Cons: "I had been in the airport since 1130 am, trying to get on an earlier flight. My original flight was scheduled to leave 540 am the following day (the day Irma was supposed to hit). At first waited 30 mins in a line to speak to a JetBlue agent about finding another flight. She said she couldn't help me, no flights available, and didn't have the patience to take some time to explore all options. I then proceeded to look online and then call JetBlue, after 30 mins on hold I finally got someone. She actually helped me and looked at all flight options and got me on a flight to CT (2 hrs away from me) leaving that same evening. I ended up waiting in the airport for 10 hrs. At one point in the evening the gate attendant began giving out packed snacks and beverages to passengers waiting for another flight that had been delayed, but refused to give out anything to other passengers waiting for delayed flights....not even water! I was shocked at how callously the gate attendant turned me and other passengers away. I had been in the airport for 10 hrs! Thr flight I was scheduled on was delayed by about 3 hrs leaving PR to NYC, but I was told the snacks we're only for passengers who had been waiting at least 3 hrs. I was turned down 3 times, and watched as other passengers just grabbed water and canned beverages without even asking and without being turned down. At the time that I asked for the last time my flight was delayed by 2.5 hrs already. I had a headache, needed water to take medication, hadnt eaten dinner, and all the restaurants in the airport were starting to close. I ended up spending close to $20 on the last Domino's small cheese pizza, a bottle of water and a snack bar....because JetBlue was being stingy. And yet, this is the same airline that let's passengers grab as many snacks as they want on the flight, delayed or not. My flight was scheduled for 807pm. We left at around 1106 pm. Thanks, JetBlue. Way to go on that customer service."

Me with my knee replacement can’t run and my wheelchair was not in sight. Thank goodness I had a carryon with wheels. I was out of breath when I got to Delta and the last passengers were boarding. I started panicking and interrupted the ground steward who asked me to wait with a smile. I waited . So when I told them I was standby they waved me on after showing my passport. I couldn’t find my boarding pass. I was pleasantly surprised to get a seat in first class. I was so thankful. My first time. Good things come to those who wait! Thank you Delta."

How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

Ground crew airport check in at the Delta counter and at the Boarding gate was helpful and efficient. However request for Special Assistance in Toronto was poorly handled. We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. My Husband had to wheel me in to my gate."

The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. On a flight this long, the customer should have options. You also were not able to control your the air. So the flight was freezing! The lunch options were meatballs or cheesy pasta. Cons: "My initial booking was with Iberia Airlines and a few days prior to my Flight was switched over to American Airlines. Had i known I would be flying with AA, I would have opted for a more expensive option as I've a great disdain for AA. My flight from JFK was not the model aircraft I was promised and thus did not have ac chargers or Wifi in the plane. In my opinion, I was bait and switched via Kayak"

Cons: "AA didn't notify me of their change to my itinerary so I missed my flight, they cancelled my return flight from Europe, and only offered to refund my ticket when I spoke to a supervisor. I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."

Cons: "My flight we canceled to LGA due to "weather". Every other airline had flights going to New York on schedule. To me, the reason was unbelievable. I was moved to a flight 12 hours later, at 540am. Not only was my flight time changed but I was now flying into a completely different airport. I had to stay in a hotel and pay $70 because United doesn't pay for a hotel if the cancellation is due to weather. I am outraged by this sudden change in plans. I will never fly United again and I will spread the word to everyone I know."

Cons: "Sitting in first class - the very first seat on the plane - I was able to hear EVERYTHING the flight attendants were talking about. When they were service us they were great. But I don't think they knew how loud they were being and talking about inappropriate topics (i.e. Sex, complaining about a crying baby and putting vodka in its bottle to "shut it up"). Was very uncomfortable because of this. Excepted more CLASS for what I had paid. This is why I am unable to give this flight an "excellent" rating. Disappointing."

The depart time for the sju flight was 3am i have to be in the airport 2hrs before so this was a allmost 24hrs flight for me because i reach my destination at 4pm. I expect comunication from you."
