Cons: "Service desk personnel at the gate were very helpful and attentive. The plane was only 1/2-2/3 full, which made boarding quicker. The food was tasty and coffee was great! We were also offered juice twice during the flight. Bathrooms were clean. Since the plane wasn't full, they weren't dirty even at the end of the flight. I brought my own headphones, but the stewards provided them if you need them. My one big complaint was that our seats did not recline, thus making any kind of shut-eye near impossible. Our plane left and hour late, but the pilots stepped on the gas and we got in on time!"

We were lucky to have a spare seat between us and were comfortable for the flight. The entertainment system and the programming choices were quite good."

MY HUSBAND, WHO HAD BEEN SEEING CLIENTS THAT MORNING ACCESSED THIS COMMUNICATION AFTER WE ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT, SO WE HAD RECEIVED NOTHING TELLING US OF A DEFINITE CHANGE TO OUR FLIGHTS. THE TRIP WAS UNPLEASANT AND EXTREMELY STRESSFUL, AS WE WERE PLACED ON STANDBY FOR PART OF THE JOURNEY. WE WERE REBOOKED FROM PHILADELPHIA, PA TO PARIS, BUT NOT GUARANTEED SEATS ON OUR CONNECTING FLIGHT IN PARIS THROUGH AIRFRANCE. WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO BOARD THE FLIGHT IN PARIS AS STAND BYS WITH AVAILABLE SEATING. THE AIRLINE LOST OUR BAGS AND WE HAD TO BUY NECESSITIES UNTIL OUR LUGGAGE COULD BE FOUND. Furthermore they told me that I have to pick up my luggage at the train station as Lufthansa apparently had a counter right there but my luggage got out the normal luggage claim so I had to walk back and for in the airport. This was overall a really annoying experience."

So we ended up with a lot of people from the first rows boarding before the other and blocking everyone. Comfort doesn't exist anymore in Economy class, if you are taller than 5.9' your knees will touch the seat and you are squeezed in like cows. But that applies to almost all airlines nowadays."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others."

It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

I pressed a call button the second time to help him find something and again it took over 30 minutes for someone to come back to us. If there was a real emergency this delay would have been a huge problem. The stewardess was extremely rude in general."

When I asked Justfly.com for any form of compensation they refused. Will NEVER fly on this airline or book travel thru Justfly.com again."

Cons: "Did not like the 2.5 hour delay and plane de-boarding/change - this is something that should have been checked before 200 people were allowed to get on the plane and get situated. Also did not like the fact that I called ahead of time (5 weeks) to request a gluten free meal (which was on my flight to Dublin I will add) and it was not on my return flight to the USA. I was starving and was not able to eat that day because the cafes were closed in Dublin (Christmas eve), no food on plane, and because of a missed layover due to flight delay was scrambling to make the new connection and could not get food. Also, rescheduling for missed connection was a nightmare. Not enough personnel to assist in process and took over an hour just to get re-assignment information. Was sent to wrong gate and almost missed new connection. Then on top of that my luggage was lost and the american airlines operating staff sent me to the wrong terminal to make a claim and it ended up taking 1.5 hours longer than it should have just to submit my claim. This is on Christmas Eve mind you, after everything else that is happened that day on this nightmare of a flight. I realize American Airlines is just a partner airline, but you choose to partner with a company that provides sub-par service and an inability to resolve issues so I suggest finding a new partner if you want your customers to have better overall experiences."

There was no system to get people on the plane and no communication You expect a baggage fee but it should be well communicated. We looked up the fee online and saw an economy bag listed. What they do not list is that there are different economy baggage fees. The lower price you pay the higher the fee. Again I don't mind a fee - I just should be able to find that fee before I commit. Very deceptive advertising. I could have booked a flight with an airline for the same price and gotten better service, a few snack and airline miles."

The plane was small and cramped. The seats offered very little leg room to stretch. The spaces infront of the seats were also extremely tinny and could not fit back packs or purses. The climate control was also terrible. In 90 degree weather the ac was blowning out about 80 degree air. The air hostess never responded to calls and only showed up for walk throughs to give just water and take trash. The water was close to room temperature and no ice was offered to deal with the terrible temperature in the plane. No complimentary snacks were offered for a 6 hour flight. Definitely not worth it!! Will never fly this airline again."
