Aside from that both stateside and overseas counter clerks are rude. They also had a major communication issue upon return after coming through customs stateside our luggage, myself and several other passengers, went MIA. We had no update until 2 hrs after we had watched the luggage turnstile go around hundreds of times anticipating our luggage. When we attempted to get info the Wow baggage clerk couldn't get a response for the better part of that 2 hours. Then miraculously we got the news that we all had wonderful paperwork to fill out since our bags never made it in the first place.... Overall it was horrible.
