As with all Aerolineas Argentinas flights, check-in was terrible. They have a system where all international flights (or other multiple-flight categories) check in together, so the airport is very crowded, the lines are very long, and checkin takes forever. Online checkin was not available to me. There was no entertainment. Food was edible but mediocre. However, all of the staff (onboard as well as in the airport) were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent flight and service. Food, main course and dessert are good but 1st course very bad. I didn't like the breakfast. Needs something as cheese or fruit. Or at least a good quality croissant.
Cons: "They dont pick up the phone or answer whatsapp messeges. Sent email advising me to check and it said reservation not found. Tried calling and sending whatsapp message but got no reaponse. Printed all my receipts and hoped my res was valid."

Cons: "El centro de servicios al consumidor no contesta las llamadas de forma eficiente. Tuve problemas con el check-in que requería asistencia. Tuve que esperar un total de una hora para ser atendido (dos llamadas : una esperé 35 minutos y colgué y la otra unos 38 minutos más). Al fin y al cabo la persona que me atendió no me pudo ayudar. Me dijo que no podía hacerlo pero que iba a poder asignar dos asientos juntos para mi esposa y yo. Para sorpresa mía no fue así cuando hice el check-in en el aeropuerto tenían a mi esposa y a mi separados. Tuve que aceptar los dos últimos asientos en la cola del avión - los cuales no reclinaban completo. Para culminar; para cuando la azafata vino a proveer el servicio de almuerzo- se había terminado la carne. Mal servicio"

I lost one day of accommodation at destination and had to pay another one in Buenos Aires for which they reimburse max 55 usd, and when you wait fir reimbursement those guys move so slow you won’t believe is true, imagine you have also some people before you- i waited for 2h and 30 min and had 5 people before me. Overall Aerolineas is not a stable company so watch out when you plan your itinerary in Argentina with them i lost two flights because of them in one week"

When I pointed to the other jackets, the two attendants looked at them and then just moved on. 9 flights in 21 days, all flight attendants on the other airlines we flew were friendly and pleasant. Aerolineas Argentinas attendants were grim, unfriendly, and we believe singled us out for being from the US."

Pros: "Outbound flite uneventful which was OK but the return flite to Miami we seemingly waited an eternity (well over half hr) to receive our luggage. And they could use a few more personnel who spoke English at both check in at Buenos Airies and on the flite itself. After all it is an International carrier and all aspects of the flight experience would benefit from staff that was multi lingual."

Food was really poor (for business class) and the drinks on offer were VERY limited e.g. No Whisky at all - despite being on the menu card as available! Only four spirits on offer. Service by the crew was OK but certainly not up to what we are used to in other airlines Business class. Really very little attention given to the passengers (except when asked - not on a preemptive basis)."
Pros: "Boarding in BA was not organized, employees floating around without clear directions. I was an economy class passenger, so food and whatever else was appropriate. Landing was on time but a lot of precious time was lost before I could get out of plane making my connection really tight. Overall I was OK."

Entertainment options were quite decent. I don’t speak any Spanish, but crew also spoke English, which I aporeciated. Toilets were kept sufficiently clean during flight."

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Pros: "Aeromexico stole my money and never let me board a flight. My initial flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues after a 3 hour delay in the airport. At this point it was 3AM and all passengers were told to call Aeromexico's support number to re-book their flights. Aeromexico staff does not speak English well and when I asked them to speak slower I was cursed at and hung up on. I finally called again and was given 2 options: agree to a flight that would DESTROY my vacation or get a refund. Scared and exhausted, I told them I didn't understand, and the flight didn't work, and guess what, they re-booked me anyway, and said that since I was re-booked any change to my ticket would entitles them to my entire $1,100 fare. Aeromexico is a criminal enterprise. Never book with them! Kayak, you should cut all ties with this airline!"

Cons: "Ever since Delta acquired Aeromexico the airline went from good to really really bad. The flight attendants are rude and entitled, the service during the flight is non existent and overall how the airline manage itself leaves much to be desired. The worst thing about all this is that the fairs are expensive and the price is not worth it at all."
