The food was very bad. There was a pilot strike and the airline was not willing to give any compensation even though they placed me in a flight ten hours later than the originally programed and the delay was a problem for me.
They pulled the food and beverage service twice for turbulence that never appeared so the food was cold/disgusting by the time it was served and I was parched. Same outdated plane. Movie was hard to see on the tv screens. Unclear direction from staff on departation form.
Thanks to all of the delays, I'm still waiting for this flight.

Sf to Mexico was fine
Lost my immigration form and missed my flight. Airline told me to talk to my booking agent. I spent time talking to justfly and it took them a long time to tell me they couldn’t do anything and I’m stuck in Mexico for a day.
I couldn't watch movies so I asked flight attendant she said " watch next screen ". But there was someone sitting! How can I do that!!! They didn't say sorry
Staff on board was friendly and professional
Check in counter was closed more than an hour before flight even though electronic tickets weren't working!
a crew member was extremely rude and yield at us because we got confused with custom’s paper work and eventhough she saw we were there filling it out again she told her coworker to close the flight with out us and nobody did or tried to help I would never recommend, if I could rate no stars for bording and crew I would do it
