Cons: Our flight in Lisbon was scheduled to board an hour before departure. We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor.
Pros: Nothing stood out. Legroom was ok.
Cons: Boarding was confusing and poorly managed.
Pros: The crew was good and went out of their way to help the passengers. The seats were uncomfortable.
Cons: The entertainment could definitely be better. Newer screens, and more options.

Cons: The queue for the check-in / bagagge drop-off took almost an hour; only towards the end a second regular counter (besides the premium) was opened.

Pros: New, clean airplane with a friendly and professional crew. It was not as uncomfortable as some of the other airlines I've used, though eight hours in economy is still too much. I chose it in part because of the connection through Copenhagen, which I recommend for an overnight stay. Great city.
Cons: The chicken something or other on one of the flights was truly disgusting, but the rest of the economy food service was okay.
Cons: For a major carrier in Europe we expected more. Be Be prepared to pay for food and even a drink on a domestic flight. Seats tiny barely any leg room. Crew members appeared to be having a bad day not many welcoming smiles. I guess if you had to budget just pay use one of the other carriers

There was a delay of 1.25 hours as the ground crew took a long time to load and get the plane ready at Heathrow.

Cons: They changed planes and our seats. I contacted customer service and chatted with a representative of Norwegian Air who told me they sent me an email about the seat changes..... while I was in the chat I checked my email and it was A BOLD FACE LIE.... they never sent an email concerning the seat changes or anything else!!! LIARS!!!! We paid extra for seats and couldn’t sit together to end our vacation. No one spoke English enough to understand any announcement including the PILOT. The food was uneatable.. The WORST FLIGHT in memory!!! DO NOT FLY Norwegian air!!!!!
Pros: It was great to miss my flight and the plane was still in the hanger. There was no personnel there because the connecting flight was over a hour late and norweigen didnt composite for people in wheel chairs that was left to walk to the departure gate that was far and in another building. Really like to thst again never.
Cons: I didnt like on my way from newark to Rome Italy with a handy cap 80 yr old couldnt get out of the seat because the stewardess didnt know how to put the arm rest up so it would be easier for her and my self to get out to go to the toilet. Didnt like that diebetic food was delivered to thoes people in first rather with the rest. If u mark it then all should be the same.

Cons: We were not offered water at all during the 9 hour flight. The TV did not work. The crew never came around for trash! It was on the floor and in the seat back pouches. There were only two menus for the whole plane.

Pros: Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements.

Cons: All went smoothly for this short trip. I booked several weeks ahead but still couldn’t get nonstop from STS to SAN.
Pros: Once we got going, it was a decent flight. Weather conditions made for a bit of a rocky landing on the first leg.

Pros: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.

Pros: Crew was great love the extras like headphones, pillows, blankets and socks. I think the socks saved me on our long flight. Loved that you served tea and coffee after meals.
Cons: Food was not very good. Bathrooms were NASTY! The crew needed to server drinks more often and need more of a variety of juice add apple cranberry just a suggestion. The flight delay was horrible. You add 2 hours of delay to a 8 hour trip that stinks.
