arrival but due to the delay it was even longer.
Had one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. 1.5-hour delay turned into being held on the tarmac and our pilots timing out. Was supposed to take off at 4pm and didn't take off until 10:30pm.
Nothing really it’s just the flight availability that hurts sometimes
We requested wheelchair assistance at ATL. This request was booked in advance of travel, we have requested this service before. We have had issues with accommodations for accessibility in the past, but this was beyond not having a chair on the ramp. We arrived in ATL international gates and had to search for a wheelchair for 40 mins. There were no delta or airport employees available to help. No service phones, nothing. With the help of another passenger I was able to get my elderly mother from the plane to the gate seating bench. She was able to wait there while I searched for a wheel chair.
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

Very good. Because of the delays with my previous flight, I missed my connection, but I was able to book another flight through the United app easily.
Lost luggage, they need a baggage service representative available all times in Atlanta
I was charged for my daughters bag when I am supposed to receive two free checked bags with my United Explorer card.
Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
The check-in process is not the best They should have agents in site to help with any problem especially a rebook. Why does one have to get on the phone when there were at least 8 agents around that could have help?! Flying is stressful as it is and having someone willing to do their customer service will ease some of the stress.
Flight was quite late as there was no pilot Crew is usually excellent, this flight not as good as usual there were more mistakes, slower and less friendly service But honestly the aircraft was too cramped and uncomfortable for a 4 hour flying get so, do to the aircraft liability the very best you could ever do is mediocre.
The pairing of personal Bluetooth headset did not work, provided headset did not work, then the screen locked and therefore no in-flight entertainment was available.
The staff was so kind and very helpful. I had to use handicap wheelchair services and was so thankful for how well they treated me during my whole trip. Thank you so much. Jessie took time to explain his service and what part he played and how others was going to be available to help. The flight attendants was so helpful in helping me get to my seat. Made me want to plan my next trip with United Airlines. I usually use Delta.
WiFi never works on any flight and the attendants can never get it to work. You would think paying so much for business/first would give WiFi. Also, the food in business is really poor these days.
