Poor customer service, no accommodation for passengers when the flight was delayed over 5 hours.
The Air hostess were very rude on my flight from Houston to Austin . Their regular communication itself felt a they are shouting at people.
The charges were ridiculous for an hour flight and the turbulence was very scary.
Great vacation. Can't wait till next year for another one.
Boarded on time but once we were ready for take off, the crew determined that, although every seat was taken, somehow someone was on the wrong flight. Delay, delay delay, announcements and ended up with one person checking EVERY ID against their passenger Manifest only to figure out it was a "clerical error." We departed 54 minutes late causing me to run in the St. Louis Airport to make my connection and lose the priority boarding spot I had paid for. Unnecessary delay.
The plane arrived 25 minutes late, and the Wi-Fi was slower than it usually is.
Flight was on time and the crew was very nice.
Flight was delayed for 1 hour. Otherwise it was a fairly normal Southwest experience
Main flight attendant made light of the delay and presented some humor to lighten the tempestuous situation. Delayed flight took off 2 hours after scheduled time.
More assistance and clarity for travelers with gate checking and lap children
We never made it on this flight because we missed our connection due to o delayed flight from Jackson.
Arlene was a great flight attendant. I also liked how one of the other flight attendants gave us a heads up about snacks and asked everyone to remove their headphones when it was their turn to order. Good idea.
The cabin temperature was nice and cool. The wifi was not working.
Had to change aircraft due to a faulty door. Surprisingly it only caused about an hour and a half of delay. Delta handled this situation as well as can be expected.
I didn’t like that I could not select my seat and was assigned a seat when I checked in at LAX
Great experience overall. Check in at Austin was congested as they only have about 6 check in kiosks, one was broken, and there was a lot of Spring Break travelers.
Crew was not friendly when I went to request a seat change.
Lisa the flight attendent was absolutely wonderful - I loved her energy and you could tell that this crew was amazing family - thank you for making our flight home to LA so very fun! Love and Sun Chips!
App was rather sporadic in working along with Wi-Fi no longer could text and passenger seated next to me was sicker than a dog from LAXLIH also disappointed I couldn’t buy access to sky club with my bonvoy Amex
Comfort+ on delta was excellent room for a 6’4” male. No one issues. Staff was great. Flight was bumpy but the pilot did everything he could to make it comfortable. Internet went out half way through the flight. I am glad I didn’t pay for it. But that was a huge issue for users.
Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
Mechanical delay > Crew Time out. No communication to passengers. Crew time out was positioned as a surprise (even though it must have been know at the time of boarding that the crew would time out.
Initial flight had an engine overheat - returned to DFW. Had another plane ready, but crew timed out. Had to wait 5h for boarding. Fully boarded and pilot says plane is not flight worthy. Deplane and go to the other end of the terminal. Wait an hour to board third plane because the crew couldn’t leave the second plane because no wheelchairs were brought to remove passengers. Finally take off and there is no catering (in flight service) even in first class. Very much an AA failure.
Flight cancelled. Twice. And no communication. No gate agent. Went past boarding time and had to go and see email from AA. Airport communication was bad
Was put into a seat right behind the toilet that had no entertainment possible but did have plenty of leg room over noisy part of plane.
To have arrived on time and not 3 hours late after having already spent $100 to change to an earlier flight, only to arrive back home close to the original flight time.
Deplaning time. Having to wait 10 to 25 minutes after boarding to leave the gate. Having to wait 10 minutes to park at the gate to deplane.☹️
When you pay for Premium Economy on an 787 and you’re promised amenities for the extra money, you expect them to work. They didn’t. USB connector wouldn’t charge continuously. 120v outlet wouldn’t hold anything you plugged into it. The adapter would just fall out. The noise canceling headphones stopped noise cancelling in the first 15 minutes for EVERYONE. No one on the plane knew how to fix it so I couldn’t listen to any movies. I just put in my AirPods and went to sleep. Very unhappy with the crappy Panasonic entertainment system. I won’t buy premium again.
My first time flying American Airlines, my first flight to CLT was wonderful and flight attendants was nice and had great customer service. My second flight from CLT to NY was very delayed due to whatever reason the crew was not greeting other than that I’m rate 8 .
