This resulted in me and my bag getting pushed on two new flights and my overall travel time going from 4.5 hrs to 11 hrs which with a 15 month old is an eternity. Many other airlines will allow you to make exceptions when checking in late (I was still nearly 40 minutes prior to flight departure) and let me still check a bag OR allow me and my baby to stay on the same flight without the bag."

Ground crew disorganized feeding us excuses of weather (wx) which initially was a landing gear problem for first 1.5 hr delay then again WX and ATC not assigning a route(while other airlines departing no problem) then crew timed out then no plane & again waiting for crew...Seriously? What a management!!! Reading comments below this keeps repeating however this was about 13 hours delay. This company should quit!"

After the front desk continuously trying to explain to me how it was my fault some how, I HAD TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE TICKET ON A DIFFERENT AIRLINE OUT OF MIA AT 5AM TO MAKE THE WEDDING!!!! This is beyond unacceptable and as someone that travels for work and stays roughly 100 nights a year in hotels, I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOUR COMPANY TO BE ABLE TO PUT ME IN THIS SITUATION AGAIN!!!!"

Once the boarding began, someone, I presume the gate agent, essentially gave a countdown to hhow many minutes were left until the flight could have an "on time departure". I travel nearly every week so I value being on time. However, a minute by minute call to hurry up on a flight that was sold out was over the top. There was mumbling among the passengers, to the point of someone joking "Free cookies and water if we make it on time?" Just a bad gate experience, but bad enough that peopoe were commenting, and I waited for someone from the cockpit to del\part so I could mention it to them."

I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare."
Cons: "The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

All other DELTA staff have been great."

The check-in process was slow and i was overcharged for my bike, On the way down it was $25 the same price as previous AA flights, On other airlines, it also just counts as a piece of luggage. On the way home i was charged $150 oversized luggage, yet it was <50 lbs and within the size limits. The flight crew was not overall friendly. Very business like and not warm at all. If they were a restaurant i would not be returning. The locks on my bike case were both broken off. the case was not locked. Nor was this done by TSA as they would have left a note as they have previously done."

Didn't realize my TSA wasn't accepted with this ticket, also I'm was in group 5 & always in middle seat. First time I flew on United. I bought the same type of ticket for a flight in April very unhappy about my mistake. I used Skiplagged."

Cons: "I realize that the airline doesn't have much control over screaming babies, but the reality is, my flight experience was significantly worse because of one, a couple rows back, who kept screaming at the top of their voice for most of the flight. While everyone was seating themselves, my fellow rowmates asked me to exchange my window seat for an aisle seat, so that grandmother, mother, and daughter could sit together. That put me two rows closer to that screaming baby. I came prepared to watch a movie with my phone and new noise canceling headphones, and then discovered the United Wi-Fi didn't offer movies on that flight, the same aircraft type and route as when I was able to watch a movie that way, earlier this year. I didn't find a way to connect my Bluetooth headphones to the plane's entertainment system, and I'm also disappointed in myself, to have to say, it took me far too long, to figure out that I needed to interact with the screen in front of me, through the control pad under my elbow on the armrest. By that time, there wasn't enough time left in the flight, to start a movie. So, I just played music stored on my phone, which helped mask the baby screams."

I had a precious experience from a different airline that didn't wait for us, 6 of us with first class tickets, and we were only 5 min late! So, great that United waited for these passengers. And the time lost, was made up in the air."

When I got on the plane... there were numerous EMPTY overhead bins and further, my bag would have fit comfortably under the even more space seat in front of me. I plan my travel carefully so I can bring on the plane. They were wrong for gate checking without asking the crew ON the plane. All 40 bags would have made it. BS. Flight delayed awaiting for another crew member. Snack was mixed bag of "stuff". Would prefer a choice of name brand snacks or nothing at all. Wifi should be free. What does it cost them?"

Cons: "There were not one but two dogs on the flight which I had an allergic reaction to. Thank goodness I travel with extra allergy medication in my purse. The owner of the dog in front of me keep insisting the dog was hypoallergenic. What matters is my reaction or the person who is allergic reaction to the dog's dander even if they claim it's a hypoallergenic dog. Once I had a severe reaction on a United flight and the cat was no where near me, but the air is circulating so I has to take benadryl. There should be some consideration for people who have health concerns without making the customer feel like we are a problem."

Cons: "My family along with another family flew to Cancun for New Years vacation. The plane leaving from Denver was one hour late, boarding took forever and there was no communication regarding the issues. At least someone could have explained what was going on or why it was running late as to not leave us guessing. Upon our arrival in Cancun, my husband Never received his luggage. We filed a report and waited for it to arrive day after day. My husband spent HOURS of his vacation time trying to track down his luggage with little help. He spent HOURS on hold with Frontier which was also very frustrating to my family and our friends. His mother also made calls to Frontier with the same frustration and with no answers. My husband had medicine in his luggage along with all his clothes, many that were purchased for this trip as we don't travel often. We then had to spend lots of time and at least $800 purchasing new clothes--which was only a few t-shirts and a pair of shorts so he could enjoy the beach and our adventures. I could continue to complain, however, I refuse to waste anymore of my time with Frontier. Unfortunately this has been BY FAR the WORST Customer Service we have ever received. We are not ones to complain and have often given excellent customer service reviews. I am just thankful we made it there and back safely as that became a concern to us as well. I would highly recommend spending your money and time with another airline."

Instead, we were surprised at the gate when we were informed that EACH carry on would be $40 EACH way! That added an additional $160 to our trip and was more expensive than our checked bags ($30). Then upon boarding, we were seated in a row without a window, and the tray tables are TINY. They charge extra for EVERYTHING, even water. After flying Southwest exclusively, all of this came as a surprise to us. We also have TSA Pre-Check, but the woman that checked us in said "she didn't have time to look it up", she seemed clueless."

The seats are hard, uncomfortable and do not recline. This is not my first negative experience with frontier but it will be the last."
