J was in the ER x 3...3 protruding discs...contacted Alaska many many days prior to cancel and request a refund or a credjt.. they only gave me 50 % credit....outrageous seeing how i have a doctors letter....just plain inhuman. AI sucks!

Boarding much smoother than previous United flights! The flight attendant helped monitor putting bags in overhead bins. On united no help resulted in bins in first class being filled before I boarded for first class. I had to search further down into economy. Then got stuck unable to return to my seat. People were putting backpacks that needed to go under seats in bins. It was a mess. This flight was a refreshing improvement. United also had so many categories of preboarding that first class could not board early. The pilot talked to us directly instead of using the intercom before flight.

Crew very courteous. Boarding was great. Slow to get baggage at Denver.

Lester and the rest of the crew were such a joy. Also, I want to thank the pilots for getting us there on time, and safely. My first amd only choice will always be Alaska Airlines.

Not delay for a few passengers. That was uncalled for. If idiots can't make the flight on time thats their fault. Why should I be punished for them? No more holding the plane for one or two people
