Seats were comfortable, but stiff

Plane was way too hot inside and no eye masks or earplugs were handed out afaik. There was no beverage service, but this may have been due to turbulence.

I ordered food for my son and they had no record so he had some snacks only during a 10 hour flight. The cabin temperature was freezing, everyone was shivering but despite requests it stayed cold.

Getting to San Francisco flight was canceled, make a line for 3.30 hours to let us know what they were going to do with us, they give the place to go at 3 a.m with not directions were to take a bus , later someone come and told us the bus stop running at that time and I have to go upstairs to take a taxi, I was alone and not use to be alone at that time never in my live I had to pretend I was afraid. Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all

The staff was helpful and professional at every juncture - from check in to landing. The flight was smooth and landed a bit early. Tv/movie choices were great.

Airplanes are so cramped, it’s ridiculous. I’m only 5’2” and I didn’t even have the room to bend down to reach under the seat to pick up a pen I dropped. Take out a row and give everyone more room.

Flight attendants were very nice and helpful.

Our seats did not recline - this was a red-eye flight so not seats that do not recline is a problem. The plane was very cold and we kept our jackets on but it was still too cold. The flight attendant said it was warmer in the center of the plane. That's great for them but didn't help us since we were not seated in the middle.

Crew was great and plane was fine

3.5 hour delay leaving and 2 hour delay coming home. Leaving we boarded at 10:45 am and did not take off until 3:15pm arriving to Aruba 4:15 hour flight at 8:08pm Coming home flight scheduled for 5:30pm arriving at 10pm we boarded at 7:15 and arrived at midnight

It was so hot! Our air conditioner put out heat the entire ride and it was very stuffy.

Screen wasn't working well when the flight took off. Mid-way though the flight it turned off. Later, the music stations stopped working too. Seat had trouble staying in the upright position.

With almost airlines charging much more while delivering much less, it was a pleasure to take this flight and actually be treated like a consumer who paid a lot of money to fly. They fed us, gave us drinks, and were generally very nice and accommodating.

No complaints, other than I wish I could afford first or business class!

Reliability that your flight will not be cancelled. Punctuality.

They charge you $125 for a dog in cabin (JetBlue and Southwest near $100, Frontier $75). There is NO benefit, even with this extra amount of money. I was assigned to enter the aircraft in Group 8... I suggest AA the benefit to enter (at least) in Group 5 for people with PAID in cabin dogs.

Flew premium economy/delta comfort + and was a great flying experience. A taste of business without the $3000+ ticket price. Food was excellent, a huge step above economy. Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai.

2-hour delay causes me to almost miss my connection. I know some passengers had to be transferred to different flights which they almost missed.

First off I’m a Diabetic and some of my diabetic medication and or supplies are with me and some in my LOST checked luggage. I currently say lost because it Day 3 in Ibiza and the luggage never left Newark with my flight originally and is supposedly in Barcelona while I’m here. Called everyday for updates on my bag and they give you very little useful info. Oh and the 7:45 departure last Thursday didn’t leave until 2:30am, then they kicked us out of our economy plus seats picked for comfort and tossed us in middle aisle seats some place else which were ridiculously uncomfortable. There’s no entertainment except in first class and this is a 777 huge jet. Filing a claim, sending a letter to their ceo, a letter to he DOT, and grabbing a good lawyer friend for counsel on this because it’s a disaster. I had to buy everything I needed which isn’t enough and I’m also running out of diabetic supplies since the rest I’d my lost / delayed luggage. So delayed flight by 6hrs, kicked out of original seats, lost and delayed luggage, airlines seems to refuse to send it to my hotel through other carriers, 3days and no luggage and wondering if they are going to send it to Ibiza while I’m heading back to Barcelona today. No one calls me or emails or updates me on any status changes of where my bag is and what’s going on. Their customer service sucks and it’s some guy or girl in another country who gives no fks about your situation. I will never fly with United again

The flight was three hours late!!!!!!! I had to get on and get off the plane with all my stuff. This has financial implications on the ground later that evening in Uber Cost and I had to pay for the additional day for my car because I was not able to pick it up at the originally scheduled time. Rhe Alaskan staff was fabulous. They helped reschedule flights and connecting flights to get their customers as close as they could to get them to their final destinations on time. They showed patience and were extremely courteous.

My flight was so delayed that I missed my doctor appointment for a pancreatic transplant. The smoke po ut of Canada got SeaTac so backed up that many flights were either sever ew ly delayed or cancelled altogether. I feel like I wasted not only my own but this world renowned doctor's time too. I wish the airline would have put out a warning hours before the flight's original departure.

Flight attendants were very nice and helpful.

Our seats did not recline - this was a red-eye flight so not seats that do not recline is a problem. The plane was very cold and we kept our jackets on but it was still too cold. The flight attendant said it was warmer in the center of the plane. That's great for them but didn't help us since we were not seated in the middle.

Woman next to me with crying baby didn’t care that her baby’s head and arms where pretty much in my seat the whole flight. And the girl in front of me was wildly dancing the whole flight in her seat with headphones on and she get pushing back in her seat hitting my knees And every announcement the flight attendant made during the flight sounded like he was stoned and obviously didn’t care what he was saying

Excellent crew

I ordered food for my son and they had no record so he had some snacks only during a 10 hour flight. The cabin temperature was freezing, everyone was shivering but despite requests it stayed cold.

The smaller crowd flying out of and into was less stressful than flying out of LAX. JetBlue was very accommodating and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The luggage pick up area was very chaotic and outdated. Long Beach Airport has a lot of work to do to in this area. Needs a new system to make the process more organized and less of an undignified free for all. Passengers need some training in this area as well in this all about me world.
