I lost my plane and spend 5 hours at the airport arriving at Buffalo at 1 am taxis are very expensive at that time.
Snacks and included beverages were appreciated. Boarding went smoothly. Plenty of overhead bin space. Seats get very uncomfortable after a couple of hours. After waiting 10 painful minutes for my walker, a very nice Delta guest agent pushed me in a wheelchair to the gate. It was finally delivered to me after another 15 minutes . Our checked bag was on the carousel long b4 I was able to retrieve it. Fortunately it was still there but somewhere along the way the straps we used to secure it were removed and and were not reattached. Wish I had made note of the agents name.
The whole experience was excellent. As it most often is with Delta

Flight was delayed by 3-hours and their fix was… complimentary pretzels.
The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.
They took all carry-on luggage from Groups 6 -9 - I was group 5 and waiting in line to board - they made me check my luggage too. That then went to baggage claim and delayed departure from the airport. There was overhead room in my seating area - Delta over reacted. Also, had a gentleman next to me that took up 1/2 my seat.

boarded at 5:30 pm, pushed away from gate at 6pm ... takeoff was not until ~6:45pm; disappointing
Paid for wifi that didn't work. No plug in seat to work. No entertainment.
I've been flying American mostly, and it's been very frustrating. This united flight makes me realize maybe the issue isn't flying, but the airline. United was a significantly better experience. The plane was more comfortable, with a normal amount of leg room (vs the ridiculous reductions AA has made), more comfortable seats, screens to watch movies. It was a much better experience!
They delayed the flight from 9:00 to 11:55 At 11:45 they canceled the flight. I paid a premium price for the tickets with poor service
Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.
Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.
I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket

In overall it was a good experience, the only down point was that the entertainment screen was working properly.
Mean flight attendant. I wanted to reuse my plastic cup, but he (Matthew) said he can't for safety. I then said "I don't want water then" and he poured me a glass. I hope Matthew gets herpes and spends the rest of his life poor, lonely, and homeless.
I just think it’s unfortunate that Airlines have completely abandoned the idea of serving any kind of decent or even real food on flights, not even on a four hour flight!? Those days are gone, I guess.

For the price point it was very good. Definitely leave on the earlier flights as it can become terribly crowded later in the day
Absolutely horrible. Flight was delayed 4 hours and they had no clue what was going on.
Delayed our flight to accommodate another flight but didn’t make the decision to do so until we were supposed to board despite having all the same information hours prior. Arrived so delayed that we didn’t get a gate and had to deplane on the tarmac and get bussed to terminal in the rain after 1am. Arrived to the terminal and due to construction could not get a ride share - had to either take the air train to Howard beach or stand in line with 200 other people waiting for a taxi.
Onboard functioning wide-variety entertainment on a budget and having an open pantry is nice. Seats are not comfortable but go provide plenty of legroom for a 6'2" 260lbs man.
Even though the weather made a lot of flights become cancelled Jet Blue made the flight that was supposed to leave at 9 pm and we left at 12:15 am and I was so grateful- Thanks to the Senior Jet Blue Staff who made those decisions
Worst customer service ever experienced on the planet, dirty plane, no communication, and severe delays
Arrived as recommended at 8:15 a.m. for an 1115 flight, that kept getting delayed delayed and delayed and then finally canceled. Instructed for the split flight to go to Fort Lauderdale, and then find our way from there back to New York. I don't think I will ever trust flying with JetBlue again. This was my second horrific experience and I am really angry.
My check in was stressful. I somehow lost my seat from my original booking, the plane showed no availability/no seat when it was time to check-in. I called and was instructed to try to get a seat at the airport. I asked if it was a full flight and the travel agent said the site showed some seating but was not able to secure one for me. Why not? On my way to the airport the app finally revealed one available seat towards the back of the aircraft that I was able to book. It ended up being an overbooked flight, so glad I wasn't stuck.
Automated scanning was slow and somewhat haphazard. Too many people were unfamiliar with the tech and were forced to learn on the fly. The hands off approach of the gate staff made it more uncomfortable. This needs work. Overall the flight and cabin crew were excellent.

We had to take a bus to the plane with a old woman and carry on bags, and at landing at the airport we have to wait one hour seating on the plane waiting for a gate. We came back from Australia Bussines class Quantas 16 hours traveling, then wait in Dallas 7 hours for connection...honestly waiting 1 hour more at the plane was the worst part.

The airplane rattled near the left wing as if several screws were loose. Then after we landed in Fort Lauderdale, we had to sit and wait on the runway for quite some time. It was very scary and TOTALLY unacceptable!
I was in the airport when I'll check the status of my flight and it was canceled and without any reason. The worst of the worst ...
Spent seven hours in the airport with spirit pushing he flight time back two hours every two hours only to then have it canceled without explanation. The employees said, “They’ve been doing this for the last five days.” Would have been great if they told us to expect that when we arrived.
Absolutely terrible, flight was cancelled and we missed our cruise. Will never fly Spirit again.
