Pros: "A Flight attendant went beyond the call of duty when she found me after I had returned to my seat. This was after I had walked to the rear of the acft to work out a bad cramp in my thigh. She provided me with a hot water bottle that did wonders in relieving the pain and stopped the cramp from returning."

The flight was fine. I didn’t have any food or drink, but I believe they offered the usual cookie or pretzels and standard beverages. The crew was very friendly. The seats - like seats on just about all airlines - are a bit cramped - but I was relatively comfortable and the plane was clean. I’d fly American again for sure.

Rerouted me by 200 yards to TSA checkpoint I could see was 30 yards away. When flight arrived in SFO the arrivals board never showed it and there was no carousel shown for checked baggage. I finally had to go to customer service, where attendant just pointed to my bag on the floor with lots of others from the flight, shrugged, no apology, and chewed her gum a little faster before turning her back."

With everyone flying out of Mesa nearly all at the same time, it’s shocking that you all can get everyone on board on time. Your staff there does a great deal with very little. To a person, the rest of your staff, as we were boarding and on board were excellent, friendly, helpful.
They don’t, as a policy, check bags to final destination. It’s not an option. I’d rather walk than fly with these clowns.
I think regular soda and water should be covered. Also the leg room isnt good. But it would not matter if the seat was adjustable.
My family in Arizona didn’t have a printer to print our return flight tickets, so I took a screenshot of our tickets on my phone. Apparently, when you go through security they enlarge the QR code, which makes it blurry, so it can’t be scanned. We had to go back to the check in desk and pay $5 for each ticket to be printed. Lesson learned, print out all flight tickets before you leave.

Cons: "I flew to my "surprised" 50th bday party with family and to meet more family. The aircraft problems overheated engine, caused us to get out of the plane, move all luggages and wait foe a new plane that also had to be cooled off before reboarding. We were tired and hungry. Missed my bday with family. Very very disappointed."

Pros: "We were supposed to have boarded for 5:00, flight was at 6pm. They were missing 1 crew member and could board the plane. She showed up, then they made a announcement that the Oakland flight will be delayed till 8:10 takeoff. I was able to get on a flight to Stockton Airport without problem. They wouldnt tell me what was wrong, and i didnt want to chance that it was the last dlight to Oakland and went with Stockton. The flight was good, you have to pay for your water."

Pros: "Easy airport. Easy for rental return, going through security, and walking to the terminal. Quick loading time. Nice, clean plane with plenty of on-board crew to accomodate."
Cons: "Damage to checked baggage from Mesa to SGF. A quality, thick, hard-sided suitcase developed a crack in the side. Abnormal pressure would have had to be applied to cause this type of damage. Cheaper or soft-sided luggage would have experienced damage to the contents. Unfortunately, I did not check the luggage before leaving the airport to file a complaint."

ALLEGIANT SUCKS from its nose to its tail fin."

Cons: "Clean the plane prior to passengers coming onboard. The plane was dirty in between the seats and food particles and crumbs everywhere. It seemed like they did a half cleaning job and a little more effort could go along way. Since beverages aren’t included and the seat do not recline. Other than that the flight was smooth taking off, in flight and landing. Thank you to the pilot for his efforts."

Cons: "Frontier personnel at the ticketing refused to print out my airline ticket and allow me to try and catch my flight because we had not checked in 35 minutes prior to flight departure. I missed the flight and had to eat the price of the ticket and find another airline to get to my destination. There was plenty of time to have made it through TSA and boarded the plane but because of some ridiculously stringent policy they would not allow me to try."

We were delayed an hour then sat on the runway for another hour before departing. No explanations were given either in the terminal or from the pilot. We will try very hard not to fly Frontier again if we can at all help it."

Cons: "The line to checkin for flight was very long (not enough employees). We were told to go to Gate 20, then told to go to another gate along with two other flights. Waited for hours with no information as to what the problem was or when the flight would leave (same for other two fights). There were no Frontier employees in the terminal to be found to ask. It was all very unorganized! Finally one employee made an anouncement that we had no flight crew. Again waited in line for hour and half to talk to the one employee working the desk. Then waited almost two hours for bag at baggage claim. Still did not get luggage. Had to pay to stay in hotel and book flight on United the next day. When I tried to ask a Frontier employ the next morning where I should go to find luggage he was extremely rude and said I had to wait in line with a bunch of other people trying to check in and others that were on a flight that was just cancelled. There is not baggage offfice like other airlines have - they are too cheap!!. Their fairs are cheep but they nickle and dime you to death with baggage fees and seating feas, seats are cramped and uncomfortable, employees (the few they have) are rude. I think the airline is extremely cheap, unorganized and pathetic. By the way, i filed a claim on my luggage on line as directed by the recording you get when you call (because there is no one to talk to) and now received an email that I need to file claim with the baggage office at the airport. What baggage office??????"

One of the worst flight experience ever."

Don't forget to add the extra $70-80 when you see the tickets slightly cheaper online. Plus, it will cost more to select seats to sit together and even the snacks/drinks cost money. I'm shocked I didn't have to pay extra for a pilot."
Cons: "Flight was five hours late due to maintenance problem. This could happen to any airline, but is apparently not at all unusual for Frontier. They did give vouchers for dinner at the airport, but continued to charge for even water once on the plane. Frontier prices are good, but not worth the hassle to me. I will choose Delta or American next time."

(mine was about 100$ less than other airlines at time of booking) -Then they have you pick your seat (charge) -Then if you want to check a bag (charge) -Then if you want to BRING A CARRY ON (CHARGE) It ended up being way MORE than the other flights I could have just booked on other airlines. (I booked at $220.00 and by the end of my trip spent $373.00 with Frontier) Also, the returning flight was delayed 45 minutes but I received no notifications."

I get people at one point or another have an off day - but it was bad a Ly the same on the way on second leg f the trip"

Pros: "When we got to the airport the kiosk was not working, and no one was at the counter. Checked in online, they charged us $45 per carry on (didn't read the small print, because it's so small, and no other airline I've been on charges for carry ons). To check a bag was cheaper, $35 but no one was at the counter. Also, they charged us $20 per seat when we checked in, did not give us the option of a no-charge seat online. (even though we did have tickets) So, I paid an additional $130 for the 2 tickets total. Shabby airline."
