I used to love frontier but now everything from baggage policies to checking in feel like a huge hassle
boarding and treatment by staff wad excellent
$3 for a cup of coffee is outrageous.... other airlines at least include beverages and a snack (peanuts etc).
Booked with kayak. Reservation came from KIwi.com? Frontier flight was canceled for maintenance. No email notification that I was automatically rebooked onto United flight by frontier. 4 hrs spent trying to get through to frontier booking agent to find out. No way to call internation number at kiwi.com. Will NOT ever book again with kayak.
The crew was super attentive and cordial.
United Airlines has really deteriorated. Paid entertainment for an international flight is really nickle-and-diming it, especially since it was direct tv which is only available over the continental US!
The staff was courteous and efficient. The entertainment selections were diverse. The seating was adequate for a long haul flight.
The check-in process took 50 minutes at the counter as the staff told me that I needed a visa for China (transit) while that info was incorrect. I had to deal with online customer service while the person at the counter couldn’t help. It finally took 3 people at the counter to send me away. Once on the plane for a 14+ hour flight, I couldn’t use the bathrooms freely as they were filthy. The staff obviously didn’t maintain the bathrooms during the entire flight. The food served made me wish that I had bought take-out food for 3-meals prior to my boarding. the quantity of food was inadequate for the long flight as well. 1 extra snack would have been appreciated. I will likely book my future trans-Pacific flights with another airline.
On time & courteous. & On board service was excellent
We left Chicago close to 6 hours late and they didn't bother to put anyones luggage onboard. So we arrive close to 6 hours late and no luggage so we have to wait in line to fill out paperwork to have our luggage located/delivered along with everybody else who had checked baggage. That can not be a cost effective way to run your business

The boarding went quickly and was well organized
That the price to take a small carryon was just as expensive as taking a large suitcase, ended up having to pay and extra $80 r/t for a small bag and I just that's standard for them. There were no barf bags in any seats, believe me everyone around us was looking as the person next to me was getting sick on the landing because it was crazy rough. When we finally were able to get an attendant over she was as rude as could be, I'm sure this sick person next to me was sorry she "inconvenienced" the crew member, if they just put bags in the seats pockets like every other airline this wouldn't have been an issue. The seats were very uncomfortable with no padding and not able to tilt. The tray tables were nonfunctional, too small and did not extend to get anywhere close enough to reach you. The plane ride itself felt like we were on a old school bus on a gravel road. I had a round trip ticket with frontier and both trips were equally as bad. I will never travel with them again, Most of us weren't even sure if we were going to survive take off with out the plan breaking or something.

Funny flight crew who were very attentive and we made it back nearly 30 min early!
When our flight was delayed in Denver the agent at the check in gate worked very hard to get our flight plans changed with as little impact as possible.
We understand that delays happen but due to a delay on American Airlines we have lost our luggage and it doesn't seem likely it will be returned. We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall.

Smooth takeoff and landing. The seats were comfortable for a 3 hour flight.
Nothing to complain about. I was satisfied with this flight.
Tight connection! The airlines need to Realize that a 2 hour layover is NOT enough when you have to go through immigration, customs, and security before making your next flight!
