Great flights, little turbulence, pilots kept stewardesses seated & safe, all staff friendly & professional

There is no entertainment on the plane. The snack is minimal. The crew was nice and professional.

in-flight wifi was not working well. also the cabin temperature was a bit hot.

Nice crew, healthy snacks and drinks available. Flight to Seattle was short and comfortable.

The plane not having any overhead bin space was inconvenient. Anytime my luggage has to be checked it ends up covered in scratches and that’s not covered by the airlines for replacement/repair. The WiFi did not work or was not offered for the flight from Seattle to Vancouver.

Flight delayed three times no explanation, left 5 hours after initial time, disrupted my job

I wasn’t able to check in prior to arriving at the airport, I was told by the agent I may not get a seat on the plane as others were waiting for seats, I sat there for 2 hours before being assigned a seat, very stressful. The plane was delayed. Overall not a great travel experience for a 44 minute flight.

Flight was on time. Crew was helping & seat were comfortable.
