All good except the dining. Both meals were the worst I’ve ever encountered on any previous flight.
Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Flight was on time! That's the most important thing for me.
Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.
The flight was delayed and knowing I was going to miss my connection, nothing was done proactively to try and get me rebooked. It was an act of congress to do so. This is not on the crew, but on the experience itself
No headphones, forced to sit in another seat that I did not book, had to check my carry on when I boarded the plane I saw backpacks and other non carry on items stuffed in the carry on holder! Horrible experience Wi-Fi did not work either
Everything could and should be better. We are paying for, it's not a favor, it's a service and should involve quality, responsibility and respect.

Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

Seats not reclining, no vegetarian food option, no snacks. 7.5 hr flight should have been more comfortable. Luggage limits are unusually small. Will never fly Copa again and will tell friends and family to avoid this airline.
I would enjoy a glass of wine on such a long flight.
I missed my original flight due to miscommunication and it was a challenge to communicate with service personnel, since my Portuguese is limited. However they got me food and a hotel overnight and a seat on the next available flight.
It was a bit unnerving to know that flights are generally oversold. We chose not to pay extra to reserve a specific seat, without realizing that that makes us vulnerable to being bumped. Everything else about the flight was great.
In flight from Miami to Anchorage, we were all on board ready to take off. Pilot decided to take on more fuel causing a delay. Once fueled, the pilot came back over the radio stating more delay due to VIP. These delays caused me to miss my connecting flight. I went to the Alaska Air counter for information. They flat out stated that it was ATCs fault that I missed my flight and booked me a flight the next day about 1300 . I believe if we had the fuel prior to getting on board we would not of been delayed and I would have taken off on time. Pilot was taken out of the equation. I think they should’ve taken responsibility for their pilots decision to top off his aircraft instead of waiting til the last moment. Enough said…
We liked the way we were treated by the sraff at lima airport counter and the the flight attendants. We did not like the fact that the kiosks at airport rebooted after we entered our information and then told us that there was an issueand we needed to go to the counter. Such a waste of time for a group of 6. Once we got our boarding passes there was no assigned gate so we did not know where to go.
LATAM is a great airline who takes care of there guests. They consistently walk around and see if you need water in addition to taking care of all the passengers. The chicken in process is really easy and I’m always offered a chance for an upgrade which I appreciate.
Poor, the airline was not able to help me move flights.
I’m entitled to a refund per LATAM due to the mid flight itinerary change and being stuck in São Paulo for 24 hours and needing to get a hotel. The airline was dismissive and of no help.
My entertainment did not work. I was very tired from the botched connection, and the poor sleep
We boarded so late it caused us to miss time at Foz. No real information was provided to the passengers waiting.

I have a hand injury and the flight attendant denied to help me with luggage, she said "she couldn't help me because I should manage my own way to put the luggage on the plane" SO RUDE

Overall it was good. The food was not great quality and seats were very uncomfortable. But overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pretty terrible, was unable to check out of a flight through the app. Could not check in to my flights with the app. Had to call customer service but they were not much help. Nothing on my itinerary said I had to check in with American Airlines when I reached the United States. I almost missed my flight. I had to run to the gate and get dressed in the tunnel. GOL seemed really unorganized at the desks for check in and took a lot longer than other airlines
Great flight however unlike most airlines there is no WiFi and no power outlets. Overall good flight and would fly them again. Just make sure your devices have power and bring your own entertainment.
Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.
Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!
Mechanical issues caused our flight to be cancelled 1 hour into the flight; which was an issue they knew about, prior to take-off. There remedy was to reschedule my flights with Delta to JFK and then with United, out of Newark, to Phoenix. However, they never gave me a voucher for the 35 mile trip between JFK and Newark, which cost me $322.00.

Business Class layout was excellent. The seats were not nearly as comfortable as UA, Delta or Air New Zealand (the best). Nor were the controls as flexible. Food was okay but not great. Breakfast pancakes were like cardboard.
The average age of the flight crew had to be 58. With that said I just felt the flight crew was old and grumpy during meal service. The one male flight attendant was annoyed that Dr. pepper was the popular drink of choice during dinner service. He had to bend down multiple times and sort through popular sodas to get the Dr. Pepper. I overheard he complained under his breath. Another flight had no clue what they are serving for breakfast. She said we had American waffles and Japanese Cold soba noodles with dumplings. It turn out to be hot noodles with shu-mai. It the cold affected my choice.
Communication not good, too many changes. Three flights were cancelled due to weather and the options were not acceptable. I had to cancel my Canada portion of the trip.
Food horrible, even because there was no food the personal was rude and show off and the landing and take off ,was an adventure.
It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
We were delayed and due to lateness we were traveling from 11pm we were rerouted to FLL and couldnt deplane but stayed on the plane with no extra Service given (extra good options etc$ there Were so many things that could go wrong and did. This was not an enjoyable experience at all thoroughly exhausting
Food was bad, sandwiche with cold cut meat was not labeled and and none of the flight attendants could tell what kind of meat it was (beef, pork or turkey). People have dietary and religious restrictions and "I dont know" is simply unacceptable. One flight attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. Filed an formal complaint withAA regarding his behavior
Original flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. Cancelation notice was sent in the middle of the night (only saw it in the morning), leaving no room to find other options. No offers to reimburse for the extra expenses or compensations. My flight to Rio on 12/12 was also delayed for 16 hours. This seems to be the new normal for AA.
Its usually good but this flight was just mediocre. It WAS, however, on time, and got us home early. We had asked for a special meal. The one we got was not what we had requested and the staff said there were no extras so we my family essentially went without food on this 10 hr flight. Not the end of the work. Breakfast was a dry cold bun with some salad leaves and a slice of tomato. That’s it. Skipped it too and ate at home. I expect better from American.
Horrible staff from rip to miami especially one guy that didn’t want to serve me snack or food to me or my wife and was very rude
