I waited at lease 2 or more in custom lane trying to get throught security, miss my flight to Paris it was hot, to cheap to give customers AC while you wait in long lines. By comparison to Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian is a lot warmer with customer service, they are more efficient, they give you a free meal for trans-pacific flights, and they give you a screen or full entertainment system (depending on what kind of airplane you get). Alaska Airlines, by contrast, is a lot more bare-bones. I hardly had any contact with the flight attendants (when I did, they were nice enough I suppose), there was no food on the flight unless you paid a good penny for it, the seats were pretty average, and there was nothing really to watch (not even a common screen for movies, and this was a trans-pacific flight). You had to order their entertainment iPads. So I pretty much slept. That said, both Alaska and Hawaiian have good prices. Alaska had better options for departure and arrival times."

My family in Arizona didn’t have a printer to print our return flight tickets, so I took a screenshot of our tickets on my phone. Apparently, when you go through security they enlarge the QR code, which makes it blurry, so it can’t be scanned. We had to go back to the check in desk and pay $5 for each ticket to be printed. Lesson learned, print out all flight tickets before you leave.

Cons: "Most disorganized bag check i have ever seen/experienced! We were in line for over an hour and a half just to get moved to different lines 4 times, due to them being so overwhelmed at 6am! We were 2 people away from checking in our luggage when they told our whole line to get in the back of another completely full line so they could check in just Chicago flights. We had waited for over 30 minutes to get up to the spot we were at. Then the line that they physically took us to stand in and waited for another 15 minutes in they shut down and made a "help" line. We were then escorted to the back of another out the door end of the line to wait another 30 minutes just to be moved again to finally a shorter line because they noticed that most of us moved around multiple times were going to now miss our flights. We were then rushed to the security (thank God TIA had their act together and handled a ton of people in a very short amount of time) and were told to hurry to our gate. Frontier staff "double checked" that our planes gate was still the gate on our ticket...jusy to find they had moved us to another gate. Through this whole issue, employees made the comments that we should arrive 2 hours prior to our flight when we were rushing through and explaining we kept getting put/moved into the back of different long lines to check in our bags and get to our gate. We were there 2.5 hours early!!! Thank goodness the person that was supposed to be working the gate desk for boarding didn't show up to work (according to the gentleman that showed up with a radio calling for any help from available staff 10 minutes after we were supposed to board) otherwise we might have not made our flight! Flight was supposed to board at 07:35 am, we did not board until 08:10 am and we were supposed to leave at 08:10 am. Our plane finally took off at 09:50 am...after multiple times having our whole plane's occupants were counted multiple times because the gal who took our tickets got a different number than the flight attendants, and all of our tickets checked multiple times (I do appreciate the safety checks but this was ridiculous with the flight attendants finally stating that their numbers were correct and that policy was to go by their numbers and not the other gals numbers!) The flight attendants were even completely annoyed! Needless to say...i will not be spending any more time or money with frontier airways!!!"

Cons: "11 hour delay .....Flight 740 From phx to den departure @6 am had a mechanical. First it was going to be delayed until 10 am them 11 am then 4 pm then 530 pm .it left at 6 pm . It got in at 9 pm by the time we got the car and got to out friend home it would have been close to 11 . We would have been up for 20 hours ( got up at 3 am to get there for a 6 am flight . We were going to a business meeting in demver in the morning in the afternoon a 70 th birthday lunch for my best friend. This trip was planned for months . We live in phx after it was clear we had missed both events we went back home @5 We ended up paying for a supper shuttle and a rent a car in Denver . We paid all that money To go noware the customer service woman there , was uncaring to everyone on board we were just on our own . I am heartbroken we missed the party ."

Cons: "The seats are not angled to fit the figure of a person. The back of the seat leans back and the head of the seat is perfectly straight up. It meets at a point where that does not line up with the persons body height depending on the person. If you just leave it at one angle of give it the potential to lean back just enough, People will be that much more comfortable. I wasn't the only person who mentioned this on my flight, in fact I spoke with 3 people and overheard others complaints as well. One angle or at least a centimeter of space to lean back...I don't think it will mess with people behind them since there's no tv or entertainment and I think it will continue to bring more people into frontier."
Cons: "Crew not that friendly. When boarding first flight attendant seemed annoyed that I asked her about my seat. ** there is a fee for about everything on frontier. I would rather pay additional for the tickets on other airlines because the process to check in luggage, get to the gate, and have the Benicia of not being charged for every little thing is WORTH IT. You end up paying more to fly frontier by the time you are done paying for the extras. I prefer the one stop shop. Convenient and no drama."

Pros: "I was almost late and they did everything they could to help me get to my destination including running my drivers license to me, as I was realizing at the security check that I had lost it. Then the crew was second to none and far better than other larger airlines. I'm sure most people know through word of mouth or their own experiences that they are sometimes spread too thin to cater to the customer anymore and this, however, was a fresh change of pace. I rarely take the time to fill reviews out but felt obligated in this case to spread the word through my gratitude. I had recently been laid off and they made sure I got on my flight for a job opportunity I needed. I thought the best part was the $59 ticket with tax but you can't quantify real costumer service like that. Thank you again to everyone at Frontier Airlines!"
Pros: "Crew was friendly. Was pleasantly surprised I didn't have to pay for the air we breathed."
Cons: "Must pay for everything: checked bags, carry-on (spoiler alert - carry-on is more expensive than checked bags), beverage service (water is the only complementary option), seat selection (I'm not clear what happens if you don't pay to choose a seat - do they pick one for you? Mysteriously, the rates to pick seats were higher for outbound flights than they were for the return flight). My impression was that I would have had to pay for a boarding pass if I didn't print one ahead of time. Total cost with all fees was definitely not the cheapest route - plan on at least $150 additional fees to add to your round trip ticket cost. I tried to get smart on my return, so I downloaded the Frontier app to my phone only to get a dagger-stare from TSA going through security because I had to show them my boarding pass on my phone instead of having a paper pass they could scribble on."
Pros: "I really did not feel any more crowded or uncomfortable than any other airplane Ive been on. I sort of like that the tray tables are the size of a large cell phone- less bulky than regular tray tables."
Cons: "The crew wasn't bad, just seemed unhappy to be there. There was some confusion with which gate we should be at, changed us three times before settling on the original gate. Boarding was no problem but then we waited without taking off for over 45 minutes. The pilot came over the intercom and informed us that he had no idea why we were delayed to take off, but that he would "find shortcuts" to get us there on time. The biggest gripe that we have is once we landed and went to baggage, several of us waited for golf clubs for close to an hour before a worker realized "they forgot" to turn on the button to allow oversized items to come out. Then she said "sorry I was busy with ticketing and Frontier doesn't have a baggage attendant". I just dont think the extra savings was quite worth the frustration."

Cons: "The whole negative experience started with having to pay for my carry on. Yes, this was my fault for not knowing or expecting the extra $45 each way for my carry on. Water was not given during the three hour flight - you pay for all refreshments! The planes feel like a budget experience with cheap fold down trays and arm rests that slam down making lots of noise, and there is very little foom under the seat to put a small bag. My same small back pack that fits under other airlines seats wasn't even close to going under forcing me to straddle for the the entire flight. I will NOT use Frontier again. The airline feels like Alligeant that costs much less. I'll stick with Southwest!"
Cons: "It's a sham to offer an "inexpensive" ticket price, when that payment only ALLOWS you to pay additionally for your seat! checked luggage! carry-on luggage! any and all food and drink on the plane! The trip ended up costing us twice the ticket price. When we landed in Phoenix it took 45 minutes to get our luggage because they were short on workers, so the same people took our luggage off the plane, then loaded the next flight's luggage on the plane while letting ours sit in the rain, before bringing us the off-loaded now wet luggage. Flight attendants barely do anything! Mostly they stand - or sit - around in the back talking and laughing amongst themselves. Never again!"

Cons: "What do you call flight attendants who won't look at you or acknowledge you? Is it fair to call them rude if you had no interaction with them at all in your 3.5 hour flight? Since they wouldn't look at me, there was no option to even buy overpriced food or drink from them. The guy sitting next to me had to yell to get their attention. The lady was so annoyed that he asked for water. I've never seen "service" like this in my life. Terrible service. Have to pay for carry-ons but they don't tell you that during booking. Seats don't recline. Flight attendants were frumpy and dirty looking. No entertainment options (I don't know why they ask us to rate it.) No food or drink without screaming and paying an arm and a leg. Speaking of arms and legs, there is nowhere to put yours. My knees were in the seat in front of me. The guy I was sitting next to was bigger than me but not fat at all. He was leaned against the wall and still spilling into my seat. His shoulder was against mine, his arm was on mine, and his legs were too wide to fit in front of his seat so he took up at least a quarter of my leg room. The lady on the other side had an infant in her lap and did the same, except she was hanging out into the aisle. I'm 5'8" and weigh 135 pounds. When I was boarding the plane I was one of the last people on. Coming down the aisle, I hit EVERYONE who washould unlucky enough to have an aisle seat. There was absolutely no room to walk. The miniscule tray tables won't stay up. They didn't just fall down on take off or landing. The one on the back of my seat fell down approximately every 2 minutes. The flight attendant literally yelled at the person behind me because she "wouldn't put her tray table up" for landing even though the problem was mechanical not an unwillingness to follow the rules. I've never seen anything like this. I will never fly this airline again."

Cons: "....we had trouble getting our tickets printed with the Kiosk and no one would help they told us to get in line, which was going so slow by the time we were serviced we were 5 minutes late to get our baggage on, they said we could board but not baggage, Our options were to get a flight the next day which has to go to Denver first leaving Phoenix at 5 or so am and getting to Milw around 9 pm so as of right now, we are in a motel waiting for 5 am flight tomorrow. We were not alone 4 others also missed the flight."

Cons: "I will never fly Frontier again. The stewardess on the first leg of the trip was very rude to the people seated in front of me. They were unorganized and they nickel and dime you to death. who makes you pay for your seat? Frontier. They emailed me five thousand emails about checking in after I checked in. They want to charge you three dollars for a soda. It is not customer service. Having a survey for customer happiness is stupid when they aren't working to make the customer happy. It has become evident that airlines do not care about their customers anymore. I mean if you are going to make us pay for everything then at least be polite. And on the return flight we had to sit for a half hour and wait while they moved another plane that was occupying out gate."
Pros: "Both flights felt like there wasn't a sense of urgency. Although my flights went smoothly personally, others fell victim to the extra fees for not checking in a bag ahead of time. The customer service when checking into the flight to Detroit was appalling, however. The reps made us check in at a certain time and then disappeared when that time came, leaving a brand new employee to himself and I'm assuming a manager with his arms crossed. Not engaging his line, letting them know he'd be right with them. Customers frustrated began cutting the line and it's understandable, getting charged up to three times as one put it for the same bag. All that aside, I liked that I could pick my seat and naturally chose the front of the plane. The crew on way home was amazing! Very friendly and kind hearted."

Cons: "The baggage check in process at Phoenix is a complete joke. What is the point of prepaying for baggage on line if you still have to stand in line for over half an hour while you watch other passengers drop their jaws when they find out how much checking a bag costs, have the agents explaining the process and the price, fumbling for credit cards, processing the payments, etc, then, when you finally get to your turn, you are out of there in 30 seconds. There should be at lease one agent at all times who is dedicated to serving the passengers who do not need to pay. They should be in and out, not standing in line, when there is no payment to process. Then there is the total joke of the refreshments sales process on board the flight. It's not even worth going into that since I will never board another Frontier flight."

Cons: "Three days before christmas on 12-22-16, Frontier cancelled our flight last minute from Phoenix to Cincinnati. I was traveling with two small children. The only option we had to get home was to pay $2200 for 3 one-way Delta tickets. Now I'm in the process of trying to get $1800 dollars back. Frontier initially told me those who bought tickets from another airline could get $600 for every ticket purchased. I have submitted everything requested and now am receiving emails that there is no guarantee I will be reimbursed. Frontier better do what is right and reputable. Customers don't deserve to be treated this way."

Loss over $350 on the trip departure flight from DTW to PHX. 4.) Charged baggage fee and never went on a flight"

Cons: "I did not like the surprise that I had to pay ANY fee, much less such a high fee, for a carry on and luggage. Therefore, what I thought was an incentive to fly Frontier because I felt as though I was getting a great deal, became Just another money-grabbing corporation who I felt was insincere upfront about the added charges. This made My flight even more than I would have paid total for a larger and more well-known carrier. Therefore, no more incentive To use Frontier.... Disappointed... In addition, the tray table was so small it was virtually useless. At least the service Was good....Cokes should not really be at a cost, since the fare was higher than a larger carrier. Hmmmm....."

The airports recycle, is it that difficult to make that happen for Frontier? The hundreds of plastic cups, plastic bottles, cans, etc. etc. is mind blowing and is something I pay attention to. I actually took my item back to the airport instead of giving to the crew at the end so I could place the item in the recycle bin in the airport after asking your crew if there was recycling. They said there was no recycling. I also picked up a plastic bottle from another seat on the way out to help clean up since I knew you guys would throw it out anyway. Thanks for considering being more sustainable, eco-friendly, and for thinking about my comment seriously to minimize your airplane's environmental impact. I will pay attention and voice my concerns elsewhere as well - recycling shouldn't have to be done by the consumer, the businesses need to step up and make it happen."
Pros: "My initial flight from Denver to Phoenix was a hour late, but lets talk about the way home.... Flight got in OK and then we waited 45 minutes for a gate to open. Could you park us at another gate? That would be too simple. When we parked we waited another 20 minutes while they put a jet way in place. Now answer this... the other plane just left that spot, so what happened to the jet way from that plane? Do they completely take it away or just fold it up? Fold it up I bet , so it was in place just had to be opened up. I guess they couldn't find anyone to do that. I know this sounds petty, but I have never taken a Frontier flight that went smoothly. Thank God I haven't had to take many. And it's not as cheap as it looks by the time they get you for bags and a charge for your seat. I ALREADY PAID FOR MY SEAT, WHAT'S THAT ALL ABOUT. Bye Bye Frontier, I'll pay more for the service issues."

Cons: "The highway to the airport in Phoenix was shut down due to a murder on the highway. I took an alternate route. Then the construction at the airport and the signage was terrible. I stood in line curbside to check my bag at what I thought was frontier but it was delta. By the time I got to the frontier desk, they closed the flight. They said they could get me on the flight but not my bag. My bag had my sales materials in it. It had to go with me. I ended up on a United Flight. Cancelled Frontier and they charged me 99.00 to cancel!!! And I had trip protection but it does not cover incidents like this! UGH! It was my first experience with Frontier. I did not know they were fee heavy. I will not fly them again."

Cons: "You cannot rely on Frontier to get you where you need to go. I spoke to three people who all said different things. My flight delayed was controllable, then Carolyn said I qualified for a refund since my flight was over three hours delayed, then Jessica said my flight was delayed from uncontrollable circumstances, that I did not qualify for a refund and that she would give me a voucher. When I asked Jessica to speak to her boss she would not let me. She was so nasty on the phone I have never been treated with such disrespect. Finally after being on hold for about 15 minutes Jessica decided she was "allowed" to give me a full refund! I bought same day tickets on Southwest Airlines and I actually SAVED MONEY!!!!!!!!! I bought my Frontier tickets in June! The flight that kept getting delayed ended up being CANCELLED!!!! I am so glad I bought same day tickets with Southwest! Southwest was phenomenal! Free wifi, friendly staff, snack and drinks! LOVE SOUTHWEST! Frontier is fraud plain and simple! They do not care about costumers or where they need to get to, they just care about keeping your money!"

At ORD the lines were short/fast but the agent was a little rude, it was my first time flying Frontier so I just had a few questions and she made me feel like I was annoying her or wasting her time. At the gate the boarding process was as expected, except I think the gate agent could have done a bit better crowd control, it was really cumbersome to get across the multitudes of people with unassigned seats or later zones that were clogging up the entrance just standing there. The flight was smooth. Upon arrival at PHX luggage took upwards of 30+ minutes to arrive and some passengers had to wait much longer. My luggage arrived damaged. I filed a report at the Frontier desk but their response was to ask me to leave my broken luggage there, take my items in clear trash bag and wait for a voucher. How am I supposed to take my items to a hotel for business meetings in a trash bag? That's not an acceptable solution to a problem I did not create, baggage handlers did it. When I got to the hotel I realized that the items I had on the front pocket of my luggage were tampered with and one item was missing. I was told I could go spend the money to replace my luggage and bring them back the receipt, and then leave them the broken luggage cause and I quote "you can't have it all". What does that even mean? I can't have MY luggage? That I brought in perfect condition and the baggage handler broke? Come on. They did not explain if they would offer a refund immediately upon receiving my receipt, it was all very rushed and vague and I was going to miss my transport so I had to leave. They did not give me a claim number or a number to call back at. Nothing. I wasn't even being rude or loud or annoyed like some customers get when these things arise. I understood perfectly that it was an accident and these things happen, but I still deserved a proper response and decent treatment, since I just paid $45 for a checked bag only to have it be broken. On the day of my departure from PHX I arrived at the airport on time, 2 hours and 15 minutes earlier from my departure. I stood in line at Frontier for an entire hour to check in my luggage even though I had checked in online and already paid my fee. I asked if there was a place for people who already were checked in and a rude airport staff member told me to just "get back in line". After waiting in line for that long suddenly the desk agent yells to all the passangers from a flight to Denver to move up to the front of the line, so about 100 or more people move ahead of me despite the vast majority of them having arrived late. I understand their flight was leaving earlier but what about our flight? How is it reasonable or fair to reward people for being late and make people who have been dutifully and calmly waiting in line FOR AN HOUR standing with heavy bags wait even longer? The whole thing was just terrible!"

Cons: "..... EVERYONE else, though, were debbie downers - no smile, no happy attitude, no good signs of a positive trip. Asked one of the flight attendants for water so my significant other could take her prescription pills and she nodded her head in a way that it was too much trouble for her to do. Oh, and we never seen that water. Besides that, a child behind my other's seat constantly kicked the tray up and down attached to it, which made it IMPOSSIBLE to get any sleep. Granted, this is probably a parenting issue, its staff responsibility to recognize issues and at least try to resolve them. They charge per general/economy seating making the ticket price untrue in value so expect to pay a MINIMUM 20 dollars more than you bargained for. Also, as every other airline I have flown with included a free carry on bag during travel, fronteir did not - they choose to charge their customers more for a carry on than the 50 pound checked in bag. Better to go with AA or Delta or United, etc. Pay the extra dollar because in the end your actaullt saving in comparison to Frontier. Something is just totally off about this airline in general and I WILL NEVER fly with them again"
Pros: "Honestly at first I liked how it appeared to be a newer plane with updated seats but then..."
Cons: "I saw those updated seats and the joke of a tray table that was provided wouldn't even hold my iPad. The staff was apparently new because they couldn't get through one intercom conversation without fumbling through it and when a customer asked how long the flight was the flight attendant didn't know and another passenger had to answer. We were delayed by 2 hours and all because the intercom phone was broken. I know it's a safety hazard but it just wasn't a smooth professional staff that you typically see. One of the three flight attendants was tenure but all I saw was the new girl fumble through everything. I'm hoping she was new...also, we are delayed two hours sitting on the plane, so I know people will give bad reviews about that but there's nothing you can control regarding our safety. It is what it is, I just couldn't stop shaking my head everything they spoke on the intercom how bad they were on it."
Cons: "I felt duped and deceived by the slimy nature of your airline not being upfront with its prices. $13 dollars to choose a seat??!? 40 FREAKING dollars just to WALK on the plane with my carry-on?? I thought Fronteir would be like other airlines but no, I had to pay $53 TWICE just to walk on the plane for my round trip flight. If my flight is going to be $106 more than what I paid on the ticket, then tell me upfront so I can know not to fly with you guys. And after all of that, being tricked into paying more than HALF of my ticket price in stupid hidden fees, your plane was cramped and austere, lacking the padded chairs, ample legroom, normal-sized tray tables, and conplimentary beverages available on countless other airlines. So I basically paid $100 extra for a cramped and uncomfortable flight. I was disappointed in your airline as a whole and will never be flying with Fronteir again."

Pros: "This was my first flight on Frontier and didn't know what to expect. When my iPhone boarding pass wouldn't work at security I was sent to the Frontier counter and they helped me instantly. The Phoenix boarding lounge was NOT a good introduction with holes and rips in the seats and a "sofa" that rocked everyone on it whenever someone moved.. The gate attendant however was great - and funny. The plane was VERY nice and made up for the lounge plus we made it to Colorado Springs 20 minutes early! The price ($56 including fees and taxes) means I'll be looking at Frontier in the future."

The passengers were packed like sardines into seats with so little legroom that even my 5'5 frame had my knees against the seat in front of me, the seats don't lean back and there's not even room to put your head down on the 2×3 tray which is only there for looks because it couldn't possibly be used to actually hold anything. Two screaming toddlers rounded out the worst flight I've ever been on. I would never recommend frontier airlines, you really do get what you pay for."

When I went to check in on the website it told me I could only bring a carry on if it fit under seat and had to pay for overhead storage which was MORE expensive than checking in belly of plane which is what I had to do because I had a Small what used to be a carry on bag...THEN I went to pick a seat and I could ONLY pick a seat I HAD to pay for!....so my "economy" fare cost me an extra 77.00 ONE WAY!....I will not be flying your airline again. Had I know about the MANYextra expenses You really should be more upfront and transparent with the ACTUAL fees to fly Frontier"

Cons: "First and LAST time flying Spirit. Once I had to pay the fee for having a carry on bag, the price came out closer to one of the airlines I should have used instead. The website address didn't even work from my phone, so I had to pay the $65 gate fee for the carry on. The seats weren't comfortable, didn't recline, no cushioning. No inflight entertainment of any kind. During the flight, I got up and went to the front to use the bathroom (which I KNEW was empty) and the staff directed me to use the ones in back. Why? And they never reduced the cabin pressure on the descent! The cabin was still completely pressurized for the higher altitudes well after we touched down. This feels like such an amateur mistake that simply isn't acceptable."
Cons: "VERY unclear baggage rules - meaning I paid $100 extra for a checked bag after booking, and then also unnecessarily paid an extra $55 for a backpack at the airport because there was not notification on-screen that it was allowed as a personal bag. I then could not get a refund at the baggage counter because they don't do transactions. I am now trying to work out how to get a refund from Australia. I would have been better off taking any other airline and it would have been cheaper than these extra fees. I am so disappointed."

Cons: "I was stuck in traffic before the flight and arrived approximately 50min before the flight. By the time I finished fighting with the self check-in machine and talked to a person, it was about 45min before the flight and I was told I was too late and the plane had already boarded and was full. I asked if I could get on the next flight, but I was told the next flight from LAX to Oakland wasn't until 7AM the next morning. I wound up having to buy a last-minute, one-way ticket on American Airlines just to get where I was going. The man at the counter was very rude and dismissive about the whole thing."

Cons: "I have been flying since I was 5 years old. THIS WAS THE WORST flight (experience) thus far! Flight and boarding on time, BUT THE MOST ANNOYINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL FLIGHT CREW took over once on the aircraft. This made the uncomfortable crampped overpriced for what you're not getting flight a nightmare. There was horrible turbulence as well, which the airline is not responsible for; However our captin did'nt address the passengers at all. And the completely UNPROFESSIONAL rude chatty and hard to understand screeching non english speaking voices from two women kept coming over the speakers disrupting what little peace one would try to focus on while being jolted around like on a rollercoaster. You some people were ACTUALLY motuon sick, scared, and nervous BUT they didn't stop talking long enough to notice. I only noticed the men working with passengers to maintain some calm by displaying professionalism."
Cons: "After flying a dozen times with a suit bag and a backpack that fits under my seat, I've never had a problem The lady checking tickets gave me an ultimatum, either you fit your suit bag in your backpack, or you have to pay $59 for a carry-on bag. No ticket checker has ever said this to me in the past. She was rude, direct and didn't leave me with any other choice. She ignored me after she gave me the ultimatum, while I'm asking if this was a new policy. She gave me the cold shoulder. I was very frustrated, luckily the suit bag fit in my backpack. Then when I got on the plane there was so much space in the overhead bins, so I took out my suit bag and placed it in an overhead bin while the crew was watching. The crew didn't say anything. Your teams need to be more persistent with policy."
Cons: "I've read bad reviews about Spirit airlines, but I was on a budget and decided to take my chances. It was a very small plane, which meant tight quarters during a 4.5 hour flight. I have a disability and deal with chronic pain and usually need to carefully plan out long flights so I arrive with minimal pain, but the seats were very small and moving about the back cabin was impossible. When I asked for a wheelchair I wasn't granted my request right away because I was told I didn't register online. I've always requested a wheelchair when I check in with major airlines when I arrive and have never been given a problem. Also, I didn't realize checking baggage would cost so much! No wifi available a very turbulent flight and they even charge for water. It wasn't the most horrible experience, but if we pay for a cheap ticket, expect substandard service. This will definitely will be my last time with Spirit Airlines."

Now, we have to pursue a refund. 2) boarding pass was unreadable by the TSA scanner. 3) ticket agent didn't know the seating on the plane; insisted that we had reserved a window seat, which proved false. 4) seats very uncomfortable; no lumbar support. 5) surprisingly costly baggage fees, which erased the initial ticket price advantage. 6) $9 club name is misleading -- sounds like it costs $9.."

Cons: "I was unable to check in online and when I tried to use a Kisok I was told to talk to an agent. i waited in a very long line, was told I might not make it and that they wouldn't hold the plane for me (or the five other people who had the same problem as me) but if I made it through security in time we could. When we all made it to the gate they closed the doors and wouldn't let us board even though we were there before takeoff. (One girl was even there before they closed the doors and they wouldn't let her through. Spirit changed our flights to the next available plane (11hours away) for no charge but I bought a new plane ticket with another airline."

Cons: "Kois was not working. So machine printed out a ticket that said see agent. We proceeded to a sign that said Agent Assistance & stood in line. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, then an agent announced we were in the wrong long & to stand in a different line. We and other Spirit customers experienced the same treatment, very rude & no positive spirit from Ticket agents. We were in line for an additional 30 minutes before we were called to receive service, get our boarding passes. We were not Preassigned seats & had to proceed to the gate counter to get our seat assignment, but there were no Spirit Agent present. There were about a dozen customers waiting in line but was not serviced until towards the end of boarding. As a executive manager of a non-profit organization I had to be observant, & not once did the 2 female agents smile or seem to be happy to assist their customers with enthusiasm. When we entered the plane, the first male flight attendant did not even acknowledge us & several other passengers as he was on his phone texting. The value of Spirit was definitely NOT experienced today."

Cons: "I didn't like that I had to pay for a carry on - since I had a roundtrip flight, not only did I have to pay a $60 fee for a carry on, but I had to do it twice. That cost me twice than the flight ticket itself. Normally flights allow for one personal item, which I had in the form of a backpack, but I also had a carry on, which carried the rest of my clothing since I've been traveling around the States. It would have been nice if the airline included the potential cost of a carry on when I purchased the ticket rather than surprise me with two $60 fees for my one carry on bag."
Cons: "The fact my flight was delayed, they wouldn't let me check in after their computers froze at the airport and caused me to miss the one hour before cut off time limit to check in. They made me take a different flight the next day and charged me a $25 fee to do it all because they wouldn't check me in and therefore had to miss my flight. The fee for having a carry on bag is redic since they have the room like any other plane for it in the overhead compartment. My new flight the next day was delayed also (over 3 hours) so I took another flight so I didn't miss my event. Spirit then cancelled my return flight days later because I skipped the outbound flight, they auto cancel all of your future flights. So I then show up in the morning to the airport not knowing they cancelled my flight, they don't tell you in any way, stranded and told I have to buy another ticket back for almost triple the price. The story goes on and on, absolute nightmare. I wish I would have known or gotten a refund to ease the blow."
Cons: "I would strongly consider adding warnings regarding spirit's iperation; I experienced 5 plus hours of delays on oak to lax flights; they aren't communicative, have horrible customer service and absolutely refuse to acknowledge they failed to meet even a minimum standard of care. One thing to have delays due to weather impacting all carriers; in this instance on both days all spirit flights were late, no other carriers impacted. I rarely respond to this sort of prompt but I fully expext at least a refund of my fare."

Cons: "First, they cancelled my 8am flight at 10pm the night before with no notification. I happened to see it and call to rebook on the next flight, but if I hadn't been checking the flight status I'm not sure what would have happened when I got to the airport. Then, the 10am rebooked flight was delayed for over 2 hours - with basically no communication from the gate agents and no updates to the expected departure time. Ended up getting a refund and rebooking on Southwest - which was a perfectly smooth experience, huge contrast to the clusterf*** of flying Spirit."
Cons: "When buy through kayak link it takes you to the spirit page, where there's no spot to put in get TSA Precheck. When do all through phone, the boarding pass on the screen doesn't actually scan - only airline in the world where you still need a paper copy. After 50 mins in security line, the phone bar code didn't scan (can't use phone for spirit). Had to leave to get a paper boarding pass. Missed flight. I fly at least once a week every week. Have never missed a flight in my life (probably bc I had never flown with spirit before). Missed this flight! No refund, no airline credit (even if I got the airline credit I would let it expire to avoid flying with them again). Literally worst user experience I've ever had with an airline."

Cons: "Kayak didn't mention the luggage charge at all. Then Spirit didn't send me the required email though I called twice so by the time I got it the charge was fifty BOTH WAYS. I got that reveresed by corporate but the ticket counter people were AWFUL and uncaring and not just to me. Everyone in line was saying they would never use Spirit again. One woman was charged eight dollars to get a seat next to her toddler! Awful gouging airline. It costs one hundred dollars if you don't know and bring a suitcase to the plane without paying days before!"
Cons: "Plane was downgraded last minute and because there were less seats about 40 of us had to be re-booked on a flight out the next day. They comped hotel + food + cab expense and gave a voucher for a free ticket that had to be used within 1 yr, booked within 60 days. But it was overall shitty experience. When I went to use food voucher the next morning in the airport Coffee Bean they told me they didn't take them. And the hotel wasn't too close to the airport so more time spent in cab plus the hotel was sub par."
Cons: "TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The flight was delayed @ Phoenix. Flight was supposed to leave at 12 55 am and it finally departed until 2:23 am. The representatives @ Phoenix told us we wouldn't have ANY issues with our connecting flight to FLL as they would use the same aircraft When we landed Dallas, they told us our flight to FLL was waiting for us which was a complete LIE. The representatives at Dallas were disengaged and didn't seem to look for options to get us out of there,. Finally, a representative came and told us we had 2 options: OPTION 1: Stay in Dallas 31 HOURS!! and take the next flight to FLL (no hotel arrangements were offered) or take the next flight to Orlando and move ground to FLL. Very disappointed with your service. NEVER FLYING ON SPIRIT AGAIN"
Cons: "I know Spirit offers low fares and in return you pay for everything else, seats, carry-on bags, boarding passes (if you don't print yourself), drinks, etc. In knowing this I did my due diligence before this flight to make sure I wasn't going to be charged for things like the size of my purse (I measured it), etc. Upon check in for this flight, I was informed that I owed $30 because my checked bag was 43 lbs and Spirit has a weight limit of 40 lbs. The other customers in line were just as shocked. To me, the standard is 50 lbs. With that being said, in my research on Spirits website this was not clear. I think this sort of fee should be much more prominent. I am a "prepar-er" if you will and for me to not know this charge was coming tells me Spirit most likely makes a lot of money off of passengers regularly having to pay this unexpected fee at check in. The ticketing agent told me it happens daily after I asked him. This feels a bit like a scam, in my opinion. Spirit will say "It's on our website" and I'm sure it is but again, I don't feel like this charge for a weight that's standard is 50 lbs is clearly called out to passengers. I'm fine with no frills, I'm not fine with unexpected charges that I feel are under the radar until the 11th hour when you have no choice but to pay or repack. Uncool, spirit."
Cons: "My Luggage was 10 pounds over weight and I was forced to pay an extra $55 on top of the 50$ I payed for my bag. The attendant placed a Red Tag on my luggage stating that the bag was "Heavy" when getting my bag from the baggage claim I noticed that my handle on the side of my luggage was completely broken, as of a worker tried to grab my bag only from that handle! Which would be wrong still on the Red Tag placed on my bag States you should pick the bag up while bending your knees! This is not a cheap bag!"
Cons: "No complimentary drinks, snacks, or entertainment. Even on a 4+ hour flight, the most they could offer me was a cup of ice. No water, juice, soda, pretzels, peanuts, etc. If you wanted ANYTHING, you had to pay for it. Also, they charge $55 to bring a carry on and $50 to check bags. On both departure and return, I tried to do self check in at the kiosk, but error messages came up both times (despite accepting and charging my credit card) telling me to wait in line to see a cashier. So trying to take initiative and doing self check in was a waste of time and I still had to wait in line afterwards. Very dissatisfied with my experiences on Spirit Airlines. Flight was also late to take off, but there was no announcement revealing to updated expected time of arrival."
Cons: "My 96 year old mother's Spirit 342 flight from Phoenix to Minneapolis on Feb 2, 2017 was delayed. Things happen and that's life. However, after hearing from my sister in Minneapolis her flight was delayed I attempted to call Spirit Airlines to get the rescheduled information. I tried many, many times and was not able to speak with a Spirit customer service agent. In fact, there was no option on the Spirit phone message to press a number to speak with an agent. I ended up calling the Phoenix Skyharbor Security who sent an employee over to Terminal 2, Gate 2 to look for my mother. She was not found after checking Gate 2 and several other gates. The scheduled 3:07pm departure was rescheduled to depart at 5:30pm which I found out around 7:00 pm Phoenix time. This was a frightening experience for our family given my mother's age of 96 years. Fortunately, my mother was OK. She stated she and everyone else stood in line at the Spirit counter for 1 1/2 hours waiting for departure information. There was an agent at the counter but he/she did not provide any departure information let alone the reason(s) for the delayed flight. It would have been helpful to everyone held up by the delay to have been given an honest reason for the delay. It seems reasonable that Spirit would at least offer a phone number to speak with an agent who could provide information. (The Spirit website indicated Flight 342 was rescheduled to the next morning (Feb 3) with a departure of 8:00 am. This incorrect information complicated the whole situation). We will never put my mother on another Spirit flight and will think very carefully about using Spirit Airlines again."
Pros: "We showed up to the airport for a flight from Oakland to LA and the agent notified us that our flight was cancelled. This was on December 23rd, and they told us they could put us on another flight on December 25th! We were returning on the 26th so that was entirely unhelpful. They said the reason for the cancellation was weather in LA. But none of the other airlines were having any issues with their flights. We were flying at 9am and there was rain in LA at about 7pm. They offered to refund us, which we accepted. I was expecting to have to harangue them to actually get our money back, but the refund came through unprompted about a week later. We did not get reimbursed for our cabs to/from the airport, or for the cost of driving to LA."
Pros: "First we are flying due to a death in the family. We pay $60 per ticket. Next we get to the airport to check in to find out we had to pay for our seats even after we pay for our seats already. Then we find out that our small carry in bags are another fee. $55 dollars for each bag. So needless to say we had questions so we decided to check in at the counter in person. Oh she answers our questions the. Proceeded to tell us that because we checked in at the counter (because of questions and hidden fees) there was another fee of $10 person passenger. So we get onto the plane. To find out that if you want anything including water, it's at lease another $3.00. For water? Are you kidding? Then we get comfortable in a plane that is sized for a small child. The hear not once, not twice, but three times about a credit card. I am appalled to be bugged three times about a personal finance. Jeez. I didn't pay that much money to be sold on a credit card. I would expect this from a time share. And finally when the plan landed it actually rattled. Sounded like the wings were going to fall down off. So needless to say you have lost our business. We will never fly with Spirit again and neither will my family members."
Cons: "We spoke to multiple attendants, during check in and during boarding, many of which advised us incorrectly. During check in, we asked a Spirit employee if our bag was considered a Personal Item since Spirit charges for carry ons. They advised that we would be fine, and that since it was our only item it would count as a Personal Item. Perfect. Then we finally board the plane and it turns out our only piece of luggage cannot be considered a personal item and demanded we pay $65.00 for the carry on. The fee itself is not the issue, the misinformation is my main complaint. Had the original employee told us the correct information, we could have checked the bag for $55 during check in, instead of $65! during the boarding process. Not to mention it was unnerving holding up the line to board as I fished out my wallet. Anyways, better communication is definitely needed at Spirit Airlines."
Cons: "I got this ticket thinking that it was the final price. I got to the airport, the counter folks were very un-organized and un-attentive, took a while to get to the counter. Then was told i have to pay $50 for checking in my bag, otherwise will be $100 at the gate!! Not wanting to miss the flight i did not argue and paid and went to the gate. I had no idea that the charge was this high. At the gate and in the plane there were many passengers with the same bag as I had!!!! The counter people did not tell me i can take it the plane, they forced me to check the luggage in :-( First and Last time on Spirit airline for me!"

Cons: "It was very difficult to check in on line. it took me over one hour. Wanted to get my sits and when I took the option there was no sits to select even when paying for it. I checked my carry on and I kept having the offer to be part of the club to pay less for my carry on. I did not want to use the option but I keep being sent to that side. The same experience I had when tried to check in in my flight from Oakland to Chicago on Friday. since the web site did not let me check in I had to check in at the airport. There was an accident in the freeway and I ended up losing the flight from Oakland to Chicago because the website did not let me check in the night before. We arrived 45 minutes before the flight and they have the policy to check in 45 instead of 30 minutes before the fight like other airlines. We did not even get options or credit. We just had to buy another flight. It was a nightmare."
Cons: "When I see one bag per person, I assume it's like everywhere else and you have a personal item and one bag. So I had to pay $55 for my tiny suitcase to come on. Had I known, I would have packed differently. It got me so upset that I started to cry. Yes, I probably did not read carefully. But am I the only one to whom this has happened? I should have flown tried and true Southwest which does not nickle and dime you. Will know better next time. In all the trip cost me a lot more than I would have had I gone Southwest with a slightly higher fare."

Cons: "Front counter is rude. I don't know if they just had a front counter person having a bad day but I've never experienced that with any airline. Then there was a flight delay of a minimum 2 hours due to a bad windshield? Great keep us safe, but good luck with finding someone at the gate or a service counter to give you an explanation of why it's delayed. Instead just wander aimlessly around the terminal looking for a Spirit employee. I then went to the Spirit website and it shows the flight as "on time", really?? At least give me an app or website that's accurate so I don't have to sit in front of the gate for 2 hours. When booking through Kayak there is no mention of pre-purchasing checked baggage so I was stuck with a $50 fee at the ticket counter! This is definitely not the "low price" airline unless you truly "travel naked". Save yourself some grief and ignore Spirit as a flight option."
Pros: "I was quite surprised at check-in to find that checking a bag cost $50 and a carry-on was an additional $55. I travel frequently and usually the first checked bag is free or $25, and a carry-on is free. I booked on Kayak and didn't see any notification that your additional fees were so much higher than the industry standard. It appears that your business model is to attract clients with low prices, then hit them with hefty additional charges at th airport, when it would be difficult for them to change plans. It worked this time, but I will never fly Spirit Airlines again. I suggest that you reconsider the way you treat your clients."
Cons: "I understand that Spirit intentionally gives minimal additives and services but I feel they can be a lot more transparent about what they do and do not provide. I felt very uncomfortable on my trip back for the following reasons. 1. Tray table was half the size as a normal tray table. I was trying to do work on it with my small computer and it kept falling off and into my seat mates lap. 2. There was a flight attendant named Duron who made a few comments that made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt he was inappropriate. When collecting trash he walked by my aisle and commented to the person next to me (he was reading the New York Times), "Anything about Trump, or Kill-her-y, Killary, Hillary in there?" And laughed. I was shocked that someone, especially a professional at work would say something so volatile and frankly, violent. On his second round he again came by and asked if "Trump was in the paper and worth reading. Killary in there? You can guess who I am voting for." While people in the back row laughed and the man next to me nervously laughed. I felt very uncomfortable and felt he was inappropriate. I plan never to fly Spirit again after this experience. I hope that you can address this issue with your quality assurance team and to Duron. It can't continue. Thank you,"
Cons: "Up charge on everything. Rude customer service. Can't check in at the counter at least at LAX. Missed my flight and had to wait 7 hrs because only 3 of the 12 kiosks were operating at the agents wouldn't let me check in at the counter. By the time I got my ticket printed I had 43 minutes till my flight left. Waited in line just to have an agent tell me I was 2 mins too late. Last check in is 45 mins prior to flight and I had 43 mins left. Complete BS. I will not fly Spirit again. If you think I'm exaggerating read other reviews. Good luck!"
Pros: "I had heard bad things about Spirit, how they charge for carry-on's and so on and so on, I was very nervous as it was my first time traveling with my infant alone and with Spirit airlines. The experience was great, and plane staff as well. I did not get charged for anything and had no troubles at all. The staff was friendly, helpful and smiled when asked something. I would definitely travel with Spirit Airlines again and recommend others to it as well. Thank you for the good experience for me and my child."
Cons: "The one and only thing I did not like was the DFW airport Spirit front customer service rep that assisted me before security, she was rude and was upset that I was at her booth. The rep asked me who told me to go to her and I had to point out the person who did, that for me was unnecessary as it shouldn't matter who told me to go to her for assistance and make me feel uncomfortable asking for it. Then she was upset that my infant was not added to the flight, as I mentioned before it was my first time traveling with my infant. She added her on the flight to Phoenix but for some reason did not add her to the return flight and the Spirit customer service rep from Phoenix had to take the time and add her to the returning flight to DFW. He was very polite and friendly had a smile on hes face the whole time, even asked hes lead to assist me with a good seat for me and my child. That is the type of service every rep should be giving to every customer no matter what time of the day it is."
Cons: "The staff was rude from check-in to on the plane. The charge for my suitcase and weight of bag was ridiculous and never have I ever paid that much for a suitcase. My bag came back broken and open and I am missing few things from that pocket. I am very disatisfied with your team and my customer service and extra fees. I will never fly your airline again and could have definitely flown cheaper with a different airline. I believe you should put in bigger and bold type that people can not include purse as carry on and backpack because I had to put my purse in my bag to check it which meant my bag weighed more costing more. My flight was more than an international flight which is absurd. Your website should disclose that information more clear."
Pros: "I am Physian, I arrived at Oakland airport at 1pm for my flight at 1:47pm, I could not print my boarding pass because of a stupid policy that states 45 minutes is the cut off. After a humble plea to the staff who were really sooooo rude especially the supervisor Maria, they told me there is nothing they could do. I was so disappointed cos I was meant to be on call. I had to but a last minute one way ticket with south west that was boarding in 25 minutes. ...experience was like night and day, better and more courteous staff. Anyway,I will never fly Spirit again. It's not worth it."

Cons: "A lot. Spirit does not accept cash for your drinks. What place doesn't accept cash??? Also on the link to the website that gives info about how many bags your allowed to check-in it said 2 and 1 carry-on. I flew to L.A. for work so I had some tools in my check-in bag. They charged me $130 for checking in 2 bags. I showed them the Web page and she told me it has not been updated. I was upset. The checking of the bags cost me more than my flight. Both bags did not exceed 30 lbs. I'm flying Southwest from now on."
Pros: "Gate person was very helpful got us on the flight early and we had great seats I am 6'4" my son who was in LV for basketball is 6'11" and she was great."
Cons: "At check in for our baggage it was a very long wait Michael who helped us put us on standby for an earlier flight gave us new boarding passes did not see that I had paid for a carry on bag so my boarding pass did not have a carry on. I also had a very hard time checking in for our flight and printing the boarding pass as the web page was down for almost 24 hours I wasted many hours trying to print the boarding pass and was very surprised about the charges for seats baggage and printing the boarding pass."

Cons: "Spirit will charge you extra for almost anything imaginable. There is no free carry on luggage except a small personal item. No free printing of boarding passes at the airport. Prepare to be nickel and dimed for anything extra. Spirit fares are ok but other airlines can offer fares just as cheap or even cheaper if you are flexible with the date and time. None of the Spirit planes I've ever been on have charging outlets or entertainment screens which are becoming standard comforts on most other airlines. Not to mention, Spirit gave me hassle for using an e-boarding pass. Really, Spirit? All other major airlines accept electronic boarding passes via mobile phone. Requiring printed boarding passes is so outdated. I would choose any other airline than Spirit if at all possible."
Cons: "We are LIVID that flight was canceled and we're not contacted until we went through security! My husband is handicapped and you have no idea what a nightmare it became because we had 3 connecting flights from PHX to OGG (Hawaii)! Then you have the stupidity to send out this survey for s flight that never existed! We will never fly Spirit again and we are cancelling both of our credit cards because we never want anything to do with Spirit....the phone agent said to go to any ticket agent and they would comp amd reschedule our flight with another airline. Cons: "*Promising to answer a question "within 48hrs" is NOT OK when it is about checking in. *We SHOULD NOT have to register in order to be able to check in. Why is more than conf # and name needed unless it is to be shared or sold? *The needed info is scattered in many places on the site eg bag size, weight, and prices. *I was charged the "at checkin" price when I used the add baggage link before starting to check in; b/c I was within 24hrs? Purposely didn't start to check in yet so I wouldn't get the higher price."
Cons: "After realizing how much extra I was going to pay for "buying" my seat, boarding pass, and my luggage, my checked bag weighed 2 pounds over. Well, there's another $25. I was pulled for a second security check which I guess I can't blame Spirit for but only after getting to my destination tonight did I realize that something fell out of the bin when the officer took my things to scan it again. Good bye cute make up bag. The flight was delayed and the gate changed several times before we actually boarded. Seats were very crowded and you had no room to move. Thank goodness it was only an hour flight."
Cons: "This trip was lousy. The ticket taker called everyone up to board 45 minutes early and the plane wasn't ready to board. The on board process was lacking in courtesy. The seats are WAY too narrow. I had an aisle seat and the stewardess knocked me in the head every time she passed which was over 30 times. The pilot announcements left me concerned for my safety. The flight attendants were required to yell annoying advertisements for 15 minutes even though the flight is only 75 minutes. And some weird teen sitting behind me kept putting his head between his knees and head butting the back of my chair. Flight crew couldn't care less. The best part of the flight was getting OFF!"

Cons: "I arrived at the airport more than an hour and a half before the flight. The wait for check in was incredibly long. It appeared that there were 5 employees at the counter but only 3 were checking people in. The TSA line was also very long and when it appeared that I was going to miss the flight, I expressed my concern to a Spirit agent who referred me to TSA who referred me back to Spirit. We were told we'd be re-ticketed at the gate. Finally, a large group of passengers who were in the same situation just moved to the head of the TSA line explaining our situation and enduring hostility from some of the other passengers. The gate was far away and I'm not able to run. The plane was held for us but the experience was MISERABLE. Spirit needs to have adequate staff to check people in and needs to press TSA to do the same. I've never had this experience on any other airline and I travel a lot and have for decades"
Cons: "The crew on my first flight were very accommodating and friendly, but on my second flight they were NOT so friendly and everyone around me was talking about how rude and unfriendly they were. This was my first time flying on Spirit and I asked for a pillow and the response I received from the Flight Attendant was "What!....we don't have pillows" Another reason I was unhappy was because on my connecting flight from Texas to Chicago we were delayed on the plane and NOBODY told us what the problem was and why we were not moving to the runway. After 42 minutes we were told "we are waiting for paperwork from Maintenance" that is it! Not how long they expect the wait to be or come around and offer us some drinks or snacks. The Flight Attendants DID NOT even walk the aisle....not even once! We finally took off after 75 minute delay. It was if we were on the plane alone...this is not how I would have handled the situation. I also obtained the Spirit credit card to rack up some miles, but not I am giving it a second thought!"
Cons: "Spirit attendants at check-in misdirected me multiple times due to a glitched boarding pass that they would not explain to me. Then, when I got to security, they couldn't scan my pass because the toner level of the printer had been low and the code came out fuzzy. Then, at the gate, there were no attendants around, so I went looking for one. When I returned to the gate, the gate had closed, which resulted in my missing my flight. I missed a full day of my trip thanks to your poor service, and after calling customer service multiple times with absolutely no result, I will be taking my story to social media and never flying Spirit again."
Cons: "Both flights were substantially delayed causing havoc in the schedules of those picking me up. They have this carryon policy that anything bigger than basically a handbag, you are charged $55 each way!!! This added $110 to my flight!!!! I ending up paying more than my other more sane and professional options. I should of flown Southwest.Then on the loudspeaker in the plane, they talk about what a great airline they are and that you should apply for their credit card. I have to say not one person filled out the application even though you got frequent flyer miles."
Pros: "I found an excellent price to Phoenix, Their web site states CLEARLY the costs from baggage size, seats being non reclining and close, along with option of paying for roomier seat, On both flights it was not a full plane and I was able to move to the roomy seat in front of me, and the other flight I moved to an entire empty row. the flight crew were humorous along with informative.. If you can pack your things in a gym duffel bag this is the way to go. I'm glad this NO FRILLS airline was an option for a 58 year old female going to Arizona for a week ."
Pros: "What did I like? Getting of your airline and being done with Spirit for forever. I won't ever use our recommend Spirit to ANYONE. Not even my worst enemy."
Cons: "I did not like having to pay for a carry on bag, a drink/snack that is normally complimentary on any other airline. I did not like the upset and annoyed attitude of your staff. I did not like the very uncomfortable seats. I did not like the woman next to me being told that she would just have to be cold because Spirit did not carry blankets even for a charge. I did not like being treated life just another annoying customer won you staff could not be more annoyed with out happier to see leave. SPIRIT AIRLINE = 5#1T AIRLINE"
Cons: "Because their ticket counter was backed up and the machines were not working I got my ticket late, because I got my ticket late me and 10 other passengers missed boarding. We arrived when the plane was still there and connected to the walkway. They refused to let all of us board even though my sister was told that they would hold the plane for 5 or more. I had to fly to San Diego and then pay for a new flight on southwest. SOUTHWEST IS THE REAL MVP. Take my advice, never fly spirit. Also, 50 bucks per luggage per way, so one bag totaled 100 to fly it."
