Gate area was cramped and a little chaotic

Comfortable seats and boarding was quick.

No air control when we got hot, the stewardess was too efficient and kept taking our drinks, you have to pay for food and teh in flight movie wasn't over by the time the flight was over so I didn't get ro see the whole movie.

The breakfast served in the route Abuja to Heathrow was very hot and tasty. The hostesses were great. Good service overall

The crew was excellent, never heard a negative comment. Helpful and courteous. Flight was delayed from Amsterdam, but did not cause a problem with our connection at Iceland.

Very crowded and disorganized at Amsterdam. More of an issue with both airports lack of people capacity than Icelandair operations.

I like the route going through Reykjavik so that we can avoid New York and Chicago connections.

No food servedl

I liked the communication with the passengers. I also liked the movies available. The cabin had a decent amount of leg room for me, I'm an avg sized person I would say.

I didn't like the prices for food. A bit high for a baguette with just bread cheese and one slice of ham. It was very good but pricey. Also, boarding is disorganized. They call everyone at once, not by rows, so it gets congested FAST.

Flight delayed

My laggade not arrived - both of our bags , my and my husband . There are all of hot closes there . It not possible to begin a trip in Iceland without special equipment !!!

Allowed early than standard check-in. Pleasant counter staff. Nice to have beverage offered twice. New plane with reasonable choice of free movies. Boarding was efficient and smooth.

Only water, apple juice, or orange juice were offered. No snacks were offered like all other airlines we have flown in recent years.

packed but acceptable and was timely

passengers werent very considerate but otherwise it ws fine

we were stranded in aberdeen due to flooding and were to miss our connection to vietnam. we were expecting the worst when we called BA but the service representative could not have been more helpful or efficient. she had us booked in the next couple of days all the way to our door. she was positive and we could tell she really cared about our plight.

Flight was delayed for 2 hours!

Absolutely no free snacks other than tap water (!) Food supplies for purchase ran out of sandwiches and sparkling water by the time they reached my row.
