My food prefer was confirmed by email 2x and still the crew claim they had no pre-order. I taken ill while in India so I needed to avoid Indian sauces and spices, so the problem with the preorder was unacceptable. Additionally, is there a new rule to automatically not to disturb passengers? I would like this as an option. Lastly, for breakfast I needed to avoid Indian and I’m allergic to eggs.. therefore the only option was pancakes and guess what was not available!!!
It was a really seamless flight and the entertainment selection was excellent.
Business class would have been better , poor quality blanket , services

Food was awful. TV didn’t work for long haul flight and my husband needed credit. Staff was nice and did their best but overall conditions were very uncomfortable.
No meal service to the back of the plane as it started late or was too slow to get it out before it was time to land.
In general, flight attendants were not very welcoming. Because of delays in departure and luggage handling, we missed our connecting flight. Offered a later flight on standby but available seats were then taken by 4 or 5 airline crew so slept at airport and got home next day. I am a frequent traveler, and this experience was the worst.
I could not get the wifi to work. But like the screen on the seats.
Experience was great - no complaints. Took off on time, landed early. Got to the gate relatively quickly - took a little bit of extra time to deplane but nothing excessive.
OK, we were delayed and had to de plane and reboard.
Purchased through 3rd party vendor which made everything difficult. Unable to check in online. Unable to get flight updates easily, tsa precheck information didn’t carry through, longer time to check in in person. Entertainment looked good but had to purchase conventional headphones to view.
Boarding was fast, easy, and we landed early. The entertainment system was very buggy and kept resetting throughout the flight.
Not having an assigned seat until boarding and then having to check my bag.
Boarding was done extremely poorly, with huge crowds gate loiterers blocking people from boarding, multiple lines of people trying to merge into one line. One of the male flight attendants who was doing drink service was not happy about having to let a passenger back to their seat and was unnecessarily sassy about it. I thought he was pretty entitled and not a great ambassador for JetBlue
Flight emergency landed in Chicago due to “Odor” in back of plane . Had to buy ANOTHER TICKET to get to Boston cash out of my own pocket . Then they would notchange my return flight time without a 400. Charge!!!! Insulting.
I purchased ticket so our daughter ( a minor) can sit next to her mother. No help at gate after kayak insisted that this could be done. She ended sitting by herself
Flight was as expected. But it was delayed an hour. Also, my luggage got damaged. So that sucked especially since the damage made navigating the airport difficult. Walking to get ground transportation is sooo far away now and my checked bag was difficult to carry.
we were an hour delayed after boarding and given no reason. Headsets cost money. Also there were openrows with no one setting in them but we were told we were not allowed to swtich.
Flight was smooth, amenities (entertainment options and power outlets) were good, sears decent)

The worst. My flight was canceled :-- by email! -- at 10pm, just 8 hours prior to departure. Normally, given the early departure time, I would've been asleep. I was lucky to be awake and to be able to take action. Even worse, it turns out that the flight wasn't canceled (confirmed because I was at the airport and saw it loading), Spirit just canceled my reservation, probably because I got such a good rate! Utterly appalling. Notably, Spirit did not inform you (Kayak) of the change, so I kept getting alerts from you.
Delayed over two hours. Only knew about a 30 minute delay in advance
The flight was a big joke very uncomfortable I had a horrible experience and I will never fly with them again everything about the flight was bogus and I’m not happy with it at all this experience makes me not want to fly ever again

Return flight was canceled. Needed to reschedule with another airline the next day. Cost an an additional $84. At another airport 45 miles further away
Length of flight was fine Delay of over 3 hours was very bad!! Flight down was delayed 1.5 hours
I’m still waiting to get on the flight. No one knows what’s happening. The passengers have gotten no updates. We have been up all night and waiting at the airport. This is no way to operate and we should be refunded for this lack of respect for their passengers.
When I arrived at the airport at 4:00 in the morning, I was notified that I "hadn't paid" for my ticket (I had paid and had a boarding pass). Then I was told that while I had paid, the ticket was $600 more than it actually was, and that I needed to pay that so I could board. None of this was true, of course, but it took 20 minutes, two crew members behind the desk, and one on the phone to clear up.
Plane was hot and miserable and the crew was rude!
12 hour delay required getting on and off plane 3 times - would have at least liked to have been offered a snack or drink

Zero issues with this flight. Crew was outstanding and flight was super. Plane was clean and fine. The seats need more padding and water should be provided without cost. I recognize it's Frontier but there are some things that should still be part of the flight. But still very satisfied with the experience and quality.
They switched our terminal 3 times and we were delayed for four plus hours!!!
It was an early flight and most people napped/slept and the crew let us which was nice.
The crew acted like they had never done this and kept barking passive aggressive orders at people. + the security line + the delay + sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours + none of the apps or signage updating with correct times

My flight was originally from SAT to MCO connecting from MCO to ORD. We got diverted to ATL and than Frontier staff there was sooo un helpful first they said they couldn’t give us any accommodation since our flight first got delayed that cancelled and now it’s 221am and I am still in ATL since they said they need to create a new flight my final destination is ORD and I have been delayed twice and cancelled. With no real help the frontier app didn’t work no email updates over all such a horrible experience
There's no seats that lean back with little leg space i wad uncomfortable the entire flight. Your charges for extra baggage is despicable and costly!!
