Delay over one hour. No information about it. All of a sudden the plane is boarding at another gate. Anothe smaller plane that does not have the seat numbers of the original one
I missed the bottle of water , during the flight.
My flight was scheduled to take off at 20:50. I arrived at Avianca counter at 20:20 and they said check in was closed and told me to buy a new ticket for a flight on the following day, for which I had to pay 500 brazilian reales. I could not get to the airport earlier because traffic, the day was rainy and the bus took an extra hour than normally to get to the airport. They should be more flexible with their check in. Today I asked an Avianca officer what was their closing time for check in and he said 30 minutes before departure. Last night I was at the Avianca counter 30 minutes before departure and they did not want to process my check in. I do not think to travel again with Avianca.
Flight was 4 hours late and nobody was at the gate to tell us, explain or whatever. Actually we called before flight to sp to get the flight ro ny to make sure everything was ok, and they told us that the flight was on time.
