Qantas is definitely the way to go!!! Great service and boarding process stress free. The website is extremely helpful for booking and very user friendly. Make sure you have all of your documents though. Honestly, I didn't need to worry about bringing extra snacks or entertainment despite the long flight. Maybe bring along an extra bottle of water if you tend to get thirsty.
