Cons: Boarding at a tourist location is tough but cabin space is prestigious nowadays. Passengers need to be given clear guidance for carry-on baggage since it delays the onboarding process.
Cons: Los precios!
Pros: Seat was comfortable, entertainment was excellent, the inflight crew was goo
Cons: Food was terrible, there were no options. Tha airport crew was horrible, I was more than an hour in the line, what could perceive is that there is not enough personnel, also what I consider disrespectful is that although people for Puerto Rico flight was standing on the line on time, they were trying to cope with their delay on other flights, and they had all the line waiting until they finished with the other flights. THAT was absolutely disrespectful of others time, I was there carrying my carry on baggage. Abdul rely HORRIBLE. When they finally called me there was no education to say even Hello, she only spoke to me to say I had to pay for one bag, and the overweight price, I tried to explain I purchased a different fare, but she didn’t care she just kept repeating the same. Ground crew was horrible and the complete procedure is horrible, I’ve never had such experience with JetBlue. To improve you should start putting kiosks, and mobile check-in URGENTLY please
Pros: Good entertainment options, the flight tracking and personal screen great. There was good space between passengers and mask wearing was enforced.
Cons: Hand out wipes to self clean arm rests and tray tables.
Cons: Boarding was disorganized, there was some chaos regarding who was sitting in which seat which delayed the pushback process. Another issue is that compared to other airlines baggage took forever to arrive at destination.
Cons: Crew at the gate separated my parents from my grandmother which entered in a wheelchair. Told them they had to wait and couldn’t enter with her
Cons: In my trip from SJU to MCO before the boarding a crew member give us a package with disinfectant tissues and hand sanitizer in order to clean our space. In the flight from MCO to SJU don't do that.
Cons: Social distance . They sell a 90 % of capacity.
Pros: My flight was full of funny kids so I enjoy my flight a lot and the flight attendant was great too
Cons: Snacks we need more snacks
Pros: Only a 2hour flight
Cons: A working entertainment system.
Cons: COVID19 is over.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Staff good
Pros: Flight left quick and everything was in order
Pros: Crew. Friendly and helpful.
Cons: Comfortable seats
Pros: The movies on plane
Cons: Everything else- the flight was delayed 6 hours to my trip and 3 hours from my trip.
Pros: That I finally made it home after long hours waiting at the airport
Cons: No more delays.
Cons: It was a very old plane. Not what I expect from Jet Blue
Cons: More Lego room
Pros: Crew was very polite and accommodating
Cons: Flight was delayed 4 times. We had to cancel other reservations and wasted a day traveling instead of a quick 4 hr plane ride.
Pros: We had exit rows seats that gave us extra space! The crew was very friendly even though they did not have anytime to rest, i am thankful for their services.
Cons: Seats are just uncomfortable. Headphones should be complimentary.
Cons: Nothing else
Pros: Nothing! The flight was delayed until 10:34pm and still we did not board the plane at that time. Then when we finally board the plane a crew member Dan told me my luggage was to big which it was not, and when we landed in Puerto Rico I had to wait so long to get my luggage from the carousel.
Pros: Seats are comfortable, staff super attentive
Cons: The WiFi didn’t work , tv mad output jack didn’t work properly , charging ports
Pros: Everything ran smooth I got my information on time and was a head of schedule and JetBlue made sure they kept me updated at all times.
Pros: Great boarding process, very personable crew and very comfortable seating even with a full booked plane.
Pros: Confort, cree,
Cons: Food and waiting time, delay
Cons: No one was sitting in the exit seats at row 10; delayed for one hour while we were in the plain with no communication or explanation from the crew.
Pros: I liked the prices for the airfare
Cons: Boarding didn’t start until probably 10:30 or so. Flight was supposed to leave at 10:20, but there was a broken seat or something that needed to be repaired.
Cons: The flight was delayed 6hrs 30 mins and changed departure gate twice. At no point was there a gate change announcement overhead (there were gate change announcements made for flights to Bermuda, Boston and San Francisco). During the boarding process many people stood and went in before their group was called, one agent noticed it and told the agent checking the boarding passes “all of these people are group A?” To which the other agent replied: “no, but I can’t do anything about it”. If there are group assignments, they need to honor that, as some people pay to board earlier.
Cons: They are advertising free movies and is not true, because once you're settled to watch the movie there is no headphones and If you want one they sell it, is not free.
Pros: The person (Jorge at Salt Lake City, Utah airport) who checked us in so polite and kind he is a genuine person who cares about customer service he made my day - Thank you
Cons: The 1 hour delay, no reason given. People boarding when they should not have i.e., call for people with disabilities and bunch of people without a disability boarded; call for families with children and those with bigger kids (not one child under 2) boarded. What is the purpose of groups if it is not honored.
Pros: Comfortable seat, friendly service. The flight was also delayed due to a wing that needed to be repaired before take off. Pilot apologised and stressed that safety comes first.
Cons: Flight was crowded. Some senior citizens were making "funny" jokes about the wing that was repaired. These jokes were not only not funny, they were making them at the top of their lungs as if they shouting to someone miles away. There were some passengers travelling with pre-teen children also speaking so loudly, it was more like shouting.
Pros: Gate agents, cleanliness of craft, extra fruit juice drink when asked, price of ticket!
Cons: Flight attendants (just seemed grouchy on both flights), HOT air temperature for overnight flight made sleepy very challenging.
Cons: It was cold. Regulating temperature would be nice
Cons: The flight was delayed, boarding was slow, you could not here the representative over the loudspeaker. Chairs were tight, very little room. They did not even give anything complimentary for the delay.
Pros: Plane was on time and all crew were very courteous.
Cons: My tv was not working properly and was unable to watch any movies.
Cons: Tv, internet did not work majority of the flight, air was not that high.
Pros: The process
Cons: The delay with no explanation. Flight was booked based on the time for a reason at certain time. I was in the airport for 3 hrs since I had to be there a 1hr earlier.
Pros: Absolutely ridiculous ... sat on the runway longer than the flight.
Cons: Reason we sat on the runway longer than the flight is they were understaffed. Unacceptable.
Cons: Great trip!
Pros: Though departure was delayed, arrived at destination on time!
Cons: Entertainment options
Pros: Seats were good
Cons: Flight was delayed on both ends
Cons: Better snacks
Pros: Pilots. Flight attendants. Space. Left and arrived on time.
Pros: I honestly like the fact they load the plane from the back to front rows.
Cons: Additional snacks and drinks cannot be purchased. It would be nice to have more bottled water or additional selections.
Pros: Great crew...seat spacing gives great comfort. Love they have a comfort class option. So much better experience than American. Wish Delta had more direct flights out of Charlotte.
Cons: It was perfect!!
Pros: Clean, comfortable, empty middle seats. Good movie selection.
Cons: Snacks lacked variety and nutritional value.
Pros: Thanks for choosing customer safety over profits. I specifically chose Delta because they continue to not sell the middle seats.
Pros: Very good
Cons: Never flying with Delta again
Pros: Empty middle seat; disinfectant wipes. I know these measures were implemented because of COVID but I wouldn’t mind having these last past the pandemic!
Pros: The crew was not overly friendly
Pros: Very attentive and engaging crew.
Cons: really nothing!
Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons: Food somewhat expensive..... boarding off the plane - people with no luggage should get off first then there should be some kind of control instead of everybody just getting in the aisles trying to get their luggage and holding everybody up
Pros: Great crew, nice plane, awesome entertainment
Cons: Miniature candy bars are not sufficient for an hour and a half flight.
Pros: Crew was great, seats were comfy and the entertainment options were good.
Cons: Flight was delayed but it happens.
Cons: Was not offered a drink in first class prior to take off.
Cons: Better customer service. Your employees should be te-trained and reminded they are in a service industry where your clients have other options to fly.
Pros: The crew was really nice! They were very energetic!
Cons: I am not blaming the airline, but the Salt Lake Airport. Everything was slow and everything was delayed! The airport staff was friendly, but airport management needs be prepared and perform better. Compared to other airport, there was not that many people flying, and still there processing issues.
Pros: Nice service
Pros: Crew was awesome
Pros: Very good
Cons: Seat assignments should have be provided at check in.
Pros: Entertainment on short flights is a nice surprise
Cons: Very very late.. I almost lost my replacement of the replacement of my connection. Had to run like hell. The luggage didn't make it. To summarize the day, woke up too early, got to my destination hours late and got the luggage in the middle of the night.
Pros: Great service!
Pros: The plane and flight was fine, as was the crew on board. The crew within the Salt Lake airport could have been better. Not sure if it was the gentlemans first time but overall he and the woman working the boarding were very slow and could have been more efficient. We boarded late (may be out of their control) but when we started boarding there was too much wasted time between calling up the military/people with longer boarding needs/wheelchairs etc. They waited until they were completely boarded and settled prior to calling the next group then spent time fiddling with the sign that splits the boarding lanes etc. Just appeared that there was no sense of efficiency. Polite people though.
Cons: Put me on an Aeromexico plane without a seat. When I went to get seat assignments she gave me very last seat with a “window” she said. There was no window. I was absolutely closterphobic
Pros: The counter assistant change my seats and my wife and me seat together
Cons: Hot cabin
Pros: Snacks & drinks & TV movies good
Cons: One hostess was very rude & slow forget our headphones Kept getting me to help her with getting attention of other hostesses also very bad at giving snacks and kept my husband and another man waiting for 10 mins while she gathered rubbish despite repeated requests which would have been easy as she was at the front of plane obviously unsuited for this position
Pros: Giid free sandwixh. Very good entertainment system. Good seats.
Pros: Flight Crew were friendly and attentive. Boarding is well organized.
Cons: My itinerary was changed multiple times, most importantly impacting my arrival time into Victoria BC. This flight was changed twice, the first time I received an email notification telling me the new flight was an hour later. When I got my check-in email 24 hours before my trip was to begin I noticed the arrival time for my return flight had been changed again, this time arriving another hour later. I received no notice for this change. Other than a shuttle service, there are no late night public transit options from the Victoria airport into town--a 25 minute drive. I was left with 10 minutes between the late arrival of my flight to claim my bags, clear customs and try to make the last shuttle. I specifically purchased my ticket so I would have plenty of time to make this connection. I missed it and wound up having to take a $60 (not including tip) taxi to get into town. Changing my itinerary to arrive 2 hours later without notifying me is unacceptable. I've never had any pot-purchase itinerary changes happen to me on Alaska Airlines, which also has regular service between Seattle and Victoria. I'm inclined to make sure I always use them from now on.
Pros: Lisa, the flight attendant, went above and beyond to help solve a situation that occurred during the flight.
Pros: being able too use our electronic devices in Wi-Fi mode the whole time. Last time I flew everything had to be shut off during take off and landing.
Pros: The first class section wasn't claustrophobic, as some Delta first class sections are. The seats were relatively new, and had good size screens for watching a movie on the long flight.
Cons: The plane had not been cleaned well in between flights, so there was a sticky substance on the armrest.
Pros: Comfy seats
Cons: No earphones available. I had forgotten mine but crew stated that none had been put on the flight. Lunch was served but no snacks later as is usual on an almost 4 hr flight. I always fly First Class for the extra room and perks of crew service. Crew spent most time in galley chatting. Not a bad flight by any means but I guess I have been spoiled by superior service on all of my other weekly Delta flights.
Pros: Our plane had mechanical issue with a parking brake which they left us know about once we loaded the plane. Unfortunately it was going to take to long so they switched us to another plane.
Cons: Airlines in general need to enforce the carry on luggage rules. If it doesn't match the dimensions for the carry on specks then make the people Check it. Don't let it go. If I paid for a seat and I'm allowed two carry ons then there should be room for them. Don't ask people to check bags because of a full plane. The crew should have there own place to store their belongings, not where the passengers do and take their space. The life rafts need to be easy to get to but again should take up a spot a passenger has paid for their luggage to go. If that is the only space for these items then don't allow passengers to bring two items if in those seats or on the whole plane. It's really disappointing when your told you may have to check your bag because there's not enough room.
Pros: Staff was friendly, and we got there safely
Cons: Really wished we had tv's like we had on our flight to SLC. It really helps with those who have anxiety to distract their minds. Wifi is expensive therefore I chose not to use it
Pros: I paid only $100 more round trip to DTW from SLC then I would have with other carriers, minus the hassle of connecting flights and paying fees that they don't tell you about up front (like $25 for a carry-on bag, oh and a another $12 per leg for a window seat). My experience, like my previous Delta experiences was absolutely enjoyable. From the quick boarding, super friendly gate agents, and flight crew, to the free on board entertainment, Delta has won me over once again. Oh and did I mention how great it is to board a flight, relax and watch a good movie, take a small nap, and deplane at your destination! Awesome!!
Pros: Quick trip and relaxing --- no high way traffic issues, accidents or construction hold ups.
Cons: There wasn't anything I did not like.
Pros: My seat was very near the front ...two rows behind comfort class seating (which was mostly empty). WiFi services and entertainment were offered...to those that brought along their own receiving devices.
Cons: My seat happened to be one row in front of the Exit Aisle Seating rows....I wasn't aware that this meant having to sit straight up the entire time without the chance of reclining my chair back into the Exit Aisle's space. The 2 hour and 13 minute flight time sitting straight up really worked up my sciatic nerve into a flaring frenzy. I Forgot to bring my iPad Pro with me on this trip...and had no adequate access to any entertainment content.
Pros: Nice selection of in-flight media Ahead of time arrival
Cons: MSP baggage service was probably the longest delay I have ever experienced w Delta~40 minutes. (Overshadows the ahead of time arrival). Also, I had an oversize item-ski bag-which for some reason they did not deliver through the designated "oversize baggage" door but instead put out against the wall through a side door well down the terminal from the designated door. I might still be standing there except my traveling companion walked down that way and found it.
Pros: I loved the service provided by the flight attendants as as well as the gate attendant who poked, prodded and did what he could to ensure our already late flight took off before it got stuck waiting for a gate at LAX. Thanks to him and the work of the crew, not only did the flight leave ASAP, our flight arrived early.
Cons: I didn't like that the monitor for my seat was on the fritz and inoperable, which became a huge issue because of what follows. Making matters exponentially worse was the roughly 30-minute delay we experienced when we landed. Although our flight arrived at LAX early - in spite of the late departure from SLC - we were left waiting for a gate and were forced to wait for a gate. Inexplicably, the AC was turned off and the passengers all began to virtually cook while stuck in our seats. Also, due to another asinine snafu (the grounds crew didn't push a flight far out enough and blocked our plane along with eight others, which delayed our flight further. Adding insult to injury, my baggage was over 30 minutes late, too.
Pros: Excellent service.
Pros: On time
Pros: Great having every set have its own screen and charging port
Cons: Not to be an hour delayed and make half the plane miss their connections!
Pros: I missed flight. Rescheduled this morning 4229 when I went to bed. Today, there is no record of the flight. I have a screen print showing the seat assignment. The 1-800 said it will call back in 4 hours. Crap! Flight scheduled in two hours.
Cons: Everything. Major delays lost vacation times
Cons: No comments
Pros: The price.
Cons: Flight was delayed for 2 hours in Airbus 777 full of passengers. The reason was to fix some light and administrative error on a log book. This could have been prevented if they had done all of the checks beforehand. All of those passengers stuck in a plane during a pandemic. Not very smart !!!!
Pros: On time take off and the fact that we arrived alive.
Cons: Hot meals and inflight entertainment. No even drinks were served.
Pros: Great service and comfortable; well sanitized.
Cons: TV screens for movies and shows.
Cons: Gate agent was cold rude and incompetent
Pros: Flight attendant was very fun. It was her birthday and made the day fun for everyone.
Cons: Seats are always too close together - left to right and front to back. A sad reality that only improves for the well-to-do.
Cons: Lack of social distancing with American Airlines
Pros: Only masked picking up trash during pandemic - difficult to rate crew
Cons: Organized exit vs. usual crowded chaos of passengers in a hurry
Cons: American Airlines has to be the worst airlines there is. It never fails that they try I Cath someone and try to pretend that their carry-on bagIs too big. They have this tiny little frame no reasonable carry-on could possibly fit into. Over and over again I see people including myself and my traveling companion’s having to check their carry-on bag because their “too big” this is nonsense. These are standard size bags. It’s more than enough space on board the plane. In a way in which the gate check individuals handle this interaction is a palling you’re insulting demanding and don’t give you a chance to rearrange your luggage so I can go into their absurd dimensions
Cons: I wish there were charging ports so I could charge my device on such a long flight.
Cons: Almost 4 hour delay.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
Pros: Fast boarding and efficient, friendly crew. I paid for an upgraded economy seat, which had more legroom and fit my body (more or less).
Cons: AA's seats seem to have gotten thinner in recent years, so I find them less comfortable. There's no in-flight entertainment; you have to download the airline's flight app on your device and stream from there.
Cons: Flight was 90 mins late departing
Pros: Crew helped us find new seats on board.
Cons: American Airlines changed our seats after ticket purchase so that we were not sitting together. We chose seats at check-in in San Francisco so that we could sit together. When we landed in Miami we discovered our seats had been changed yet again and we were seated in different rows, middle seat!
Pros: Smooth ride
Cons: Feeling of being cramped
Cons: The wifi didn't work at all
Pros: Service from crew was fine
Cons: No delay! Got notification that our flight was one half hour earlier. Then boarded aircraft, and it had electrical problems. Delayed. We had to get off. Then board another aircraft.
Pros: Checking in with my Mum who needs assistance was excellent.
Cons: Lack of Entertainment.
Pros: Wi-Fi and USB ports worked great. Seat was comfortable after 11 upgrade. On time.
Cons: Having to pay extra for a aisle seat
Pros: Seats were nice, flight was efficient, arrived early.
Cons: Gate agent spoke so ridiculously fast and swallowed so many sounds that it was virtually impossible to understand most of what he was saying. Most importantly we all missed that our roll-on bags wouldn’t fight in the overhead bins. As a result many people pulled their bags on and fought and struggled to force their luggage above, only to give up. The on-board agents recognized early the problem and then proceeded to allow many other passengers to stroll by them with their large roll-on bags, only to delay the boarding process and frustrate everyone. When making their safety announcement the flight attendant was clearly competing for fastest speaking human and rushed through at blazing speeds. In all my 30+ years of travel, I’ve never heard anything like it.
Pros: Reliability that your flight will not be cancelled. Punctuality.
Cons: They charge you $125 for a dog in cabin (JetBlue and Southwest near $100, Frontier $75). There is NO benefit, even with this extra amount of money. I was assigned to enter the aircraft in Group 8... I suggest AA the benefit to enter (at least) in Group 5 for people with PAID in cabin dogs.
Cons: Seats and space
Pros: Turkey sandwich snd boarding went smoothly
Cons: There was no entertainment and since there is no WiFi for most of the flight due to being over water the flight seemed longer than what it actually was.
Cons: Dallas to San Juan San Juan Dallas American Airlines has the worst seat of any airline flown by us fare almost 2000 dollars for round trip and the seat is small hard uncomfortable even for a short flight this is no business class!!
Cons: Snacks were okay, nothing to shout about. Streaming movies is still of a mystery to me, not an intuitive experience in any sense of the word. the sites AA provides to answer one's questions don't give any real guidance on 'how', just state what, kept pointing me to the app which doesn't have any menu item to view movies. took me well over ten minutes to find any helpful information.
Cons: Last minute cancellation and reschedule if original flight with 20 people hounding the gate for standby status. Craziness. These last minute revisions mist stop
Pros: Flight attendants
Cons: The flight got delayed from salt lake and we had to spend a day in Charlotte before another flight came
Pros: USB Outlets are nice to have
Cons: Nothing was bad on this flight
Cons: The Three days it took to get 10 hours away horrible customer service no one was there to help us.30 people were stranded
Pros: Schedule was punctual. The entertainment was superb. Good crew. The overhead bins were, for some reason, larger which aided the boarding process.
Cons: I guess the lack of snack options but that is just the way it is nowadays.
Pros: Nice crew clean airplane
Cons: Initial flight was cancelled after 2 hours delay. My next flight was scheduled the earliest possible by AA which was 24 hours later. No transportation, hotel or miles compensation for this. I had work and responsabilities the next day. TThe scheduled trip was supposed to take off at 7:45. Boarding started late and was very slow. My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. In addition there was airplaine traffic as it was "rush hour" instead of flying at 7:45 we departed almost at 9pm!!!! Have to pay for food Quality of tv monitors very poor And in an uncomfortable position No movie options No wifi although stated the aircraft has Non functioning electrical plug
Pros: Both American flights (on Airbus 321, I think) I've taken in the past two weeks had comfortable seating with great legroom. My knees were not knocking the seat in front of me! Seat width also comfortable. Not sure how I lucked up on both flights!
Pros: The pilot was a riot, the flight was on time. Again, nothing wrong, nothing special. As it should be (if only we had more leg and seat room, and I am pretty streamline).
Cons: Super old planes, no had a tv.
Pros: Grest staff
Cons: Thought the first row seating would provide extra leg room which the reservation page said it would and we paid extra for the seats - not so. it also felt quite claustrophobic with a panel within a short distance of our faces. We had upgraded for better seats but it turns out the seating wasn't better at all. The flight home in seats much further back were MUCH more comfortable. I'm thinking the airline shouldn't book the front seats by the panel as 'better' for the extra price as they were definitely not.
Pros: Crew was good.
Cons: The television was in the aisle and couldn't be properly seen. Also there was no outlet charger. During boarding, even thou they called by group number, the crew allowed a queue in the front, making it confusing who was in line and who wasn't. Better wait till the end to board that get in that mess
Pros: Nothing. My fight from San Juan to Miami on Friday Oct. 7 was cancelled because of hurricane Matthews, since I didnot buy a roundtrip with AA they did not reimburse or offer me a credit for my returning flight. I contacted AA in two ocassions and both times their personnel were impersonal and even rude to me with the whole situation. I ended up losing $250 because of choosing American Airlines. I will do my best to avoid traveling with American ever again, and I will spread the word, as well. I felt robbed, so unfair.
Cons: I had to sit next to a huge overweight guy who took all of his own seat and at least 1/3 of mine. He had to have a seatbelt extension... not so cozy. My shoulder was damp from his armpit sweat by the time I arrived in Dallas. The flight was full or I would have requested a different seat.
Pros: Even when the plane was full they managed to help passengers to get seated.
Cons: If you still flying economy class, why would you have to pay extra for exit row where the seats are the same. Only received pretzel and a cup of drink on a 3 hour flight once.
Cons: Terrible airport assistance, many unnecessary customs checks, uncomfortable seats, on flight bad service and late flight times.
Pros: The crew was fine
Cons: No open seats at all. Old cramped A319
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Cleanliness. There was a ton of garbage in business / frost class back pockets. Seats were dirty. Tray tables were dirty. Not the best entertainment options.
Cons: Did not fly cause corona virus. Waited on the phone for 5 hours and did not get someone to help with refubd!
Cons: Not having so many delay and not seating on a plane for over an hour to take off.
Cons: Again, left stranded in SC.
Cons: If this flight had been delayed to match our flight from AUS. We arrived in SJC at 1100. So a 8 hour extra time in flight was avoidable if United had waited 30 minutes.
Pros: the flight was scheduled 1h30
Cons: the seat comfort
Pros: The crew was polite
Cons: We got stopped waiting to pull up to the gate for over an hour. This on top of the flight being delayed. The TV screens didn't work and the flight tracker didn't work.
Pros: One of the smoothest (non turbulent) flights o have ever been.
Cons: Was treated like a second class person as they would not even entertain my offer to pay for a seat upgrade. I am 6’7” and hoped to take one of the available exit row seats but because I bought a cheaper ticket they wouldn’t even speak about it.
Cons: Fellow passengers; too many howling kids with clueless parents
Pros: I liked the perfect landing!!
Pros: When the lady in the gate saw me almost dying of running all over the airport with my suitcase, she was very nice and comfort me.
Cons: This airline sucks so bad........I had a flight that' was suppose to leave at 6 pm from salt lake.....to LA .needless to say it's 11pm and I'm still seatingbon the runway
Pros: Just what I needed, right when nothing was working out. I had many things going on in my mind, yet nothing had to do with my flight. Everything worked out perfectly after all.
Cons: When we arrived in PR there wasn't a gate available because the one that was assigned had a broken jet bridge.
Cons: We were in First class and were served a yoghurt that had already been opened and oatmeal that was stone cold, I mean refrigerator cold. Also the in flight entertainment kept buffering so that it was basically unwatchable. United touts Polaris, but maybe they should concentrate on their current classes of service instead.
Pros: All in the prices!!! Accesibility!!!
Cons: The prices changes too much!
Cons: See above.
Pros: Seat more comfortable and any entertainment.
Cons: The seat.
Pros: -United employee upgraded me to Business Class at no extra cost. She was extremely nice.
Cons: They had multiple passengers on a standby list waiting to board the already crowded flight. Plus, had numerous people without a seat assigned while offering them a $250 travel credit to get off the plane.
Pros: Friendly & informative captain & crew
Cons: Smooth flight, no complaints, A+
Pros: Great service, it had been a while since I flew with United. Impressed with the new plane.
Pros: clean; good movies
Cons: no kosher food option
Pros: Upgraded @ the ticket counter @a reasonable rate.
Cons: 4 hr flight & not a crumb of food!
Pros: On time and comfort
Pros: Fast flight.
Pros: We had 2 stops each way, I'm glad all of the gates were next to each other and our flights were on time.
Cons: It was great
Pros: free entertainment
Cons: My seat was the last line and it was uncomfortable.
Pros: Drinks in flight movie
Pros: We enjoyed the flight and received a snack and a Drink!
Cons: Thr boarding process was a mess, a lot of people didn't even have seats assigned.
Cons: I wish I could have gotten more beverage (water) during the flight. Very dry in the cabin but all-in-all, it was a pleasant experience.
Pros: Very friendly staff and I was very comfortable. I will fly United again.
Cons: The delays was horrible!!
Pros: Estuvo a tiempo. Y el vuelo fue agreeable.
Cons: No tube ventana y fue muy incomodo el viene.
Pros: Fast and easy boarding
Cons: No tv, no , no magazines
Pros: United personal quickly found our bag location and made the arraingement to send it to us ASAP.
Cons: The fact that the only bag we checked in with the airline did not arrived in our plane with out any warning what so ever.
Pros: The friendly co-travelers as there is no food or entertainment for people on a budget. Better than my flight TO SLC which was cancelled the first day, then delayed the 2nd day. Airport services saved my day by carting me to the connecting flight TO SLC from Denver as there was only 15 minutes to get from one end of the concourse to the other. A little difficult to run there at my age. Any chance of allowing people with connecting flights disembark first instead of last in this situation?
Cons: Due to inclement weather conditions no liquids were served. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area.
Cons: My luggage took about 30 min, incredibly frustrating. Most airlines have this process figured out, wish United could do the same.
Irresponsables!!
Cons: Nothing at all !!!! With AMERICAN AIRLINES THE WORST!!! We will NEVER travel by this linea aerea. Son una gran Porqueria!!
Cons: Luggage over bins should limit one bag per costumer ., passenger broading in group 4-5., space for one bag over their seat. ., and not be penalty because if broading group ,
Pros: Everything was perfect, the crew was fantastic
Cons: Maybe a bit of food.
Pros: Very organized . On time
Cons: Delay time boarding. Taxi time once landed
Cons: the older plane. not as much personal space per seat
Pros: Good trip
Pros: The person sitting next to me was normal.
Cons: The space was to small, flying makes me sick, my legs hurt, my back hurt and Didn't offer Dr. Pepper
Cons: Hours and comfort was horrible
Pros: The United App
Cons: Downgraded plane that departed 1hr late, horrible turbulence, missed connection because 1hr late departure. Stood in customer service line for 2 hrs in vain because communication was bad. Had to pay an extra $72 for a hotel because my flight was rebooked for the next day.
Cons: They did not have TV and no wifi it was terrible. They only gave me a cup of soda nos even a potato chips which other airline do give.
Cons: More Comfortable seats
Pros: It was ok, one gets what one pays and I understand that.
Cons: Some padding on the chairs would have been welcome.
Pros: Boarding was smooth. Extra legroom sets were way nice!
Cons: Give a snack and a drink for crying out loud!
Cons: It was as good as it could be for a low cost airline. Only a one hour flight and easy ride.
Pros: The aircraft was very clean.
Cons: The staff was incredibly annoying. They incessantly got on the PA and fussed about masks, when no one was violating the rules.
Pros: Check in was
Cons: Smoother ride to location
Cons: Nothing because everything is good.
Pros: En realidad nada porque desde los empleados hasta las azafatas del avión brindan muy pésimo servicio
Cons: Todo Check in Empleados Meriendas Entretenimiento
Cons: Frontier is usually good, not this flight. Dirty and packed full, not clean at all.
Cons: Covid prevention methods need to be fixed ASAP, I don't trust Frontier with my health safety. Everyone was cramped in the plane and there was not any space betweem seats like other airlines. The app did not work to pay for carryon and I had to pay $60 in the front desk.
Pros: Once again everyone was so wonderful and helpful
Cons: Lower luggage cost. I spent $110 additional on this trip since since I wasn't well informed (my fault)
Cons: Staff crabage
Cons: Sticking to the timeline
Cons: Never happened, the flight was cancelled and never rebooked.
Cons: The flight was delayed, it was a mess.
Pros: No issues
Cons: We arrived at the airport to find out Frontier had failed to notify us our flight had been delayed. There was no call or email notification. Because of this delay, we would be missing our connecting flight from Denver to Miami, and because of that, missing our check in time to board our Cruise in Miami. We could not find any reasonable one way plane ticket from SLC to Miami to arrive in time that was less than $700 per person. We ended up having to make the choice to miss our cruise, our vacation, and all our flights. Over $1000 down the drain. Absolutely Unbelievable. I am shocked and disappointed by this, I cannot believe what a huge let down this is. The one thing I can say is that Frontier did attempt to make amends by offering a small $100 flight voucher (although frankly after this experience, why on earth should I fly with them?) but the attempts to fix it, like offering to rebook us (for a fee I should add) to fly to Orlando, but that WE’D have to pay to find a way to Miami (which is at least a 3 hour drive!) were absolute nonsense. I’m out $1000, I missed an amazing opportunity, I lost my vacation, and I now have had to waste limited time off days at work. Absolutely horrific experience
Pros: Richard along with the other flight attendants were super nice and helpful with anything needed.
Cons: Seats not comfortable, didn’t have any food
Pros: How affordable the tickets were. I was glad to find a cheap affordable flight to my destination.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for your seat, after you have paid for your ticket. Why do you have to purchase two things? Next the price for taking a bag. It is too over priced to deliver your bags. A carry on is $40, a check in is $40. Why would you charge for a carry on? Other companies give you a free carry on and $25 for a check in. But not frontier you pay $40 just to bring a backpack. Then you have to pay for the drinks and snacks that they ask too much. $3 for a 50 cent snack, sounds great. The chairs are super uncomfortable, basically plastic seats with a sad excuse of a “cushion”. Looks nice all around, but nothing feels nice. Just everything feels so cheap. Then during my flight I try to get convinced to sign up for frontier credit card?! I have never been on a flight that they talk on the loud speaker for over 5 minutes about how great it is to sign up for their credit card. Don’t sell me stuff when I’m stuck. I can’t walk away I have to sit here and listen. All in all, I won’t be flying with this airline again. I will make sure to always go with someone else. Also make sure that no one I know, has this bad of an experience.
Pros: When booking we purchased tickets then were sent directly to Frontier for 13 and under. Problem is then everyone is not seated together. Frontier worked it out on way to Fort Meier to be together. Hopefully it can work for the return trip.
Pros: Crew was kind and helpful.
Cons: Please forward this to everyone you know! Do NOT EVER fly on Frontier Airlines!!!!!! They are a total joke and charge fees for EVERYTHING!!!!! Want to carry on a bag or push everything you need into a small backpack? Oh, need to take clothes? Well that's $40...per carry on, $60+ at the airport. Oh, you wanted to sit down? That will cost you...$10 per seat minimum, again more at the airport. Btw, those fees only cover one leg of the trip. You can save by leaving your luggage there. See how helpful we are? You think you are getting a good fare but the fees have made my trip almost three times the initial fare. United is testing similar "economy" fares. None of this information is presented upfront so it's a bait and switch scenario. Also, trying to reach a human being is nearly impossible. I feel sorry for the customer service reps, they should get hazard pay. They have to try to justify these ridiculous policies. Save yourself money and frustration and NEVER FLY FRONTIER AIRLINES!!!!!!!
Pros: The flights took off and landed on time. Boarding went pretty quickly.
Cons: The planes were old, made strange noises, no Wi-Fi, TV, or any amenities. Seemed way more cramped than other airlines. Expect to wait in an extremely long line to check in. The first flight, the plane made a very strange noise at the wing till we had been in the air for a long time. The connecting flight, the flight attendant told us that the plane had weight or balance issues, and we were all seated the way we needed to be for the plane to fly properly, so we could not change seats (a portion of the middle of the plane had empty seats). It was extremely uncomfortable, as the seats didn't recline at all, and I'm extremely short, but was cramped up against the seat in front of me. Only one arm rest that was about an inch & a half wide per seat. Also, I think they offered soda, but no snacks. They charge for all baggage, the carry on bag costs $45, while the checked bag is $40 ($80 for 2 checked bags one way), & they have specific "linear" dimensions for the size of the CHECKED bags, or they will charge something like $100 extra. Even though the actual flight was cheap, the price of baggage & feeling so cramped, & scared that the plane wasn't working properly, I wouldn't fly this airline again.
Pros: Not much...if you don't care about comfort or paying extra for everything that other airlines include or charge less for, this is the airline for you.
Cons: This was my first frontier flight and I plan to not take them again. My total flight cost came out to be the same as a normal flight on better airlines after all was said and done. The base price of the flight is cheaper than others, but just know that the add-ons is where they get you. Paying for every little thing is absolutely ridiculous (60$ for checked bag round trip, seating assignments that ranged from $15-$27 but the type of seat or leg room does not change between those prices, only water was available for free...all other sodas and juices cost money). Be prepared to pay for your carry on as well if it doesn't fit under your seat infront of you. On top of this, the seats are like sitting in plastic folding chairs. No cushioning on seat or back and they do not recline, which makes paying extra for a seat even more frustrating. No wifi or in flight entertainment on board either...this is the 21st century, if other 'budget' airlines can provide the minimum of wifi then frontier should as well, to make up for everything I stated above. The flight attendants were fine, nothing spectacular though. I've had friendlier attendants on other flights. A man a few rows behind me threw up as we were preparing to land as well. I know this has nothing to do with the flight, but it was the first time I've had something like that occur on a flight.
Cons: Missed the flight and NO ONE was able to help out even though I have booked with frontier many times before.
Pros: We did not crash. I appreciated that. Also, we made slightly faster time than planned.
Cons: I had no idea that a *carry on* costs $30. That's just obscene. My GF and I took a weekend trip to Utah and brought only our backpacks because we didn't want to spend the extra dough. Lame. At Frontier, you don't even get to choose your seats without paying extra money. If you want to guarantee that you can sit in the absolute worst seats on the plane that's gonna cost you an extra $5. Sure hope we get to sit together! Lame. The seats were one step above folding lawn chairs. Lame. When the flight crew refers to the 6 inch by 3 inch "table" as a "barbie tray" that makes it funny, but no less lame. Before this flight I truly had no opinion about which airline I should fly, but now I do have a preference... Literally anyone other than Frontier.
Pros: The attendants smiled at me on the way on... and that's about it.
Cons: Although the flight itself was cheaper than competitors initially being charged for every single thing made it more expensive in the end and I felt like they cared more about taking my money than me as a consumer. After all the charges I ended up paying more than flying another airline. They charged for food (even snacks for my kid), seating (it's necessary that my wife and I sit together with a 1 year old), carry-ons (which are ridiculously overpriced), and checked bags (normal for airlines although they charged more than Delta and United). In the end I paid about $50 more than I would have flying DELTA. The plain didn't have wifi so my kid could watch something during the flight, and the seats didn't recline. Further, my son wasn't listed on our boarding passes so they made us wait until everyone else had boarded to get us new boarding passes because there was only 1 attendant. Even after printing new passes they didn't work. The flight was delayed and then, because there was only a single attendant, we were extremely late to our next flight. They were so late that even with a two hour delay we wouldn't have made our connecting flight except that it was our connecting flight.
Pros: I liked that I made it to my destination and that the return flight was on time.
Cons: My departure was a nightmare. I was in the airport from 8pm to 3am. And that's just for an hour flight. It incontinence my family who had to pick me up. No pilot could be found, then a flight attendant was not counted for so the second delay happen. When we finally made it to our destination we must have waited 25min on the plane which seemed like an eternity. They didn't have a gate ready and it took time to find airport personnel to help us with a port to exit the plane. Now granted Frotier sent me a flight voucher as an apology but I am still very frustrated that I kept telling my family that it was still delayed. He didn't sleep hardly anything. And it took a toll on my holiday family visit.
Pros: Not much to like other than the cost of the ticket, they kept us unmoving on the runway for almost an hour, before taking off, boarding was at 2:50 pm, flight was supposed to be 3:25 pm, we didn't actually take off till 4:15, scheduled arrival was at 9 pm, and we arrived 9:20, and weren't able to deplane till 9:35, and ended up standing around baggage claim for over thirty mins waiting for our luggage, frontier might have some good ticket prices, but next time I'm willing to pay more, if it means better service
Pros: Nothing. I will not be paying for this flight.
Cons: I missed this flight because my train trip delayed my arrival to the airport until 30 minutes til flight time. There's this rule that Frontier had, on a sign on the vacant desk that said that check-in ended 45 minutes prior to boarding, as well as checking bags. I had missed the window, so I missed the flight. It was not my fault. Also, the travel insurance I'd bought could do nothing for me in this case. Another passenger was in the same predicament and was very upset. I ended up getting a flight on Southwest last minute at the counter down the row in the airport and making it safely to my destination, even though it was a hassle. Southwest is a real airline and they always come through.
Pros: Online check in is a great idea, however when there are no agents at the gate to take your bags or give you your boarding pass, it really defeats the purpose.
Cons: When I arrived at the airport, there were no agents t the gate to check my bags with or get my boarding pass from and as a result I missed my flight, The next available flight was the next day, which was too late for me. Frontier is the only airline at the Charlotte airport without a customer kiosk for printing boarding passes. Horrible customer service!
Cons: Our flight was oversold. They bumped 27 people do to a "downgrade" of the flight to a smaller plane. This meant they avoid full compensation do to FAA rules. Got bumped 24 hours because Frontier does not partner with other airlines. Despite never having been given a seat assignment they didn't standby tag my checked luggage and sent it ahead so I had to stay an extra night without a change of clothes, etc. Next day the flight was oversold again and they bumped another 25 people. Every flight this trip left and arrived late. The pilot explained that the baggage handlers were in a contract dispute with management as they were overworked and underpaid. As a result they were also short staffed. Saw many miss connecting flights as a result. I will never fly Frontier again.
Pros: Flight was cheap AF. Paid a total of $416 for two from Wisconsin to Salt Lake City, laying over in Denver, (price includes bag fees - we combined into one checked bag at $25 each way).
Cons: 3 of the 4 portions of our flight had delays. On the way out, we were stalled on the tarmac waiting for a crew to unload us at our layover in Denver (an hour wait, and while it didn't affect us, a couple of passengers missed their layover). On the return trip, both our morning flight and our second flight after the layover were delayed (each delay lasted only an hour or so), but it is the fact that every step of the way had a delay that was so frustrating to my significant other. Personally, I knew going in that Frontier wasn't the most timely or comfortable team, but they got us to and from our wedding, so they got the job done. Just win, baby.
Pros: The crew was excellent.
Cons: This is definitely the bottom of the heap when it comes to airlines. They offer a competitive price on a flight, but once booked they nickel and dime you until the price is higher than a better airline. They charge for seat choice on the whole plane, snacks and drinks, carry on and checked luggage, and there is no entertainment. Plus the seats felt like cardboard, and didn't recline. Definitely not a good choice for a red eye, or any flight over an hour long. Actually, no matter how short your flight is, you'll probably be more comfortable taking the bus. Two big thumbs down.
Pros: The flight itself was fine
Cons: The fact that you have to pay for a bag that you are carrying on the plane and putting in the overhead bin. They charged $40.00 for my overhead compartment bag. I had one personal bag and one bag that went in the overhead compartment and they still charged $40.00!!! You also have to pay for any 'snacks' or 'drinks' on the flight. Needless to say, I will not be flying with Frontier again.
Cons: No entertainment on the plane at all. Also no food. We had breakfast that day and that was it. There was no time to get some food during the stopover in denver, so we ate nothing until 9 pm that day. Employees were kind of rude too for no reason. They kept advertising their creditcard. Wouldve been enough to say it once during the flight, but instead they kept on talking about it for the whole flight, which was super annoying!
Pros: Although there were delays we arrived at our final destination within 20 minutes. The baggage fees did help keep a lot of people from bringing on bags which helped to get the plane boarded faster. The ticketing counter staff person (female) was brilliant working two workstations to help move the line because the kiosks were not functioning (while one workstation was printing she used another workstation to start the next customer) and she did it with a big smile and was very pleasant.
Cons: When I purchase an airplane ticket I think my seat should come with the price of the ticket. I had to check in 24 hours before the flight just to get a free seat and then I still ended up paying for one more seat. I needed to pay a baggage fee for a checked or carry on bag. We opted for the checked bag because it was cheaper. Snacks needed to be purchased as well at outrageous prices, two cans of soda and two snacks for $8.99, WOW! The seats did not recline. Flight delays were not explained.
Pros: Quick boarding, and friendly staff.
Cons: The charge for a drink, other than water. Also the amount of crying babies on the flight, which Frontier had no control over.
Cons: While I am thankful that we made it back to the airport after some mechanical issues. I called Frontier and ask them to get me on a different flight that night or first thing the next morning. They would not help me. They kept telling me I had to talk to the agents in the terminal. There were 200 other people standing in line waiting to be helped. They offered no alternative. Wouldn't even book me with another airline to get me to my destination. The best Frontier customer service on the phone would do was changed my flight to Saturday night. Which did not good since I was coming back from my trip on Sunday.
Pros: I liked the crew, they were very personable and nice.
Cons: Charging $40 per carry on? Are you kidding me?? We didn't budget for that and almost had to fly with no luggage. For this reason alone we are never taking another flight from Frontier. It's bad enough that Frontier charges for all baggage, but we had no idea when we bought the tickets off Kayak, that it would be an extra $130 for luggage. What a rip off. Then at the airport, the line to get a baggage ticket wasn't that long, but it took almost 45 minutes. Every time we fly Southwest or Delta, it takes only 10 minutes to get our baggage tagged and on our way to security. I was also unpleasantly surprised that even water costs $2. Other airlines give a free drink, but Frontier charges $2. Terrible. And the seats don't recline. In summary for areas to improve: don't charge me for carry on and don't charge me for water.
Cons: -flight got delayed for almost two hours without explanation and so missed connection - stayed another 1 and half hours at an airport nearby the destination because run out of gas -stand in the line from 10pm to 2:30am at the gate customer service desk to look for possible flight and found no seat available for the next 3 days - whole family stayed overnight at the airport due to missed connection but they didn't provide any voucher -have to spend another $1600 to change carrier but got only less than a quarter refund - they charge for carry on
Pros: The ticket itself cost less than $200 one-way from SLC (Salt Lake) to SAT (San Antonio), with one layover in DIA (Denver).
Cons: The crew caused a 2 hour delay. The fuel gauge on the plane wasn't working right, so they had to fuel the plane twice, but that was only after one of the guys had broken a part and had to wait for a new part to be sent over from somewhere else in the city. My connecting flight in Denver took off 25 minutes before my flight TO Denver even left the gate.
Pros: The only thing I liked about the flight is that we reached our destination safely.
Cons: I didn't like how the airline didn't stick to their schedule. I understand that flights get delayed often.gut for a flight to get delayed 3 times is ridiculous. Our flight was supposed to leave at 5:20pm MTD and land on Atlanta before 11pm EST. We were notified about the delay about less than an hour before the flight. It was pushed to 5:50. Then 6:25. The actual flight didn't leave until almost 7:30 pm and landed in Atlanta passed 1am. This caused me south inconvenience. First, I had to take a half day off from work when I could've worked and got paid a full day. Next, the airline wasted hours of my time I can't get back. Time I could've spent with my family that I'm only seeing for a short period of time. By the time we got to the airport, which was way later than expected, the concourse trains were not operating anymore. What should've been a quick ride from concourse D to T turned out to be a 20+ minute walk to get out of the airport. Lastly, I missed my ride after getting of the airport. I was supposed to ride the train (Marta), but due to the delay, I missed the last ride. Not only was I inconvenienced but it trickled down to my family and had to wake up on the wie hours of the morning to pick me up at 2am. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
