More or less, this seemed like a mismanaged group of great people who would crush at this job, if only they were given the resources to do so.

Our flight when we finally got rerouted to a different destination than we were going was fine. But 2 days was taken out of our vacation because our flit was cancelled. We understand mechanical problems and of course don’t want to be on a plane that has mechanical problems.Wish there had been another solution.

Flight was cancelled last minute, had to change and buy another ticket to united airlines, made it 10 minutes late to my international flight and couldn’t get any reimbursement what so ever due to “Weather”, yet all other airlines except south west were running Just fine. Every single time I fly Alaska, it’s a huge delay or cancellation. My hope is that more people avoid this airlines all together until they actually improve.

Kayak wouldn’t refund me for a flight I was trying to cancel through Kayak. Alaska airlines said I had to cancel through Kayak. I called the customer service line and they couldn’t refund the flight that I booked through Kayak either. You stole my money. You will be hearing from my lawyer.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The only thing I could have done without was the long layover in between flights but I was going to a less popular destination so it was understandable.

The bathroom trash container under the sink fell out and was like that long before my flight. The plane smelled of canned fish and floor was Deteriorating

Flights were on time, easy boarding, comfort, flight was smooth.... Best travel experience I have ever had

Short trip from Honolulu to Kauai. Not a major issue. Only concern was the drop off of the luggage for departure. Only one person handling all of the passengers. She was busting her butt.
