The CRJ-900 was clean but the overhead air vents were broken in our First Class row, making the cabin very hot until about 30 mins into the flight. The flight attendants were both extremely apologetic and accommodating though so that is why I rated the flight as very good. They checked on us many times and truly showed they cared. The snacks for an hour and a half flight could be better. Would be nice if there was a small plated meal over convenient store snacks. WiFi also was not working. And it would be nice if Delta had adjustable headrests on these planes.
The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.
The flight was late which i understand happens. But we flew Delta one and the Crew was stiff and not that friendly. They didnt offer beverages after they served the lunch. I dont usually do reviews but i felt i must tell you about this crew. They were american not european. We are platinum members and we are usually treated much better
flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.

More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.
Crew went over and above to be helpful. Plane had mechanical problems that caused us to depart late.

Compared to our Lufthansa flight out, it was pretty poor. Check-in was a nightmare trying to figure out if it was Lufthansa or United, the Kayak link kept sending us to a dead link with United. Then figuring out which code was United was a mess - it took way too long. On the flight, the seats were uncomfortable, they were out of all wines but red when the flight started, then out of red after the first beverage. The flight attendant said they never get restocked before they turn around to the US, so it happens all the time. The food was so bad we threw it away. For a long flight, it was pretty terrible.
There was a little turbulence taking off and landing but mostly it was too late for me to make my connecting flight to Greensboro. Everything else was excellent.
The seats were very nice in premium economy. The service was good. The flight was slightly bumpy. Would have appreciated more updates from the pilots.
Airline tickets are not cheap. You expect reliable competent service. Thanks to canceled flights and botched transfers we arrived at our destination two days late. This is not acceptable
Awful. There was a minor problem with a fridge and they had us 2 hours in the runway before take off. The paper work alone took them half hour. There was no attemp to make up time up while in teansit and when we arrived, they had us another half hour in the plane because of traffic. I, and a bunch of people, lost their onnection flights for 5 to 10 minutes. Not even the attemp to wait given thar all delays, but the taxing, were United's fault. Then another 45 mins to get an agent and no flight alternatives for 2 days. Im am very disapointed with this "premium carrier".
There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
There was no screens on board AND the WiFi didn’t work. My seat was broken and couldn’t recline so I couldn’t even sleep. The flight attendants didn’t offer anything to make it more comfortable. It was such an old cramped plane, when the person in front of me reclined I couldn’t even open my tray table. All the United ads talk about guaranteeing everyone gets a screen!
Wheelchair assistance was not complete. The person left me at the departure gate without informing the groundstaff of my requirements. I had to walk to the departure counter to ask for help to reach the plane door. The crew informed me that in future they were not allowed to help passengers like me, senior citizen and Wheelchair passenger with placing their carry on bags in the overhead compartments!
There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.

Well, its a hit or miss when boarding most of the time your employees just let everyone enter immediately In one bum rush. Then out of know where tell the passengers only let A can enter then b then c etc. So make a decision and stick to it. Do it by alphabet and have famn strick compliance. Let the public know. That makes easier on passengers.
After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.
I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.
Theres several thing i will like to mention and please share this feedback with JetBlue. I was concerned that the food options were limited. Theres no vegetarian options on the sandwiches that they offer on board. Vegetarian options are limited to only cheese and crackers,. Specially on mid day flights there should be more options offered to people. Second comment is that during the flight I watched TWO movies without audio, I tried a few ear sets to listen and none of them worked. Its a shame that they were good movies however no audio. Maybe updating the auxiliary cable and making Bluetooth connections on media will be great. Finally, the bathroom on the plane looked like they needed an update, being remodeled or changed. They look dirty however they are not. Maybe changing, replacing some pieces and updating the air filters will be great. This is not an aesthetic recommendation however a necessary one.
A 630departure flight Delayed 6hours! They changed my gate, I moved to the new gate. Had our flight on the screen for 12noon departure. I go get above to eat, check screen again and the flight was gone, no notice no announcement, nothing!! They sent my bag on the flight I wasn’t on, got it back to me 3days later. Thank goodness they did refund my money but I will NEVER fly them again.
Plane and crew on board were fine. Everything else was terrible.
Disaster. They lied every step of the way. We ended up being delayed due to crew and then allegedly abandoned the flight because of a curfew at LGA. No rebooking to LGA at any reasonable time. No hotel. No meal vouchers. Had to sleep in the airport and fly to Newark instead. Will never fly Frontier again.
My first flight was delayed 5 hours. The 2nd flight was canceled til the next day and the never even tried to compensate for it. Worse I was delayed again on the flight the rebooked me on.
I guess you get what you pay for. The seats are very uncomfortable and very little space. The snacks were pricey.
Would be great if Frontier can Assign Seats together under one PNR
They cancelled the flight and did nothing. I should be compensated for my uber rides to and from airport. Not a good service by frontier or kayak.

Flight was changed (according to Frontier, by Kayak) without my notification. And all flights were delayed by at least an hour and a half. Uncomfortable plane. Bad service. Will never fly Frontier again.
Was left with many other passengers in SJU by frontier airlines due to delay caused by frontier. Worst experience ever and worst airline ever.
