The flight attendants are very friendly and courteous. Excellent service.
This was not an Alaska Airlines flight, it was American Airlines flight operated by SkyWest. The aircraft was narrow body ERJ175. But it is a modern regional jet and relatively comfortable.
I got a round trip ticket from LAX to Omaha, no stops. In the departing and return flights passengers had to take a shuttle from the gate we were told we would board at or (when returning) deplane from. To get to the shuttle there was a flight of stairs to haul our luggage, and when returning we had to all take the same outdoor stairs to get to the actual LAX terminal. For a $600.00 ticket I’d expect better experience, other passengers were saying the same. Also, leaving Omaha we were told there was no space for our carry on luggage for our boarding group, and had to check our bags. When I got on the plane there was room for more luggage in the overhead compartments.
Second flight was in conflict with first flight arrival. I missed second flight. The new flight to my final destination arrive too late to pickup my rental car. I had extra expenses staying a one night in a hotel and taxis.
Was the first time flying Alaska Airlines in several years. The airplane had very obviously diminished seat spacing and the flight was full. Crew was lovely, check in was easy.
The agent was able to get me to LA when i need it. However i need to ask why she charge me 25000 miles for one way to LA. I think she made a mistake. Spirit Airlines only you need 2500miles.
The flight left over 3 hours late. A member of the team informed me of a new plane coming in so I had all of the info. That was good. Most disturbing was the flight attendant who was loudly “training” a new flight attendant rather negatively. She also announced to the plane that there was a new flight attendant and to be patient with her. I Felt really uncomfortable and felt badly for the new flight attendant. It didn’t seem appropriate to have this loud training going on in front of the passengers.
It would have been perfect if it had not been the fact that departure was delayed.
The promised curbside wheelchair and baggage help both appeared, promptly and accurately. Check in and Security were both a breeze. We expected more comfort in First Class and we were not able to order our selected meal in advance, due to some glitch on your website. Entertainment was unavailable, at any level, except by making additional payment. At $1,000/seat, that seemed a little cheeky.
All good. I appreciated quick service when I asked for some Tylenol and water.
Only one side of the heafphone jack work. Crew was friendly and helpful.
Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.
Since it wasn’t a Delta flight, I was not able to sit with my group and there was no entertainment.
Three adults, three children. They did not give us seats together. Two seats together, in row 23, one in 13, one in 14, one in 10, and one in 17. When we got on the plane, the crew tried to ask people to move but basically threw up their hands. One person moved so we had two pairs of seats together. The 1.5 year old sat on a parent's lap (despite having paid for his own seat).
the fight attendants were great and i appreciated that they had season 1 of The Wire from HBO as a viewing option
AC barely worked on a 50 minute flight. It was very warm the whole flight. Flight was very bumpy and hard landing.
Meh. A late flight meant I missed my connections, and a 2pm LAX arrival turned into gettin in after midnight.
Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!
Your crew could maybe answer the call bell at least one of the times I pressed it. I pressed it first time with 2.5 hours left in our flight bc my partner was hungry and wanted a sandwich. We finally got the sandwich with 40 mins left in the flight.
The Flight crew didn’t serve us until about 1.5 hours into the flight because of turbulence but after it ended it was fine to move around. They served us water only and snacks and then NEVER, NOT ONE TIME came through to collect trash until right before landing about 1.5 hours later. There was absolutely no need for that. They crew was just standing around talking and visiting with each other and really never tried to see if we might want something besides water or even try to come pick up trash. This is VERY unusual for a Delta flight but it was not what I would have expected for a 4 hour flight.
RE Food: Wish there was a choice for No Rating. Flew from Honolulu to Los Angeles on a Red-Eye flight (11:00 pm to 7:30 am). Other than a package of cookies with a beverage choice offered soon after take-off, and a beverage choice shortly before landing, no other food choices were offered. Everyone slept or rested for most of the trip. Nothing to rate. RE Entertainment: Everyone was sleeping most of the flight. Only saw one passenger watch about 30 minutes of entertainment on his iPad. I never attempted to access any entertainment options.
Baby cried a lot. Nothing anyone could do about it. Just part of flying.
The foot ottoman cushion was missing on my business class seat.. the hydraulics is on its last leg & seat cushions do not have support or paddling. Heavily dented by butts
I was unhappy with having the seat I chose changed at the last minute. I was moved to an aisle seat which did not recline and was next to the bathroom. The bathroom odors made the flight entirely unpleasant. Having carefully chosen my seat months before I was not pleased with my AA experience. In addition, they ran out of tea during flight service, really?
The aircraft was on-time and plane and lavatory was clean.
My husband and I pre-ordered our food, but they did not have my husband’s order, and my cheese plate was very average. I asked for a blanket and was told they don’t carry blankets on domestic routs. The flight was on time and smooth!

Our flight was great we left Kona earlier and got into LAX almost an 1hour earlier as well. LAX AA is in repair so to get out and found our bus to get pick up was a bit confusing.
5 hour flight - full flight - not enough room to use my computer - slightly delayed - Admirals club was excellent quality food, drink made up for flight seating. No food offerred on flight, you ahd to prebook.
Boarding of flights and the notifications of delays must be managed properly with checked
Awful. My flight was three hours late leaving DFW and we just arrived at LAX three hours late and stuck on the runway. I heard the Spirit workers at the desk in DFW say that we were waiting on a crew. I am extremely disappointed in Spirit.
Terrible airline. Cancelled the flight less than 24 hours before the flight. Caused me extra expenses!!! This will be the last time me and my family will travel with them
Very uncomfortable seats that do not recline. My husband had hip replacement 7 years ago; after 5 hours from Maryland to California and another 5 hours back, we had to go to the emergency for the intense pain on his hip joint and soon he will see the surgeon. The cherry on the cake was when at the end of our flight back to BWI, we were prompted by a flight attendant to stretch: "arms right, now left, now reach your toes..." (really? how can we do that as we are sitting on seats with no leg room?) "...and as you are there, pick up any garbage you may see on the floor"!!! wow!
Delays delays and more delays in both LAX and San Jose. And then I said something else flight was supposed to arrive in Portland at 12:04 but didn't land until 2:30 PM which made me late for my appointment.

Flight was canceled less than 6 hours before takeoff, rebooked on a flight that was twice as long and left earlier so we couldn’t make it, when using text support option took over 2 hours to speak with someone.
Terrible legroom, seats do not recline, tray table the size of an iPhone, delayed flight, have to pay 5$ to get a cup of water onboard.
It was nice! There was a very unhappy child in front of us and the flight attendant did a great job calming the child. I was impressed.
The guy with severe body odor sat next to me. For the whole duration of the flight it was a torture. The airline should have better policy on limiting people with bad body odor to board the flight. Passengers should not be the ones to endure bad odor for the whole duration of the flight. The airline should be e the one to ensure decent air quality for ever passenger.
Horrible! The short distance flight ended up taking 5 hrs! There was a 3 hr delay for the flight to take off and there was a 70 min wait on the tarmac for some bogus reason that the pilot said the gate he was supposed to board was taken up. After a 30 min wait he said the plane that was supposed to push out of the gate called a medical emergency and 40 min later he ended up boarding another gate. For the initial 3 hr delay there was no information/alert about the gate or delay in the app or the boards up until the boarding time and even beyond! Had to walk all the way to the end of the terminal to find the frontier staff to ask what was going on. Avoid this airline at all costs! If you have carryon bags or checked bags , their prices come equivalent to the prices of more reliable airlines. They are the worst in timeliness at 60% (reported as delayed) this year (check the data) by a high margin even compared to the second worst airline. If you are ok with having a miserable flight experience with the odds close to flip of a coin, feel free to try them. If you value your time , money and flying experience, stay away.
Allowed me to chose my seat without extra charge (I purchased full-price ticket) and boarding was in group1. Didn't even serve water.
I went to the Frontier counter in San Jose at 1030am or so on Sunday 10/13/24 to see if I could get an earlier flight to San Diego in lieu of my reserved 630pm flight. One thing led to another, and I was able to obtain an open seat for about $ 56. on the earlier flight. Fine. Then the agent asked if I "was checking a bag". Not knowing that carry-ons cost extra per Frontier policy, I thought that she meant a regular checked bag. Therefore, I said no. Once I got to the gate, the same gate agent who sold me a ticket told me that I had to pay $99 for a carry-on, and that all bags were extra on Frontier. Having never flown on Frontier, I was not aware of this. Part of the issue was that she was not a native English speaker, so there was a miscommunication as to what "bag" meant. I would have preferred for her to have clearly let me know at the front counter that any bag including a carry-on cost $99. It would have had the same outcome, as I had to take my carry-on. But it got hectic at the last minute at the gate itself. The baggage policy should have mentioned "including carry-ons" when we first spoke.
Most horrible airlines. Please avoid it. It's ok to spend $50 extra for delta, united or Alaska

The trip was good but the last minute changes I didn’t like because I had already talked to the attendee and they didn’t help me with my ticket I was having trouble checking in and when the time was up they help me but charge me for that and last minute luggage it was a small bag. After I was in the airplane I realized you were charging because the flight was almost empty and you have to get the money some how. Thanks for everything.
Long lines, rude staff, everything that's offered you have to pay for.
Our flight was delayed by four hours without notice, the app for getting my boarding pass is super confusing, and I wasn’t able to check a suitcase without paying for a higher cost package
Flight was cancelled and was not able to get another flight thru Frontier. Per frontier a refund was issued but I do not see a refund on my Afirm account.
