The gate was too far away for the connecting flight
Compared with other carriers business class for an overnight was not worth the extra expense.
Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)
Pilot Erika DeLong made us feel safe and at ease in a frankly scary time to be flying. Her warm smile and greeting and excellent command of the aircraft in foggy bumpy weather helped us all to calm our nerves and get us home safely.
Plenty of room for me and the cat in Premium Economy. Seat was comfortable. Boarding was a breeze. The lady at the special check-in desk was great, super helpful and professional.
EVen warmer in the plane it think it was 24+ degrees
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
Nothing wrong with the flight itself. But due to 2+ hrs waiting in immigration and the additional security checkup in O’hare, I nearly missed the flight.
Plane left & arrived early- 5 Crew great. Wi fi - paid for 2, only 1 worked - so so. Waste of $. Coolie was good
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
There were five broken seats on the plane. The crew was very rude in telling people they had to get off the plane and get a flight the next day. No call for volunteers, but telling people they had to get off. One woman was flying with her elderly mother and daughter and was told she had to leave or all three had to leave. Fortunately, a volunteer offered to stay. The situation was handled poorly.
They lost my luggage and it didn’t get delivered until the next day.
3 hours late. Not even water offered on a 2.25 hour flight.
I have long legs, my foot was out in the aisle and when a flight attendant came walking by and I didn't notice, instead of saying "excuse me" or anything like that, she kicked my foot. Extremely rude
Cabin was roomy enough to easily slide my carry on under the seat in front of me!
Good experience but the snacks are not gluten free, so I cannot eat them.
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
They have lost any customer service care and support. Terrible airline now and been for awhile.
The flight was delayed leaving Miami. When we arrived in Charlotte, we were unable to park at our scheduled gate. We had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we could park at a different gate. All in all, we were delayed by almost two hours arriving in Charlotte.
