All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

It would have been very helpful if the gate staff at LAX had advised me to not bother to try to make my connection, or called the next gate to tell them we were running over there. RUNNING. Or at least done something to act like they cared. I am disappointed by the lack of initiative. I understand flights cannot wait, and I would have greatly appreciated being saved the trouble of running to a different terminal and instead taking that time to change my travel plans. They may see travelers struggling like this daily, but to each traveler, a hiccup in travel plans trip is stressful and urgent. I ask Delta staff to please consider that when they come to work. Was in 1st class and didn't get beverage service after boarding. Then, the plane sat on a remote taxiway another 30 minutes before takeoff, fully loaded, no A/C, and still no beverage service. Truly miserable hot and sweaty flight."

Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."

I'm not one to be to needy but when i was about to ask the lady if I can switch seats to the fair back where there was two empty seats she gladly let the other person but not me. Our flight was from NYC to PR 5hour long and in between those hours she let a couple sit together on the other empty rows while I was feeling supper sick. Other passengers notice and had told me that they felt sorry for me. I was Embarressed. I was debating on venting on Twitter just yet and also on this review because what difference does it make. What matters the most is that we all got to our destination safely."

When I arrived at the kiosk it did not print a boarding pass, instead a slip stating I had missed my check-in timeframe and head to the front. I went to the front assuming the counter clerk would resolve the issue but she advised that the only thing she could do is book me on the next flight since the flight was over booked. I was really upset about the situation since I had to be at an event at a specific time. Just make sure you check in as soon as you can. If you are having issues on your phone, call the airline or head to the airport about an hour and a half to two hours early to get your boarding pass."

Cons: "I couldn’t check in for my flights ahead of time because the check in system from United and Copa airlines didn’t accept my reservation details. My first flight from Sacramento to San Francisco with United was cancelled and I was not informed until I arrived at the gate for check in. United wanted to rebook me on a flight to Los Angeles and Newark which would have been a delay of 10 hours. After security I had to go to the gate of a delayed flight to San Francisco and ask that they put me back on my original itinerary"

Cons: "Won't let you check in in advance so they can give you a terrible seat for a 12 hour flight. They won't even let you check in from the point of departure if it's with one of their partners. They also will do everything in their power to not give award miles to pattern airline clubs. It doesn't matter if you give them your United number and even register your United number with the flight for United. They will apply it to the Lufthansa Club and pretend it was just in the state and never actually give you the miles no matter how many times you try. This is not from one experience with Lufthansa / Austrian. I've had this experience many times with every flight I take with these terrible Airlines. I would never fly lifthansa unless it's at least $200 cheaper than any of their competitors."
Pros: "I was glad to see that the security check line was moving quickly. Sacramento is usually my go to airport when in northern California because it's so much easier to get to where you need to in a timely fashion too."
Pros: "First class was nice but I paid for 1st class for the whole flight and only got it on the first leg. They should have told me that when they took my money."

I missed all my apartment viewings because of this and an additional flight delay with the replacement flight I purchased. This rendered my trip absolutely useless and an extra cost because I arrived after hours to my car rental and lost my reservation. If I buy a flight, why can't I stand? IF I CANNOT STAND WHY AM I PURCHASING A SEAT SEPERATELY???"

Cons: "We were 5 minutes after the 45 minute cut off for checking in luggage (due to a bunch of mishaps that were obviously not planned for). The Frontier staff was rude, unsympathetic, and very accommodating. They would not work with us at all and made us rebook. They didn't have another flight for another 24 hours. We had to pay $99 a person to go on this flight. The airport was empty. They could have easily rushed our bags on to the flight. (This once happened to me on Southwest and with 28 minutes to spare they got us and our bags on the flight!) They were determined to make us feel miserable and treated us like we were children in trouble. They do not care about customer service and seem to enjoy when their customers are miserable."

Cons: "Because of a delay caused by spirit's initial flight out of Medellin (about 45 minutes) about half our plane missed their connecting flights in Fort Lauderdale. This would be a little more understandable if the connection was through a different airline, but spirit knew about and was the reason for the delay. When the majority of us finally blitzed through customs and security, we had to stand at the gate and see the plane make its final flight checks. It wasn't even pulling away yet, but everyone was denied access. Now, everyone is scrambling to find what flight they can get on next. News comes down the line that no more spirit flights are leaving until tomorrow. Now, my fiancé and I are pretty lucky for a couple of reasons here: I have a brother in Fort Lauderdale and we don't have any checked bags. For those not as lucky (especially families with young children), spirit is not paying for a hotel and several passengers had to watch as their medications flew to Denver without them. I can understand that delays happen, I can even understand that missed connections have to happen. But to not compensate these passengers in any way beyond arranging another flight is baffling to me. I won't be flying spirit again. The stress isn't worth it."

Then, at the gate, there were no attendants around, so I went looking for one. When I returned to the gate, the gate had closed, which resulted in my missing my flight. I missed a full day of my trip thanks to your poor service, and after calling customer service multiple times with absolutely no result, I will be taking my story to social media and never flying Spirit again."
