The crew was late in getting food out but for a four hour flight there is no value in flying anymore. Airlines are just trying to rake in as much money as possible. When are they going to be responsible for everyone getting sick like cruise ships are? They should hand out masks and sanitizer because airlines are one of the dirtiest public spaces that there is! Show up late and barely clean the plane between its third or fourth leg of the day.

Pros: Our flight was delayed due to weather. Every effort was made and ultimately the wait was minimal as compared to the original estimate. The attendant at gate 4e was so courteous and kept us constantly informed. Staff are always courteous, friendly and work very hard to help. Jet Blue is definitely my preference when flying.

Pros: I liked that they allowed my dog to get on board with me in the end. I like that they had delicious options for snacks and good entertainment during the flight.
Cons: I didn’t appreciate them questioning me about the comfort dog when all the papers were right in front of the attendant. Also, I had called in several times to make sure I had everything I needed to the last min change in having to bring my dog with me. I was told over the phone that I could have up until I boarded but then got to the airport and was commented about it a few times by JetBlue associates. It is confusing and fairly stressful especially when I called in ahead of time to confirm I was ok.

Pros: Only my 2nd time on Jet Blue and this time it was that only two seats per row flights. The boarding process was smooth. I checked in online and had my pass on my phone. The seats were comfy enough & wifi was free along with tv. The flight itself was smooth and the flight crew address any possible issues beforehand. The crew was on-point with the routine but they had really great customer service. I usually don't think of JetBlue when looking to book but they are really winning my business. Great job overall.

Cons: The plane was miserably cold, with tempuratures dipping well into the 50s on the aircraft. I was shivering and sneezing the entire time, guests in the row in front of my had their leather jackets over their faces. Air was pummeling me in the window seat. It was the most miserable 2 hours on a plane I have ever experienced, and I have been on thousands. I would highly reconsider the tempuratures on the plane seeing as that this could severely sicken children and elderly. I have never experienced this before.

Cons: My son had to go to the bathroom shortly after we landed. Which he had to since the seatbelt sign was turned on when we were landing. He really couldn't hold it any longer and he is 4. I was sitting in the last row next to the bathroom and I attempted to get up to take him. The stewardess was very rude and told me to have a seat. I said he is about to pee in his pants and I sat down. Well sure enough he urinated on himself. He was so upset because he thought the rude stewardess would get bad at him. He also didn't understand why he couldn't go to the bathroom. So he urinated on the floor of the aircraft. So I left with my 4 year old boy covered in urine and in tears along with my 6 year old and my 2 year old who was having a tantrum at the same time. This made my mother's day complete. I felt as if the staff on this flight was very rude. No one even said sorry or cared about what had just happened. Even a happy mother's day greeting would have been nice. To add on our flight to Philadelphia we we're delayed for 3 hours. We have three children 6 and under and ended up arriving at about 3:15am. Your airline did absolutely nothing to make us more comfortable and am overall very dissappointed in JetBlue.

Cons: Plane was blowing excessive amounts of cold air on my seat, and airflow could not be adjusted. I explained this would trigger a sinus infection, a common issue for those prone to sinus infections, not to mention it was simply uncomfortable. I asked for this to be addressed. It was not, despite I was told turning down the air might be possible. No follow up was provided. Sure enough, I now have s sinus infection.

After calling Jetblue for customer service per your advice, they first suggested to give Jetblue credits for extra tickets. When I insisted that the issue was solely caused by kayak-jetblue ticketing connection issues, they supervisor approved to cancel 2 credit card payments... BUT I have to wait for 2 weeks to see the cancellation on my credit card. Unfair and ridiculous, if you as me.

Thank you for making my Mom feel comfortable and safe during such a traumatic time. You have a customer for life!

Pros: I was traveling from Charelston to DC the weekend before Irma hit with a return flight Sunday. The counter agent was great at finding a return flight change no problem. No fee. Off I went, and off Irma went, I had to change my return travel plans and unfortunatelyJetblue didn't have s direct flight to my new destination, the counter agent in DC went thru possible options and worked with main ticketing to refund my flight for future use, noting it saved me money to rebook online at a cheaper fare, what airline does that theses days. Very pleased and grateful Jetblue made my travel during a tense weather weekend the least of my worries, they were Rock Stars!

Cons: Due to hurricane Irma, people are flooding out of Florida like rats on a sinking ship. So, the security checkpoint is an absolute mess. Meanwhile, the trains at MCO are malfunctioning badly as they chaotically try to replace them. The boarding agent acknowledged these issues as she explained to me and 5 other people that we couldn't get on the plane that wasn't scheduled to leave for 12 more minutes. Finally, thank God, a supervisor arrived and called the captain of the plane who subsequently let us board. Completely unnecessary situation. Very disappointed.

Pros: JetBlue is usually great and this flight was no exception. I always check-in from home and love how easy they make it. I also sign up for the sms updates and they communicate well that way.
Cons: But.... being delayed three times on a flight where I was literally jumping off the plane and going straight to a viewing... Not great. Pros: flight time is so confusing

Cons: I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure.

Cons: Connecting flight from JFK to DCA was moved from approx 2:30p to nearly 8p, making our layover 7+ hours, as opposed to 1-2 hours. No reason for this change was provided. Delta crew member in JFK was rude and unhelpful. The second agent (who ultimately booked our standby tickets for our original connecting flight) was more pleasant.

Cons: My 4 year old daughter and I were not seated together and I was told that a 4year old could not sit alone yet Delta refused to move anyone. Instead I had to get on board and beg someone to please wait h seats with us.

Cons: I didn't like how the cabin temperature was freezing cold. My wife and I were wearing long pants and sweaters and were still freezing. We asked the flight attendants twice for blankets and each time they said no. I know they had extra blankets but for some reason they did not give us one. I thought that sitting in comfort+ they'd at least give us the comfort of a blanket but I guess not... Oh well.

Blamed it on weather even though a full maintenance crew was beneath the plane in the entire time and, for the coup de gras moved a new flight an hour later 30 gate down. Classic Delta hopefully they'll be out of business in a year

Cons: The booking was done through vayama and the confirmation numbers didn't match with delta's. It was confusing. I had to talk to a delta rep and give her the eticket # and at that point, she gave me a new confirmation #, that I was able to use to check in with on delta

Pros: I have always known of airlines to offer preboarding to those military members in uniform or on official orders. Delta took it one step further and allows prior service members to board also.

Cons: Although my TSA Pre check number was on my flight coming into Atlanta, it wss not on my fight leaving Atlanta. That caused me to arrive at my gate 5 mins before boarding time and prevented me from having time to eat breakfast before my flight.

Cons: A tiny bag of pretzels is a stingy snack. Aeromexico gave us a croissant with two pieces of cheese,applesauce and a square of chocolate.

My husband got through his line 15min before I was finished in the other line. One line required iPads to be other, the other didn't. Something was seriously wrong with how things were being handled. Bathrooms onboard were a pigstie.

The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. Such cave men they are!

Pros: The Delta staff at the Marine terminal at La Guardia were fantastic and saved the staff that re-issued tickets at JFK.
Cons: 5 minutes until boarding at JFK we were told to transfer gates; upon arriving by shuttle to the new gate, passengers were informed the aircraft was downsized and 20 people needed to be bumped. I volunteered since I had a flexible schedule so Delta re-issued me a ticket at 9am JFK for a 10am flight out of La Guardia. I trusted them I'd make it in time and they said they called taxis for us so we left to go catch them. Actually, no taxis were to be found so we had to call our own and were significantly delayed. I was in the first group of 5 people to be re-issued and arrive at La Guardia. Everyone else bolted but my new boarding pass didn't work and they actually didn't properly re-issue my ticket as I had been booked as leg 3 of my international flight from Malaysia. After they called three different departments including China they were able to print my ticket at 9:54am so I sprinted through the security and to my gate and was able to somehow make the flight as they were closing the door. However probably 14 or so of the original bumped passengers definitely didn't make it.

Cons: A full flight in the midst of a pandemic. Totally unsafe! Safety first in the air and closed space vs how many you can pack in during a pandemic. Disgraceful! I have tried to avoid AA due to how they handle flying right now , I couldn’t today and they were just as bad as I imagined. Delta was so much safer and more protective of its customers . 50-60% full by design . Fly them and learn something.

Cons: How come I always have a beautiful and talented flight attendant? She was perfect!

Pros: Lisa I. was one of the best flight attendants I have ever observed. She enjoys being on the airplane with people who need help, comfort, to complain about anything. She was all over the airplane and refused a tip when I tried to insist she accept it. She said, “I have been doing this for a long time, I am tipped by seeing passengers having a pleasant flight.” I had goosebumps and the two women to my left and right were also impressed by her professionalism. I pray that Lisa is working on my flight home!
Cons: Absolutely nothing, even with 30 to 45 MPH winds, the plane was gentle. The passenger next to me was scared. Lisa said to let her know if she needed anything, the woman was fine the whole flight. Lisa came by with extra snacks and she smiled and said she was doing well!

Cons: Without power at each seat it's difficult to take advantage of the otherwise free entertainment that is only accessible through the app or on a laptop. There was a DC power outlet at my seat (not all of the seats in the main cabin even have that) but guess what--it required a cigarette-lighter-style adapter to plug in. I certainly don't travel around with one of those! And most of the other seats in the main cabin had no access to power at all. My battery wouldn't possibly last through a 7-hour-plus flight without supplementary power. Oh well, fortunately there are still books and magazines. Just like old times. Be more like United or any other international airline, American!

Cons: Gate at Philadelphia was tiny with not enough space for everyone on the plane, it was a 6 hour flight and no snacks beyond pretzels were available-not even for purchase. I'd just come off an 8 hour international flight where I was provided lunch, ice cream, a pot pie snack and frequent beverage service. Somehow as soon as you are flying domestic on a slightly shorter flight American Airlines thinks its okay to treat customers like garbage-nothing but some sad pretzels and 2 rounds of drink service was provided for a 6 hour flight. The seats were super uncomfortable with no head rest, no personal entertainment devices were provided, and there was no general entertainment for the whole plane-seriously I've never been so bored. I would have fallen asleep from boredom but the seat was too uncomfortable so I couldn't even do that. The plane landed in Seattle but sat without unloading passengers for 20 minutes because the gate crew wasn't ready. We didn't get our checked baggage for over an hour after landing. When asked, customer service reps said that the S gate was far from baggage claim-seriously I'm not sure how that is a reasonable excuse. Other airlines arrive into S gates and have timely baggage claim service. American Airlines has no standard for timely baggage claim service like other airlines (Alaska) so there were no repercussions for such late baggage service. We left the airport with our luggage over 90 minutes after the plane landed. The entire experience is just another example of American Airlines of why the terrorists won't even fly American Airlines. I was seriously disappointed to find out that the British Airways flights we booked were operated by American instead of BA crews. I seriously will never select this option (or fly American) again if I can help it.

Cons: People all over the coach section were complaining about not being able to sit together. Families with babies, couples, even ours (though the kids are old enough for me not to be truly worried as some were). Somehow reservations seems to have messed up an entire flight. We gave up trying to fix it for fear they would make it worse. Then the woman at the gate tried to get folks to volunteer to give up their seats on an overbooked flight. But she was screaming at us. Unbelievably unpleasant to be yelled at over and over again and told we could lose our seats. The poor weather likely caused flights to be rerouted into PHL so our flight out to SFO ended up 1/3 empty. FABULOUS. But the gate experience was horrible and the legroom, had it been a full flight, was miserable. I'm in search of an airline with a humane approach.

Cons: American Airlines has terrible customer service. We were unable to board our flight at the Philadelphia airport because when we arrived (almost 2 hours before our flight) the ticket counter was already closed for the evening. No one from American Airlines could help us. We were left stranded at the ticket counter until it reopened at 3:15 am. We are very disappointed and disgusted with the poor service we received from American Airlines. After hearing multiple horror stories from others, it is safe to say we will never fly that airline again.

Pros: Staff at departure gate desk were great at announcing changes and relaying info regarding the delayed flight. Drinks were offerred although the flight was short. Flight attendants were friendly. My checked luggage arrived early and I was notified so I didn't have to wait.

Cons: Itinerary I received was for British Airways, with whom I have always had excellent experiences. However, I discovered at check-in I would actually be traveling on American Airlines with a different flight no. I had already provided my BA flight numbers to family. No explanation was give to me prior to flight that this would be the case. Food was terrible- even for Coach class - I don't always expect a gourmet meal, but BA was consistently good in the past, so I had positive expectations. My personal entertainment system did not work properly so I could not use it.

Cons: American is always delayed, every single flight.

Pros: Left on time arrived on time. Also, luggage got to the carrousel quickly.
Cons: Nothing it was a short flight and the plane was mostly empty.

Pros: The crew was helpful and nice, boarding was calm, we got there much earlier than anticipated.
Cons: 1) Biggest complaint is not about the actual flight we were on, but the one we missed, who left the gate Early, even though they knew we had landed and other people from our BCN to JFK flight made it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, esp since all other flights to DC out of JFK were cancelled. 2) We were on the last row of the plane so our seats didn’t recline. Annoying at best bc the flight was so short, but would have been nice since we had been traveling for 18 hours by that point (because of the late flight, missed connection, cancelled JFK flights, etc).

Cons: Had to rush to catch this connecting flight. At boarding time, which we just made, the previous flight had just landed and people starting to deplane. All we would have wanted was an accurate announcement versus an unfriendly feeling from the gate agent

Cons: The connecting flight from philadelphia to amsterdam was cancelled by American airlines due to a faulty plane. The system auto-rebooked many passengers on the flight on a 2 connections flight to arrive in Rotterdam for the following day. This was obviously not a suitable alternative. However after hours of waiting at the gate to get a better flight, an american airlines representative was able to rebook a flight to amsterdam via london that was still not until the following evening. I had to stay in philadelphia overnight and had to find a room on my own. The flight the next day went better however I still lost a day and a half of my trip. Unfortunalely for me, the issues did not end there. There was an issue in communication with british airways; american airlines never gave them the new flight details so british airways marked me as a no show for the Rotterdam flight and cancelled my return flight. By luck i called the day before my flight back to the US since i felt something was wrong. British airways representative was able to rebook me on a similar flight for the same day. Will most likely not use this airline again for international flights

Pros: Nice modern plane. Even though the flight was delayed, we ended up boarding earlier than expected and arrived pretty close to our original expected arrival time.
Cons: The crew was nice and everything, but they weren't very good at making announcements on the loudspeaker. You could tell they didn't really know what they were saying or haven't practiced. One lady was trying to make a sales pitch for a new master card and you could tell she was reading and there were long pauses. My sense is that when using the loudspeaker to talk to the entire flight, one should be practiced and know what they're saying and communicate quickly and efficiently. Don't mean to be critical, but it's something that I noticed that could be improved.

Cons: For a flight five hours or more I was disappointed that there was no complimentary food. It otherwise it was fine

Cons: Plane was old. NO in-seat power, no USB chargers, no in-seat entertainment. TV monitors in the aisles? Is this the 1990s? One crappy movie? The "headsets" are a joke. Too many announcements - and I don't like it when they play movie trailers, commercials, etc. over the sound system. The food was horrific. I wish American Airlines would charge $20 more per ticket and provide some reasonable food. Everything just screamed LOW QUALITY. Lucky I had brought a sandwich and some snacks with me on board. The food was so bad that I didn't even touch it. They should just eliminate the food completely and tell people to bring their own on board.

Cons: Flight was delayed for hours- weather related, but at other destinations- so this flight had to wait to be rescheduled. Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages.

Cons: This was almost a six hour flight there were no televisions available the flight was oversold and there were people on standby there was very little Lego room we were only offered snacks and drinks the crew was stressed we left late because we were instructed to check our carry-ons but that was not enforced until people were already on the plane getting on the plane and getting off the plane took a very long time there was very little leg room it was difficult to move around the plane because it was such a small plane the crew was very stressed out. I am very upset about this flight and will not fly with American ever again.

Cons: It doesn't make sense to board from the front of the plane backward. I know this is not an AA thing, but a way to make customers paying more feel more special by having the privilege of sitting on the plane longer...but it's really silly.

Cons: There are NO ENTERTAINMENT, and I had two flights that were more than 5 hours each. It was not operated by British, it was actually American Airlines.

Cons: I nearly missed my flight because I did not have a seat for a flight that I bought a ticket for at full price. Which, would lead one to believe that I would have a seat on said flight. However, coming to the gate an hour before boarding the personnel working gate the said he was having computer difficulties and could not get me a seat and it would be 10 min. I continued to return till boarding to find out I had no seat and I was on standby. Upon going to customer service they replied the airline oversold tickets and every airline does this as if to make this practice ok. Well being in sales myself and if I were to sell x amount of product to one customer ( or several) I better make sure I have it all there to deliver. People rely on you schedule wise. It nearly shot a meeting I had to make in the foot. Very disappointed with the airline and the way things were handled.

Cons: When the flight was on time, we learned it was overbooked. Agents stated that if people would not willingly accept their offer to fly at a later time random people would be denied boarding. This was a stressful element as there was no other flight that could make me arrive on time. Plus, threatening to deny boarding to paying customers for airline related overbooking does not seem like a fair or good business practice. Then there were mechanical issue with the plane. After waiting over an hour for repairs they realized they needed a new air craft. This further delayed the flight. Not only was the flight extremely delayed at this pint but throughout the waiting time we were given very little information and were constantly told they couldn't give us an approximate time of departure. This was extremely rude and makes the experience of dealing with a delay even worse. I would suggest giving us more information about what is happening. Saying we don't know when the flight will leave is just unacceptable. To make matters even worse after we were finally boarded we had to wait an additional 40 minutes sitting inside the plane while they boarded refreshments! I know there are delays in flights but this same thing happened to my flight on my way to Paris and it caused me to miss my international connection and had to be re-routed.

Cons: It was a full flight, anyone in loading zones 7-9 were required to check their carry-on luggage. We were in loading zone 6, so not required and preferred not to due to our full day of air travel that would continue into a 3 hour car trip. My husband reached the gate, his ticket scanned, and let onto the plane. I walk up next, my ticket is scanned and then the personnel at the gate said in what I can only describe as the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, ill-tempered tone that he would need take my bag. He grabbed it out of my possession, shoved it into the luggage sizing rack and even though it did fit inside the lines, he said it was "too close" and would need to be checked. Not wanting to cause a scene and quite frankly speechless by this man's attitude, I did not object.. It was not until I was seated on the plane that I noticed more than a dozen items of luggage larger than mine and that the vast majority of people that had 3, 4, 5 carry on items when the maximum is 2: one personal item and one carry on luggage item. It was both the lack of respect and the lack of consistency that lead me to have an extremely "poor" boarding experience. Serious retraining needs to be completed and boarding attendants should not be able to harass airline passengers.

Pros: The crew was very nice and competent and obbiously embarrased by whoever in operations screwed this flight up good.
Cons: Pleane departed two hours and thirty minutes after original schedule because of operational and equipment problems. Plane wasn't even in Philadelphia unti 6:00 pm. The guy at boarding (unlike the boarding in SFO) called way too many groupss individually, First Class, Diamond, Premium, Gold, Priority. This led to many people being refused boarding and told to wait. In SF they simply call first class and then all the rest or the Aadvantage members together before the land boarding. Much faster and more efficeint. Even though the flight was full there less than 12 people in the Diamond, Premium, whatever classes. And the guy taking the boarding passes was a jerk. He actuallly seemed to take pleasure in telling people they couldn't board. Might not ever fly AA again. At least never from Philadelfphia.

Cons: When the pilot took off at LGA he said "everyone here is trying to take off at the same time" so we'd be delayed by 30 min. Not once was there a mention of any other reason. By the time we got to DC I had JUST missed my connecting flight. It was listed nowhere on the departures screen and I realized I had to take an outdoor bus to the other half of the "c" terminal which was very confusing. I got there and had missed the connecting flight and stand in line for 20 min for someone to tell me that I would be stuck in DC overnight. At this point rain had started pouring and they told me that because my mishap was due to weather they would provide no meal or hotel voucher. Weather was not the issue and I was stuck in DC overnight by myself and not compensated for hotels or meals.

Cons: The flight was canceled with no warning that anything bad was even possible. No efforts were made to get the passengers to DC even close to on time. I ride ended up just having to rent a car and drive there.

Pros: The crew was very kind and friendly at all times, very professional and approachable.

Cons: Communication is always my #1 complaint with Allegiant. They delay flights regularly but there’s never any additional information...they just send you a text or email saying your flight is delayed, never tell you why, but they want you at the gate at the regular time...so you sit there for hours with No further communication and the gate agents never come to the gate to let you know what’s going on or what to expect because corporate has gotten stingy with regard to compensating folks even when THEY are to blame for the delay. Two trips in a row, two weeks apart, they’ve done the same thing to us. I appreciate the low fares, but I’ve just about decided I’d rather pay more for good customer service because theirs just sucks.

Pros: The idea of a more competitive airfare. New South terminal in Austin is nice. Parking is cheaper. Food truck and outdoor seating are nice.

It’s all so stupid. Not having the ability to get a boarding pass from the online app or printed made me have to wait in a line 300 people long to access the kiosk and then half of them were down. Then another line maybe 500 people long just to be allowed up the escalator to where there is another line to go through exuding checks. Nuts!!! My flight was an hour and I spent three hours online getting to it!!!

Cons: Counter at Asheville, point of origin for the flight, was unattended at recommended arrival time. Attendant, when he finally appeared, seemed, to this traveler at least, unengaged, abrupt, even rude, certainly not as welcoming and helpful ad other UA counter attendants at busier airports and at more demanding times. The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day.

Cons: Luthsansa sent the reminder 30 prior the flight that was a delay on the flight operated by United. I called customer service they do don’t helped and hanged up twice. Finally after waiting for an hour on the airport the same flight was change 4 times more. A manager in United got us in a different flight but we arrived 40 minutes later to Madrid and missed our connection to our other flight. I had to buy a one way expensive tickets because my connection was loss due to the issues with the FL rigth from Charlotte

Pros: The crew on the flight were very friendly, very attentive and always smiling. They took great care of the passengers and in particular a woman with a crying baby. It didn't bother me at all, but I know the parents were concerned and the flight attendants were so kind and helpful. The food was truly fantastic, and served hot and with a smile. They repeatedly asked us about water, as the cabin was dry. I would give the crew an A+!
Cons: My husband and I have not flown for several years and have always enjoyed past flights. However, it seems as if the seats have much less leg room than years ago. I am only 5 foot 4 inches, and was very uncomfortable. My husband is 6 feet tall and he was miserable. Sleeping on this 9 hour flight would have been helpful, but due to the cramped seating, it was pretty much impossible. The little pillow and blanket did help with some back support, but I guess making more money per flight is more important than comfort.

Cons: United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit.

Pros: I was separated from my 4 year old and 7 year old children as well as our husband. We bought our tickets together but we're out on 4 different rows. I asked flight attendant for help and she was rude. She talked to my husband who was further in the back and came back and told everyone it was ok for my kids to not be with their parents because my husband said it was ok. It was not ok, it was awful. After I started crying someone finally traded spots. But I didn't like that my husband's wishes over Road mine, it was misogynistic and she was a woman, a very condescending women.
Cons: That our family was separated. That the female flight attendant talked down to me in a misogynistic way

Pros: The flight actually had hot food for sale! The cheeseburger was pretty good.
Cons: I had a really hard time getting the cabin crews' attention during boarding for a piece of safety equipment. I hit the call light, tried to catch them as the crew was distributing headphones, and the light got turned off by an off-duty flight attendant without checking that we needed something. I got it in the end with an apology from crew but I still don't feel terribly safe Also, the paid entertainment system that my neighbors purchased seemed to be down with static for a portion of the flight.

Pros: The crew were excellent and receptive to needs on the flight.
Cons: Baggage Claim was a nightmare. I did not receive a baggage ticket when I checked my bag in London. Part of that is my fault. I should have made sure I had one. It took an extra long time to get my bag. Everyone else had left the area from my flight and I approached the counter. The attendant at the counter was rude. She said she couldn't help me unless I had the baggage claim ticket. Which I get that, but it all comes down to how she said it to me. She went over to the carousel and said that my flights bags were still going around and at that time I saw my bag. I said there it is to her and she responds, well you can go get it yourself then. Just completely rude. It all came down to how she responded to me. I was freaking out at the prospect of my bag being lost and she responded as clipped and uncompassionately as possible.

Pros: The movies were good - glad it was free and nice selection
Cons: US Pre-clearance in Dublin was ridiculous. I don't know what else to say about it. They were even holding us going down the escalator to the actual screening part. It was just one crazy queue to another. Will definitely make me think about ever going through Dublin again.

Pros: The boarding was pretty good for this flight, seemed simple enough, everyone was pleasant. And I was near an exit, which offered sufficient leg room.
Cons: I was disappointed by a few things... 1. The staff didn't much care to be there. They seemed distant and unconcerned, although their words were supportive. I just got off a flight from Seoul to SF, with United (892) and they admittedly stated that they were understaffed (which was completely fine) and their attitudes were much more supportive than that of the following team (486), a flight from SF to IAD. 2. I was surprised, that on a 5hr flight, they only offered a half bag of mixed items and two rounds of beverages. I was sure that they would feed us something. However, if it's not the policy, I get it...but I asked if they had anything I could purchase, the flight attendant points me to the menu pamphlet and says that I could choose from there. I asked for the Chilled Chicken with Slaw and she promptly lets me know that they only have cheeseburgers, a protein box and Cheese. For a person who's lactose intolerant, I was again disappointed by the service--why ask me to go to the menu, if you knew there were only three items you were offering?? So I didn't order anything. 3. The entertainment blows my mind. I've flown with you guys like 8 times this year, and the app still does not work properly, however, before every flight, someone mentions over the intercom to be sure to download the app...but if it doesn't work...why offer it? Also, if there are tvs at the back of every headrest, the least you could offer is a random movie, versus the commercials about how great the app is, or whatever was scrolling along. Lastly, please note, I was trying to figure out a way to make a comment to United...but didn't want to sound TOOO disgruntled. I'm not opposed to flying with UA, absolutely not, but if any of these things are addressed, I definitely feel you will be making a massive improvement on what seems to be an airline that I'd think twice about taking. Feel free to e-mail or call me. I don't mean to sound rude...but having flown other airlines, and knowing that UA has been around for a while, i just hoped the experience would be better.

Pros: The cabin crew themselves were great. The pilots offered my child to go see the cabin and everyone on the actual plane was great.
Cons: The United employees at check in kiosk were very unorganized and unhelpful. I was traveling internationally with a small child and had two pieces of luggage to check in. Normally you just go to the counter once and they do everything including taking your luggage once they weigh it. Instead, I had to go to the self check in kiosk, then back to the counter to weigh my luggage, take off the one luggage from the scale, weigh the second one, then go back to the self check in kiosk, then was told to take off the second luggage as well, then finally went to a second counter where the lady handwritten my luggage tags and then was told to take both pieces of luggage and put them somewhere else altogether with specific directions on where to put them. This is something normally handled by the actual employees. Also, the check in dude yelled at my kid for putting in his name into the check in kiosk while we were waiting on the check in dude to do all those unorganized activities. He claimed it would break the software if my kid were to enter his name. I have told him that no, the software will not break if my child enters in his name.

Cons: Uncomfortably warm!!

Pros: The people were very nice! The entertainment although not easy to access was free. snacks were meh but ok. They did what they could to make us comfortable after flight was delayed 2.5 hours.
Cons: The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours was out of the control of the crew. They did what they could. But the plane was cramped. Not enough space. Everyone was cramped. We missed our connecting flight they put us up in a hotel and booked alternate flights. We had to stand out in the cold waiting for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. The hotel staff said more than once they were not prepared for all of us and getting us from airport to hotel and in rooms was almost another 2 hours. That gave us 3.5 hours to sleep before we started in the next journey. Of 4 hours from take off to landing in our home city. I had to pay for my baggage to go onto another airline.

Pros: Everything went smoothe!
Cons: Not 1 thing.

Pros: The incoming plane was delayed due to 'equipment prep'. Since it was connecting me to my longer leg, I was nervous. The crew did a great job of deplaning everyone and getting the plane ready for our flight with very minimal delay.
Cons: It was a quick 30 minute flight and everything was fine.

Pros: The flight attendants were friendly and attentive to my needs. I like good service and friendliness so for this experience I give 5 stars
Cons: I was uncomfortable in my seat but that's expected on an airplane

Pros: Flight was disorganized because of maintenance issue

Pros: Found what was expected from the flight. Hats up to the take off that happened on time in a busy airport.
Cons: Aircraft is tiny and seats are narrow.

Pros: They held the plane due to delays in customs

Pros: Aircraft with old decoration. Could not see a single smile from the crew.

Pros: Comfortable and enjoyable flight, efficient crew without delays.
Cons: Poor food - even going for the safe pasta option. Very disappointing & not enjoyable.

Cons: Recent airline corporation consolidation has greatly reduced consumer choice. The surviving major airlines, in their effort to cut costs, sacrifice quality control and assurance. Pittsburgh's status as "no longer a major hub" was on full display here. United needed to have customer service agents available on site, but they did not. The review could easily turn into an essay on United's complete failure (ask the remaining passengers who were supposed to be on the PIT-IAD), but such a review would not change the state of affairs in the airline industry. I will be contacting United reps to lodge an official complaint.

Cons: First leg delayed on Tarmac for over an hour so I missed my connection. Then united rebooked me for the next day but gave me no voucher or money towards a hotel so I had to get one myself since it was all night in the Houston airport.mthem the rebooked flight had mechanical problems we had to change airplanes, and gates/terminals and were delayed another 2.5 hours. It was terrible.

Cons: After having several flights with international airlines while in Thailand for the last 2 weeks, it was quite a disappointment to spent 12 hours on this UA flight. There was a 6-8 hour period during our flight were flight attendants did not ask or even consider walking the isles and asking the passengers if they needed any water or anything else. During several flights in Thailand, the attendants were constantly catering to every passengers' needs. The difference between the flight attendants from Bangkok to Tokyo compared to Tokyo to DC was worlds apart. The Japanese attendants were as friendly as ever and took care of all the passengers needs. The flight attendants were flat out rude. There was once event on this flight that I could not believe. A child of 5-7 years old had to go to the restroom with his mother. The flight attendant was collecting trash from our meal. Even though she knew the child was behind her and needed to go to the restroom, she would not stop collecting trash, move her cart so that the boy and his mother could get to the restroom. Instead, she continued collecting trash and made the boy wait until she was done. I feel embarrassed for the foreigners who were on this flight and this was their first impression of America and Americans. The main meal that was served was a breaded chicken patty served with a slurry of questionable gravy, rice, and a roll. I received better food on multiple 1 hour flights while in Thailand. The comfort level was what you would expect from most American airlines-tight and cramped. I will never book with United for another international flight.

Pros: Once I was on the flight it was fine except for the food which was decent
Cons: On my outbound flight from IAD to BRU my flight was delayed 3.5 hours because the "plane was late to arrive". Seems like this happens a lot on United flights. The staff at the gate of Dulles airport were extremely rude and difficult to deal with, which made it frustrating to try and figure out my connection situation. I missed my connection from Brussels to Paris and had to buy a train ticket for which I was not reimbursed by United. Then, on the way back from Paris, my flight was delayed 2.5 hours for the same reason. At least this time I had a direct flight. This entire experience makes me think twice about flying United again. I live in DC and it would be just as (in)convenient for me to go to BWI instead of Dulles for international flights, where there seems to be more options outside of flying United.

Pros: The seats were comfortable. Staff was loud. But flight was okay. On time.

Cons: Very rude crew.
