Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "The crew was nice. They did a very good job under the circumstance."
Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour because of an error on Delta‘s part. They did not verify people as they were boarding. Further the person in 17 F was doing video chat as we were preparing to take off and he had very foul language throughout the flight. The crew never said anything."
Cons: "Delayed flight ruined it."
Pros: "Missed it"
Cons: "Give back money"
Pros: "Actually leaving the airport after 2 hours late was the best part."
Cons: "Not be hours late. And then when you finally land have to wait longer for an open gate cause they're doing work on the other ones. A lot of poor planning on this trip. Very disappointed in this experience cause I love to fly."

Pros: "Not much I liked"
Cons: "The crew were the worst Delta crew I’ve ever had. Sat 1st class and waited 1 hour from sitting in my seat untill I was offered a beverage. Asked for a snack and was told to wait until the basket was brought around, 20 minutes later. Asked for coffee, it was terrible and served with attitude."
Pros: "VERY small plane and small narrow seats"
Cons: "Yes...not change my flight at the last minute and causing me to miss my connecting flight. Then making me reschedule my flight with only options that I now have (2) layover and then arrive in Korea another day later, that then caused me to miss my college orientation day!"
Pros: "small and uncomfortable"
Cons: "respectful size seat"
Pros: "On time this time"
Cons: "Nothing"
Cons: "No video screen"
Cons: "The comfort seats are not that comfortable"
Pros: "Good customer service in person"
Pros: "chwcking in was very easy."
Cons: "No in board beverages. On flight from RDU to PHL beverages were served."
Cons: "I had a 4 hour layover in Minneapolis, there was another flight to Denver that I meant I could’ve been home three hours earlier had I done standby, but because I had a cheaper ticket I was not allowed that opportunity. That makes absolutely no sense to me seeing as my flight was packed. I’m sorry my flight saved me money"
Pros: "Not like"
Cons: "I have Sky Team Elite Plus Platinum but not fare anything!"
Pros: "Ease of check in and friendly people"
Cons: "Marta"

Cons: "They cancelled my ticket and did not inform me. Horrible exlefywith JustFly.com Beware of this organization"
Pros: "The exit row seat on this leg out of PHL to SLC did recline! No need for Delta Comfort+ unless you want to get off of the plane ... faster."
Cons: "For some reason, the pilot couldn't figure out how to adjust the cabin temperature for the first hour or so. This made the flight (and I was sitting in an exit row seat, right by the door which is usually cooler) uncomfortably hot and muggy. Food? No food. Thank goodness for Delta Lounge (even if it was the one in PHL). Just snacks make this a poor option for many. I don't know what is up, but the USB charger on the two monitors didn't work and neither did the outlet between the seats. And I have two different sets of cables "just in case" and they're the 3-in-1 so I can try to charge multiple devices (Apple, Android and Samsung) but nothing worked."
Pros: "Staff personalities"
Cons: "Waited extra 20 mins after door closed to-complete loading luggage"
Pros: "Staff was very courteous, the flight was smooth."
Cons: "There was no TV's on this flight."

Pros: "Stewardesses were sympathetic but could do nothing."
Cons: "A few flurries out of Philadelphia and flight is delayed 2.5 hrs, we therefore miss our connection and all they wanted us to do was spend 2 days in airport until next flight. Finally reached a compassionate soul at customer service who got creative and routed us to BCN via ATL, Miami and Madrid."
Pros: "Got upgraded to 1st / Business class."
Cons: "Due to weather the power outage in ATL, the flight out of PHL was delayed by about 30 minutes. No movies. No meals."
Pros: "We were probably in the air for 30 mins; great short flight. Plane wasn’t filled so had plenty of space."
Pros: "Crew was very attentive and curtious. Boarding was a bit more chaotic than usual and the gate agent made no announcement about boarding procedure, which certainly contributed to the scrum resulting. I arrived from the Skyclub several minutes prior to boarding time and was unable to find a path through to the Priority Boarding Lane. As boarding began she had to redirect at least seventy-five percent of those in front of me as they were not in First Class. Had she made one or more clear announcements about boarding procedure I rather doubt such a misunderstanding would have occurred with so many."
Cons: "For the third Delta flight in a row (all First Class) the crew did not make any effort to keep economy class cuctomers form storing bags in the First Class overhead or using the only First Class laveratory during flight. This flight I was unable to utilize the laveratory even once due to this excessive and continuous useage. Trying to do my bit to reduce our carbon footprint, yet I am sorely tempted to return to charter service when disrespect of the airlines own basic service class rules gets piled on top of TSA hassles."
Pros: "I had a window seat"
Cons: "bumpy flight"
Pros: "Flight attendant insisted to take my jacket. She didn’t return led. I forgot jacket in Cincinnati"

Pros: "All crew was great"
Cons: "We lost checked bag or it was taken, will loss a half day shopping for replacements. Compensation policy very unclear, not counting on getting any."
Pros: "Arrived on time crew worked had"
Cons: "my seat was BAD , no recline- right by bathroom one of which was out of order."
Cons: "Compared to such airlines like Turkish or etihad, service and comfort was lacking behind."
Cons: "On time"
Pros: "Liked the plane and the leg room. Had to switch itenary due to weather and the gate agent did a great job."
Pros: "Airplane was good, boarding was fast."
Cons: "The original flight was canceled and a new one substituted - basically they wanted to fly a smaller aircraft (via a different regional carrier) so the flight number changed. PHL did not have the new flight info displayed at the Departures board or on the screen at the gate. Caused a little anxiety."
Cons: "Cramped, uncomfortable tin can of an airplane. Barely tolerable for even an hour’s flight."
Cons: "Delta Flight #1661 I paid for 1st class. My first flight was late so I arrived at the gate after boarding began. When the gate attendant scanned my ticket another printed. When he handed me the ticket my seat had changed to seat 25E. I told the attendant that I had paid for first class. He asked me to step aside while he contacted his supervisor, Joe. Then I had to wait until ENTIRE flight had boarded which defeated part of the reason I paid for the upgrade. This was on top of the fact I was so thirsty because 1st flight didn't have drink service and because it was late I had to book it to the connection arriving sweaty, hot and needing to use the bathroom. I was told they had given my seat away to someone as a free upgrade. Joe offered me a $100 voucher to take other seat which was less than I paid for 1st class, plus the seat was a middle seat in the rear of the plane. When I told him as much, he tried to manipulate me by telling me that they would have to kick someone out of my seat. When I declined the downgrade, they made me stand by while they kicked someone out of my seat which was embarrassing and humiliating. Then, when they handed me a new boarding pass, it was not the seat I had paid for and selected, instead it was in the first row, which I’ve always hated because there is no under seat storage and I cannot keep my backpack with me. When I pay for first class, it is primarily so that I can board first and so that I have extra room to work (which I need access to my bag to do). While I was trying to take out the minimum of the things I needed from my bag and figure out how to manage without it, 3 times a flight attendant told me they had to take my bag (since I was the last person to board they tried to prevent me from using the bathroom and they were anxious to leave early). I tried to explain that Delta had prevented me from boarding earlier and that they gave away the seat I paid for which was NOT the first row."
Pros: "Service was great. Seating was OK. It was a brand new vehicle, so the (climate/air handling) was great."
Cons: "Boarding was not well organized."

Cons: "Budget Rental, OMG 55 min wait in the parking lot before some would check myself and several other renters. NEVER use budget again. Its not that they were understaffed. I saw Budget employees standing around doing nothing. On a side note the inside of the car was coated with a white cleaning solution, windows were dirty, and windshield fluid was empty."

Pros: "service on time"
Cons: "snacks very little amounr"
Pros: "I fly weekly, but try never to book United because there are always issues with my support animal. Without fail, regardless of the city, the agents at check-in do not know what to do. Each time I'm met with annoyance at having to check me in, and I usually end up calling either the disabilities desk and handing the agent my phone, or asking for the CRO. I have to leave an extra 45 minutes to accommodate flying United every time -- ridiculous. This time I also got a load of unprofessional gate agents cooing and awwing at my my support animal, and trying to pet him. When this happens I always simply state, "please don't" and this was key with rudeness as well. United please provide us with more professional and adequately trained staff at the airports. Once we're on the planes it's fine. But you seem to have VERY low hiring standards for airport staff"
Pros: "From check-in to touchdown, my travel over this Christmas was awesome! Flights were on time, security ran smoothly, and I would use Kayak again for sure."
Pros: "All good, no complaints!"
Cons: "A two hour and 10' flight became a three hour wait, then we boarded only to have to de-plane now because mechanical issues. Then walk to the other end of the terminal and re-board yet a second time. Total time at the airport and travel time for this short flight is: 8 hours"
Pros: "Everything went smoothe!"
Cons: "Not 1 thing."

Cons: "How far back I was"
Pros: "Crew was great"
Cons: "Great aircraft!"

Cons: "The tv kept shutting on and off"
Pros: "The leg room"
Pros: "The crew was nice and great with the three very young kids sitting in front of me. Left and landed on time!"
Cons: "Very cramped seating. The on flight entertainment kept searching for a satillite signal, only ever staying on for 30 seconds before searching for the next 3 minutes."
Pros: "The crew did the best they could with what was presented."
Cons: "Pilot should of gave us accurate times rather than saying "we should be taking off in another 15 min folks" which turned into 4 hours, pretty crazy."
Cons: "Flight was delayed, missed connection, chose to go to Minneapolis and was booked on a flight that I didn't have time to get to the terminal, so was rebooked a 3rd time, missed my shuttle, have no idea where my luggage is"
Cons: "First leg delayed on Tarmac for over an hour so I missed my connection. Then united rebooked me for the next day but gave me no voucher or money towards a hotel so I had to get one myself since it was all night in the Houston airport.mthem the rebooked flight had mechanical problems we had to change airplanes, and gates/terminals and were delayed another 2.5 hours. It was terrible."
Cons: "My connection to YYZ was cancelled and I was not even rebooked to the next flight. I needed to buy a ticket on Air Canada in order to get there. Every time I fly United I find myself asking "why in the hell am I flying United?""
Cons: "Very rude crew."
Pros: "Good service"
Cons: "Either ran out of or no snacks offered. Crew seemed a little impatient"
Cons: "Where do I start. Let's start with booking and the lack of knowledge, inability to listen and respond in an appropriate manner, and the fact that after I asked to speak to a manager due to the previous issues with the agent, and after being transferred all I needed was some understanding and support due to a family emergency and instead I get a short rude push back and then hung up on by the manager after I expressed my struggle and desperation for help. The lack of empathy and just the overall experience was beyond horrible, and if it wasn't for the desperate situation I was in I would have never used your services."
Pros: "On time bags made connection"
Pros: "It was a light flight, so I could have my carry-on with me even though I was in group 5. The breakfast -- berry pecan French toast -- was surprisingly tasty and satisfying (if not very attractively presented)."
Cons: "Too bad I had to pay so much for the exit row seat. I'm tall and it's needed for standard comfort (as opposed to extra comfort). Oh well. Gotta squeeze those dollars out of the passengers every way they can."
Pros: "The boarding was very smooth."
Cons: "The passengers behind me had a baby on board that cried throughout the whole flight."
Pros: "Got me safely to my destination. Other passengers were friendly and helpful. Sf and Vic airports nice. flight attendants passably pleasant. No food that I was aware of. Entertainment at least there was a wifi option since there were no screens."
Cons: "Check in agents all might as well have been robots, but with bad attitude. Even at the star alliance gold checkin desk the agent was clearly unhappy/furious (seem to be ongoing issues with the system/ machine frustrating him) and was consistently abrupt and cold though our interaction. He did help by lifting bags onto weigh and to press buttons to get the tickets issued, but I would have a much better experience of United if he has shown any sign of warmth or even smiled. I was struggling with a baby in a carrier, and several suitcase, and he didn't show any sign of humanity. The guy who labeled our bags was a bit nicer. The team overal though just barked instructions at the customers, never looked them in the eyes, and seemed to all hate their jobs. We got our boarding passes issues successfully, yes, but I felt on pins and needles like I had to be very careful not to offend anyone.... Which I don't think is what you want your passengers to feel at the start of a flight."

Pros: "Quick and easy boarding and security"
Cons: "It cost $20 extra for a crappy seat and more for a normal seat and $30 extra to take my single carry on. It would have been more honest to tell people these costs up front to allow prices to be properly compared."
Cons: "The speaker from the captain was so high/loud it felt like he was screaming at us, they did not handle the turbulence well, they made you pay for any form of refreshments, and I was just VERY not impressed. I fly on a consistent basis, so I have a very good foundation as to what to compare this to."
Pros: "I like everything from arriving and departing nothing bad to say."
Cons: "Bag fee is expensive."
