Cons: "I didn't like that my original return flight selection was changed one month after confirming. The new flight details which were automatically chosen for me had me coming back home a full day later. This forced me to have to select a new return flight with an 8 hour layover."

Pros: "The flight attendants were very friendly. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Cons: "The comfort was a bit below my expectations. Sitting on the seats along the isle was uncomfortable as they are closely placed. There is no enough room to move and to lean sideways when one wants to sleep. My tv was not working. The touch screen was not responding. However the friendly flight attendants shifted me to a vacant seat where the tv was working. The movie selection was limited. There were no documentaries about wildlife. Sport was also missing. We also need some news channels like Aljazeera, CNN & BBC so that we keep updated on issues happening throughout the world. This is very important especially to people like me who traveled long distances from South Africa to Los Angeles USA."

Cons: "I volunteered to gate check my instruments (which I NEVER do because it’s not my hobby, it’s my livelihood). When I did, I made very clear that I’ll ONLY do it if it’s handed to me at the gate when I arrive. It CANNOT go into baggage claim because it’s 2 $3000, left handed, vintage Paul McCartney basses packed in one bag. The gentleman assured me that I’d have it handed to me upon arrival. It isn’t designed to go through the rough handling of people I’ve never met or trusted. So I got to Denver and waited at the gate until someone told me, “oh no that’s gonna be down in baggage claim” Needless to say, I’m scared to death and I don’t even know where $6000 worth of instruments of mine, is right now. I wish people would communicate when they promise things."

Cons: "The gate people were horrible at explaining the delays and then trying to set up alternatives. Quick tip: offering "free water" when your flight is delayed 1.5hrs so several people will miss their flights is not enough."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours causing me to miss my connecting flight to Indianapolis. Went to the service desk to re-book, and nothing could be done to get me out in time. Customer service was not great. I was flying to see my daughter graduate, and the only time they could get me out was when the graduation started. No hotel vouchers were given for the delay either, so the airport bench ended up being the bed. So I ended up being stranded in Newark for an additional 8 hours to just miss her graduation."

Cons: "The fligjht diidnt happen. I double booked the flight. But when I tried to adjust it I wasn't allowed to without crazy fees. This was after an agent told me that he would wave the fee. Their not on the same page and they do not honor what you're told."

Pros: "Plane was filthy & disgusting! I asked the stewardess for a towel to wipe down my table that was covered in sticky gunk, she just handed me a Wet One. Passengers table next to me was the same. My checked was only 3 lb over the 50 lb limit. United actually made me take 3 pairs of dirty jeans out & carry them with me in a Target shopping bag! Ridiculous!"

Cons: "On the express smaller planes you have to gate check your rollarboard suitcase which is fine but if your in first class they dont have a separate tag from economy class so i got my bag last even tho i was in first."

Cons: "The terminal number on my ticket was wrong and when me and some other customers asked the flight lady what was going on she was of very little help. Not only that but she was making a personal phone call. So I had to rush to the other end and then just to find out that they didn't have enough room to put my carry on so I had to place it enbetween my legs which made for an even more uncomfortable flight. Also one of the flight attendant was particularly rude and kept saying she had to do her job in a very rude tone to the point were an older retired man told her he's worked too hard in his life time to be talked to like that. Overall the poorest plane experience I've ever had and I fly quite a bit."

Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are."
