B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

I said he is about to pee in his pants and I sat down. Well sure enough he urinated on himself. He was so upset because he thought the rude stewardess would get bad at him. He also didn't understand why he couldn't go to the bathroom. So he urinated on the floor of the aircraft. So I left with my 4 year old boy covered in urine and in tears along with my 6 year old and my 2 year old who was having a tantrum at the same time. This made my mother's day complete. I felt as if the staff on this flight was very rude. No one even said sorry or cared about what had just happened. Even a happy mother's day greeting would have been nice. To add on our flight to Philadelphia we we're delayed for 3 hours. We have three children 6 and under and ended up arriving at about 3:15am. Your airline did absolutely nothing to make us more comfortable and am overall very dissappointed in JetBlue."

The lack of empathy and just the overall experience was beyond horrible, and if it wasn't for the desperate situation I was in I would have never used your services."

Even at the star alliance gold checkin desk the agent was clearly unhappy/furious (seem to be ongoing issues with the system/ machine frustrating him) and was consistently abrupt and cold though our interaction. He did help by lifting bags onto weigh and to press buttons to get the tickets issued, but I would have a much better experience of United if he has shown any sign of warmth or even smiled. I was struggling with a baby in a carrier, and several suitcase, and he didn't show any sign of humanity. The guy who labeled our bags was a bit nicer. The team overal though just barked instructions at the customers, never looked them in the eyes, and seemed to all hate their jobs. We got our boarding passes issues successfully, yes, but I felt on pins and needles like I had to be very careful not to offend anyone.... Which I don't think is what you want your passengers to feel at the start of a flight."

Cons: "Everything. Flight was 6 hours delayed. No warning. No compensation except a $15 food voucher that could only be used at subway that the staff said would be emailed to us, then changed their minds and gave them out right after we ate. Never again."
Pros: "Once we actually got to board, boarding went quickly. That's about the only good thing. They also gave us dinner and flight vouchers towards future travel because of the delay."
Cons: "You have to pay for everything - paying for a round-trip checked bag was actually cheaper than paying for a round-trip carry-on. That, and we were delayed for 5 hours. Actually, it was initially 3.5, but then we actually got the aircraft at the gate before they discovered the crew was delayed on another flight. Then, you even have to pay for water and other refreshments on the plane. Give me a break."
