Pros: "Movies were free"
Cons: "We were delayed for over three hours, then food was delayed after we not eating for hours and hours. The seats are the smallest seats I’ve ever sat in on a plane. Can barely fit a small carry on sized bag under the seat in front of me. Ran out of food less than half way through the flight. Offered zero compensation."
Pros: "Crew was very attentive and friendly yet they give you your space. I know there is no personal space in an aircraft however it felt like it. Great job."
Pros: "Leg room"
Cons: "Not sitting in an airplane without AC for 30 minutes after everyone loaded"
Cons: "Delaying a flight by 2 hours for crew issues is ridiculous and even more do not alerting me to the change before I was at the airport. Terrible"
Pros: "Flight was mostly uneventful, which is great! Right after takeoff we made a complete circle and no information was given as to why, but we assumed it was air traffic."

Pros: "Flight ifself was okay once on the plane"
Cons: "5 hours delayed for no apparent reason. Understaffed in SJC to handle this."
Pros: "I, as a tall man, was allowed to move into an exit row with no additional charge. The flights were not full."
Pros: "Delta personel were wonderful and helpful both flights"
Cons: "Flights were continually changed both on route to Cancun and on the way back"

My flight was delayed, not by much.?very good communication during fest and waiting to board.

Communication with airline electronically was difficult. No number seemed available to talk to customer service.

What could have been better is if Discover credit card would be able to purchase food

Crew was inconsistent in instructions in advising passengers about seat backs during take off. Perfunctory announcements except from cabin.

The experience with Breeze was really great. The app makes managing flights easy. You can check in on there 24 hours in advance, and your boarding pass is there, too. The flight crew and the staff at both our airports were wonderful. Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced. The seats were very comfortable, they even had adjustable headrests on every seat. The only downside is not having entertainment or Wi-Fi available onboard.

The price is amazing. I was worried about how the flight would be as I never flew then. Seats were very comfortable. We had lots of legroom. The Akron airport was really nice. Overall it didn't have the stress we usually experience with flying. Highly recommend

Flight delayed and moved to another gate. Got a text message updating the gate as final boarding finished. Missed flight, fighting for my refund

Prior to boarding we were told the flight was still on time up until about 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Details on the new departure time and gate were not provided to us in a timely fashion and we were lead to board a flight to Pittsburgh only to realized upon scanning my boarding pass that it was the wrong flight when signage at the gate said Providence. However, once on board the plane was comfortable and staff courteous and nice.

Perfect. Even got a screwdriver in Pitt to fix my sons luggage. Awesome airline.

Outside of a 30min delay getting back home; this an excellent airline and will definitely use again.

Cons: "Smallest plane ever. Absolutely no leg room or overhead space."
Pros: "The crew was fantastic and plane was clean"
Cons: "My entertainment video player had a bad earphone jack so i could not watch movies or tv and resorted to paying for wifi"
Cons: "I've tried to respond twice now with a long detailed answer only to get booted out of the page. In short you and Flyus.com are criminals that ripped me off for over 430 dollars U.S. will never use you again"
Cons: "Baggage claim took over an hour. Wasted so much time."
Cons: "There should be more number of check in bags for passengers. At the least the overhead bins should be allowed to the passengers."
Pros: "We arrived safely The seats were comfortable We were on time"
Cons: "1) American's boarding process seems to be driven by ticket price and nothing else. Every other airline I've been with boards families with small children first. It lets those families and get on board and get setup so that they don't block aisle access for everyone else. American seems to board based on how expensive your ticket was. So, the aisles get blocked and boarding takes forever. 2) The cabin crew gave pretty apathetic service. When our baby threw up on us, they just told us to go clean ourselves up in the bathrooms. They gave us a can of soda water to help clean up, but that was about it. 3) When my wife asked if the bread was dairy free (for our baby with a dairy allergy), the staff's response was to turn to another staff member and ask them, "Do you want to go back and research that?" In the end they just told us they didn't have time to look it up."
Cons: "We are letting too many people with the flu, travel. This in turn is spreading it to other places and getting too many people sick. We need to control this more. I don’t have an option after spending all this money on if I can stay healthy or not, and that is not ok."
Pros: "We missed this flight."
Cons: "Background info: we flew from Dublin to Toronto (Aer Lingus) and we were supposed to fly Toronto to Los Angeles on American Airlines; however, we had a British Airways flight number for both of these flights. We missed our connecting flight in Toronto with American Airlines (we had a 2 hour layover) despite landing on-time (de-boarded a few minutes late). I suggest avoiding the Toronto airport ALWAYS as every passenger must pick up his/her luggage even if you have a connecting flight, and then re-check the baggage with the next flight. Apparently the baggage handlers were on strike and some of the customs agents as well which added to the delays. Well, after going through Canadian customs and picking up our luggage (which took quite awhile) we arrived at the American Airlines ticketing kiosk about 45 minutes before our flight. The computer told us we were too late for this flight and to see a representative. We proceeded to wait in line for an American Airlines representative only to be told this was Aer Lingus' fault (we had just flown with them); even though we had a BA flight number.. After searching for an Aer Lingus representative we were finally told they were probably all on the Aer Lingus flight that was currently about to leave. An Aer Lingus representative was paged to the ticketing counter (took well over 30 minutes for anyone to show up) and what proceeded was an argument (for well over an hour) between British Airways and Aer Lingus representatives about whose responsibility it was to re-book us. After an hour at least of poor customer service, we were finally rebooked by British Airways on the last flight to LAX (on Air Canada). Moral of the story: avoid Toronto and fly direct."
Pros: "Boarding was fast!"
Cons: "The staff was not great! When I had just arrived to the gate, they had already called group 5 so I went up and presented my boarding pass and the crew made a facial expression of annoyance since group 5 was called and they were boarding group 7. When I entered the plane, one of the staff just looked at me twice without saying hello back. I said it twice and the same lady gave me a cold goodbye when I was leaving the plane. There was no entertainment!!!! Also, no plug to charge my phone that I had to wait to charge my phone after getting my bags to contact a taxi driver (Lyft)."
Pros: "The flight was good crew members was nice and professional."
Pros: "If you’re traveling light and you understand their fees, it’s easily the cheapest flight you can get. Maybe not the best airline for all your travel needs, but awesome for a quick weekend."
Cons: "we Had more space as far as seating on our way out but our flight back seemed like a tighter squeeze. But every thing else was good."
Cons: "Heartless, inconsiderate, rude people from start to finish. Will never fly with Spirit again."
Pros: "It had some space"
Cons: "I did not like Paying $47 for a little tiny carry on"
Pros: "Friendliness On time"
Cons: "Seats offer too little room...coffee was not good compared to that served on competitors carriers."
Pros: "The airport, before I got onto my flight. I'm glad spirit allowed me extra time to spend in the airport after the flight was delayed. Surprise."
Cons: "All of it. What was advertised: cheap seats and you pay for everything (checked bag and even WATER). What wasn't advertised (or was, in flight): for fifteen+ minutes the crew was selling a spirit credit card over the intercom. BLARING IT. It woke me up. Why sell more things where your prospective customers can't escape listening to the sales pitch? Terrible terrible business."
Cons: "Seats did not recline ( the whole plane - not just exit rows). All the extra charges for EVERYTHING were ridiculous, especially as you are not informed of any of them before booking. I'll not fly Spirit again."
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "With Spirit airlines, I paid $57 for a carry on bag... They even charged for water... $18 to pick your seat or let them randomly pick your seat. Theres was I see now why the ticket, was cheap, because you pay for EVERYTHING else... And I do mean EVERYTHING! I normally fly with United, but I found this cheap ticket and got baited in. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Ill pay the extra money for comfort on a 5 hr flight. NEVER AGAIN SPIRIT!!!"
Cons: "They were several hours late which they blamed on construction at LAX"
Cons: "This portion of the flight was uncomfortable as the seats did not recline. There was no offer of even water for the duration of the flight. I understand it is an inexpensive option for flights but I think this is a bit extreme."
