Cons: The seats did not have a pocket in back nor a real tray table. Those items would have been helpful.

Cons: I hate having to pay for every bag, a half a glass of water, vinyl that looka like it was clawed by a grizzly and then proceeds to stick to my legs so I have big red blocks on the back of my legs. Less expensive tickets are nice but they are a muut point when you end up paying more in the long run.

Cons: flight delayed, gate busy when we got there, took train to next terminal and gate, plane was there for another 20 minutes but...door was closed and couldn't board...rebooked to different airport

Pros: Very good main meal. Numerous movie choices Friendly attendants. Pretty good leg room.

Cons: Incoming light was late, making for a late departure and late arrival at destination (about an hour). People-mover buses incredibly slow and inefficient, adding to delayed arrival at terminal.

Cons: The aircraft itself seemed dated. Very limited seat adjustment options, considering I was in First Class

Pros: The crew was great. Seats were awesome - right behind premium class so the extra leg room was great to have on such a long flight.

Cons: We booked our flight in May for a flight on 30 September and our seats were not next to each other. Total opposite ends of the aisle. Lame.

Cons: I dislike cramped, crowded seating. Alaska could reconfigure and lose a row or two to allow for more leg room and customer comfort. I wouldn't fly Alaska if I had another choice.

Pros: The seats were not very comfortable. My seat was very mobile. When the person behind me would get up they would grab my seat. The flight attendants didn’t seem to care about anyone other then the customers in the front row and by the exit row. It was very cold in my area as well not just by the emergency exit.

Cons: The flight attendants should show that they care about ALL the passengers, not just the ones that they know or ones who are paying more for a seat.

Cons: Spirit will do ANYTHING to make an extra dollar out of you. They wanted to charge me $65 for an additional bag that was the size of a grocery bag. It’s very excessive and the flight was not completely sold out

This was my firsts time booking through this Airline and NO ONE told me about checking in 2 hrs early according to the phone phone rep or 45 minutes early according to the RUDE rep in the airport either way I arrived at the airport an hour before my flight and couldn’t board!

Cons: Frontier could take some time to better inform their first time customers of airport arrival times. I lost my seat AND was forced to book ANOTHER flight for 231.00 because Frontier didn’t think of their customer FIRST! Not to mention that was the ONLY flight leaving Boston until Wednesday

Pros: I was left high and dry in Denver airport for over 12 hours because I was never notified of the change in connecting flight from AM to PM! I am absolutely livid. The Frontier agents weren't helpful at all in finding me an alternate flight. #wasteofmytime #NeverAgain

Pros: Gate agent recognized that we barely made the connection from an Auckland flight, so she moved us to more-comfortable seats. Flight left on time and arrived early.

Cons: Luggage did not make the transfer, but it was a tight connection.

Cons: Crew being less mean
