The flight attendants were excellent and I was in the back of the plane. Much much better than recent JetBlue experiences on that route and better than Delta on that route.
I’m not sure there is anything that can be improved, even the cost was fantastic.
Poor. They should have given me a row with more room and instead they put me in a middle seat with two strangers next to me
The plane was old so the seats were very worn out. The seats were hard, uncomfortable, and caused me actual pain. The lights were too bright. The flight itself was fine.
Flight was delayed but still made it to Phoenix on time. Boarding went quickly, the flight was smooth.
They were so kind to us! The entire staff were so good to us when we had our service dog join our trip and we couldn't be more grateful!
Larger seats and more room would elevate the experience. Otherwise, it was good!
Flight crew and flight were good. But it departed two hours late.
They changed our flight from a one stop 3 hour layover to a non-stop. Saved us hours and got us there sooner.
The man next to us had a medical emergency a the flight attendants really stepped up and quickly helped turn a bad situation into one with a great outcome. Brandon, Ranger , and Jose all did wonderful jobs gathering all the medical field passengers on the plane to help (a my husband) and they helped revive the unresponsive patient within a few minutes with juice and oxygen. It was a great example of community and teamwork and I’m so impressed with the staff.
Older aircraft, no meal, only food was for purchase. Not impressed United.
Other than a way way too cold cabinets for the entire flight, all was great
Not pleasant trip cross country when the entertainment and WiFi system not working. No entertainment for entirety of route. Staff was rather nonchalant in that they dismissed the problem due to age of plane. It would have been nice to know this up front so I could have come prepared to read or download movies before boarding Coincidentally or not, there was a similar issue with the entertainment system on my previous flight I took on my fist leg of the trip. There are no seat TVs, so you must rely on the app when it works. United can do better. Also, what use it it to pay for boarding group 2 when half of the passengers are in the same line as you?
Premium Plus is a really good idea for longer flights
The flight attendants were great, I joked with one I can’t remember her name, a blond, really sweet. I thought it was run well very professional. This was great i survived Spirit, I know for which I speak.
Crew seemed a bit cranky. No seatback screens. But boarding was efficient and on time and we arrived early.
I was in first class. The outlets at my seat did not work. The plane was shabby and run down. I had prepurchsed a day subscription for internet that was not redeemable. I had to repurchase the internet for my flight and then it didn’t work anyway. Quite disappointed in what was supposed to be the launch of a great vacation.
I understand stuff happens, but plane failures are likely due to lack of maintenance. Additionally, air conditioning wasn't working, no snack/drink service, no WiFi. Fortunately, the crew was communicative and light-hearted. United grabbed another plane and we were able to get to our destination.
Stuck on tarmac for two hours plus a 5.5 hour flight. Rude flight attendant. And no meals, not even for purchase!
I learned that seating towards the end of plane that a line forms for the restroom and people use your chair as a hand railing, bumping your seat consistently. I was seated in the aisle. I think that next time if I am towards the back row I would want to sit in the middle or window seat.
AA delayed the flight for 3 hours and 50 minutes, but delayed the last 2 hours, 30 minutes at a time, so if we knew before, could have stayed at home and worked instead of being at the airport wasting time... The plane's crew was excellent, not their fault.
Things were delayed a little. But that didn’t affect my plans. It was fine. I was surprised it was so full thanksgiving day. The crew were friendly and professional.
Everything was good The connects, with no blame to crew. Or pilots. I understand they are short staffed. Everything went well for me. I'll be using you guys again in May if not sooner.
The flight was smooth, the pilot kept us informed about delays and we arrived more of less on time
Terrible. Our luggage was delayed and couldn’t be delivered for several days. We got bad information from the airline agents at baggage claim. We had to pick up our car so we wouldn’t be charged for an extra day. We got lost in the maze of airport parking. The baggage claim agents didn’t offer us any compensation for our extra time and expense. We are tired, hungry and very frustrated.
As smooth as you can expect. Some issues with boarding because the previous plane took forever to deplane but overall, a good experience.
After a two hour delay, my flight was CANCELLED! No pilot available. Such BS.
I miss the screens they used to have for the long flights. I use a Kendal and it doesn’t work well with there WiFi. I tried my cell and the wifi was not good for it either this is the free wifi.
Update departure times in a more timely manner. We are not boarding on time if the plane isn’t arriving until after our scheduled departure time.
Very friendly and efficient and smooth boarding. We were even way early arriving at my destination. Thank you.
