Exceptional performance and service. All staff members and crew members extremely polite. Great boarding experience from Taipei to Clark, loading passengers from rear of plane to the front. Only suggestion is to get people to curtail trying to so much as carry on.
STARLUX Airlines has great staff and crew. Well organized for quick boarding of such a large plane out of Phoenix to Taipei. Interior of the aircraft was that of deluxe aircraft.
Was not able to buy wifi on the plane given, not available for economy tickets. Was not clear when buying the ticket that this was the case.
Customer service in Hanoi needs work, outside of that, everything was good.
Premium economy seats that I paid extra are not worthed.there was not much difference from the regular economy seats yet I paid alot more for it Disappointed

The overall experience with STARLUX was phenomenal. One of the best highlights for me was the smooth landing in LA(smoothest landing I’ve experienced ever) and the attentiveness of all your staff from check-in to boarding. Also, flight left and landed between airports on time. I highly recommend Starlux to my family and friends and I’m excited to fly with you again.
We are scare because almost missing the fligh from Seattle to San Diego ! Starlux not have enough members for servicing with wheel chairs? We almost left behind , so we must walking !?
We are on economy premium but they put us in economy seating? Asking why the fligh supports said : If you not happy you can claim for refund?
The crew were professional and attentive. Blankets and pillows were on each seat which was appreciated. The food was served warm and had a balance of various nutritional options. As far as the monitor there were not enough English speaking choices and foreign shows did not offer English captions.
We really enjoyed our flight to Seattle. The food was great and service was attentive.

The crew was very professional and friendly. Although there was a water leak from panel above, the crew was trying to mitigate the consequence. We are happy with its service and the value offered. We will definitely take China Airlines again.
Well, we upgraded and on a 14 hour flight not sure how we would tolerate it otherwise. The upgrades are ridiculously expensive and even with empty seats even in first class it was difficult to upgrade. Probably won’t fly China Air again due to this. The attendants tho were much better than the airlines in the states and there attentiveness and care for your comfort far exceeds other airlines in the states.
Very bad. They don’t allow group people to sit together by blocking most of seats and opening only single seat during online checking in. . By doing so, they can rip off customers at the check-in counter by collecting extra money if we want to sit together in the same row.
Delayed. Not a full flight and whole rows left open with the paid seating. Food was ok. My beef meal only had one cube of beef the rest carrot cubes. Entertainment on personal device but didn’t know about it until the flight was almost done.
